多校区图书馆的典藏工作

高校合并后,许多院校的图书馆都出现了多校区、多分馆的管理局面。笔者从新图书典藏、调拨、剔除几个方面简要论述了如何搞好多校区图书馆的典藏工作。     

丁玲与延安文艺

对于丁玲来说,生命的辉煌与劫难都与延安文艺时代密不可分,延安文艺时代成就了丁玲,也为其以后的劫难埋下了伏笔。通过丁玲与延安文艺的建构、碰撞、融合关系的梳理,不难看出丁玲为延安文艺的建构、发展做出了重大贡献,但同时由于丁玲自身个性主义与政治意识的纠结也在无意间对延安文艺的一体化发展带来了一定程度的阻滞。     

Performing India in America through Pragma-Cultural Markers

Intercultural Communication is marked in literary discourse in numerous ways. Diasporic literary discourse representing intercultural communication uses pragma-cultural markers such as food and music as tools of intercultural communication. This paper attempts to examine intercultural communication foregrounding these pragma-cultural markers as represented in Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni’s Queen of Dreams within the framework provided by Relevance Theory (:249). This paper foregrounds the manner in which writers like Divakaruni deploy pragma-cultural markers to express multiple linguistic and cultural perspectives in their literary narratives, thereby portraying an amalgamation of America and India and facilitating intercultural communication which is a dialectical process, as on the one hand the “America” that is in the hearts, minds, and words of these writers shapes their expressions and on the other, their growing presence in terms of their literary output is changing the definition of American art and culture.     

领域分化后的道德寓所——兼论公共行政的道德原则

人类社会经历了农业社会和工业社会的历史阶段,现在正处于后工业化的过程中。在农业社会,社会的一体性决定了它的制度是“权制”的,它的治理模式是“权治”的,道德的因素在不同的社会阶层中会有着不同的要求和表现。工业社会是一个社会分化的过程,特别是领域的分化,把道德主要限制在日常生活领域之中。私人领域也要求道德的支持,但是,自利的追求往往把道德置于客观结果的位置上。至于公共领域,则是一个非道德的领域。在后工业化的进程中,出现了领域的融合,从而为普适性道德的出现提供了历史前提,也为在道德发展最新成果的基础上进行道德制度和德治体系的设计提供了契机。     

政府产业管制的理性和非理性

政府的产业管制行为存在着被经济学家潜在察觉到、但没有专门予以研究的理性和非理性的融合。从有限理性约束来理解政府的产业管制行为,可以从理性和非理性融合的角度展开分析。这种分析视角认为:经验和理论在强化政府理性行为的同时会导致政府管制行为的非理性,它反映政府选择行为的理性和非理性的融合。政府产业管制会引致的多种交易费用,这是一个未被经济理论分析引起高度关注的问题。以抽象的数学模型刻画出的由产业管制行为所引起的交易费用,是对政府理性和非理性行为之效应的一种现实分析。     

Robust williams trent test

To investigate the biological activities of a new compound or drug, experimenters usually compare a series of increasing doses to a control. Among other objectives, one may try to investigate any possible dose-response trend and to determine the minimum effective dose among all the experimental doses. Williams (1971, 1972) proposed a procedure to test the dose-response trend and also to identify the minimum effective dose based on the normally distributed data. In this paper, we propose a similar test procedure based on the robust estimate'of the average response to perform similar analysis. The proposed method is more resistant to the outliers and more powerful than the Williams procedure when the data distribution deviates from normality. We illustrate the use of this procedure with data arising from a recent study.

学术界普遍认为黄赤之道形成于东汉末年,始作俑者为五斗米道的创立者张陵.本文在分析时代背景和文献资料的基础上提出新观点,认为黄赤之道是两晋时期天师道的"新作".

历史的契机 文化的融通——泰戈尔获诺贝尔文学奖之因探寻

1913年泰戈尔之获诺贝尔文学奖一是被西方主流文化所接受,他的诗契合了当时读者的阅读期待视野.二是因他是东西方文化激荡相融所诞生的一位巨人,其融通了东西方文化,又超越了它们的局限,从而获得了世界的意义,也超越了他的时代而获得永恒.     

产业融合与农业发展

随着农业产业化经营的不断深化和农业产业链的不断延伸,农业与第二、三产业的关联度越来越高,并呈现出与工业、服务业等非农产业融合发展的新趋势,即农业产业融合化。农业产业融合化不仅拓展了农业经营理念,而且改变了农业经济的属性,使农业也具备了与其融合产业的功能和特征。大力推进农业与其他产业的融合,是实现农业产业化、提高农业产业竞争力、增加农民收入的有效途径。产业融合是新的社会经济条件下农业发展的又一次机遇。
