全球化进程中民族文化面临的挑战与机遇

全球化进程中，民族文化首先受到挑战：优势文化的辐射；异种文化冲突、异变；劣质文化的融合等。在受到挑战同时民族文化有着很大优势：全球化会促进民族文化传播；民族文化会吸收一些先进文化的优秀成分，涤荡掉自身的沉渣和垃圾。总之，全球化对民族文化既有机遇又有挑战，我们要积极面对。

在数字时代,如何认识技术的进步、信息的功能及新经济的性质,不论对政府管理,还是对企业管理都是非常重要的问题。要高度重视电子技术与信息技术发展带来的机遇与挑战,制定相应的对策。

Emploi des jeunes et inégalité des chances: en quoi le monde arabe est-il différent?

Le marché du travail du Moyen-Orient et de l'Afrique du Nord se caractérise par un chômage des jeunes généralisé et par un nombre disproportionné de chômeurs parmi les nouveaux diplômés. À partir des enquětes du BIT sur le passage de l'école à la vie active menées en Égypte, Jordanie et Tunisie, les auteurs regardent si cela tient à l'inégalité des chances ou à des caractéristiques structurelles induisant des discordances entre offre et demande de travail. Les principales explications seraient le faible nombre d'emplois qualifiés disponibles et le peu de valeur accordée aux qualifications acquises dans le système de formation professionnelle.     

Childhood origins and adult destinations: The impact of childhood living conditions on coexisting disadvantages in adulthood

The aim of this study was to analyse linkages between childhood living conditions and coexisting disadvantages in adulthood. Analyses were based on the Stockholm Birth Cohort, consisting of more than 14,000 individuals born in 1953, followed up until 2007. Based on education, labour market outcomes, economic poverty and health, four outcome profiles with varying levels of disadvantage were identified by means of latent class analysis. Coexisting disadvantages were present in approximately one‐fifth of the individuals. Low educational attainment, social welfare recipiency and mental health problems simultaneously occurred in two of the profiles, suggesting that these dimensions are highly interconnected. Results from multinomial regression analysis showed that individuals who had experienced disadvantaged childhood conditions had particularly high risks of ending up in these two outcome profiles, with or without the presence of unemployment. Key Practitioner Message: ● Four outcome profiles with varying combinations of adult disadvantage are identified; ● Coexisting disadvantages are present in approximately one‐fifth of the individuals; ● Those experiencing adverse childhood conditions have higher risks of coexisting disadvantages, with or without the presence of unemployment.     

Symposium sur Inventing Equal Opportunity de Frank Dobbin

Frank Dobbin's Inventing equal opportunities, published by Princeton University Press in 2009, has arrived at just the right time in a France where the theme of “diversity” has permeated big firms and where equal opportunity policies are being debated in the educational system, which, from kindergarten to university, is being accused of fostering inequality. This book provides a stimulating, innovative contribution to our understanding not only of these questions in the United States but also of the French case. We thought it was time to organize a symposium on a book that recounts and dissects nearly fifty years of development in equal opportunity policies in the United States. To fully describe the wealth of information in this book, we asked authors with different disciplinary perspectives to take part. By analyzing social movements, public actions, the legal system and occupational forms of mobilization, Frank Dobbin has revitalized and challenged accepted ideas about the role of public players in regulating behavior. He has also shown that legal uncertainty in civil rights cases has led to the formation of corporate standards that, though private, have the value of public ones.     

浅谈21世纪我校图书馆员的素质

21世纪新技术革命浪潮的冲击，给高校图书馆带来了新的机遇和挑战，同时也对图书馆员的素质提出了更高的要求。在新形势下，馆员不但要具有盘好的政治思想素质，树立人文精神，坚持以读者为本原则，并且还应具备一定的法律知识和信息素养能力。文章就提高馆员素质的主要途径进行了重点分析，指出只要图书馆领导重视，创造人文环境，馆员自身努力，就一定能追就出一批思想过硬、业务过强的人才队伍。     

不期而遇的偶然亦或命定发生的必然——试析斯蒂芬·克莱恩作品中的荒诞

在美国文学史上,斯蒂芬·克莱恩以其富有天赋的创作才能和深刻的洞察力而享誉文坛。自然主义,印象主义,荒诞主题等文学流派先于他的同代而早早地出现在他的作品中。偶然的权威力量决定了是非善恶,奖惩,甚至生死的宿命论主题在他的作品《红色勇士勋章》"The Red Badge of Courage",以及《蓝色旅店》"B lueHotel"中展示出来,同时自然对人类命运的冷漠的悲观主题也能从他的作品《敞蓬小船》"Open Boat"中清晰地感受到。本文着重从这些角度对其作品中所蕴涵的直到现代才成潮流的文学主题——荒诞进行了分析,从中窥见克莱恩的天才之处。     

Obstacles invisibles et représentation des femmes aux postes de décision en Espagne

Les auteurs présentent les résultats d'une étude sur les caractéristiques personnelles et les qualifications d'hommes et de femmes assumant des fonctions de direction dans des entreprises espagnoles, leur situation professionnelle et leur point de vue sur l'égalité des sexes. Par rapport à leurs homologues masculins, les Espagnoles occupant des postes à responsabilités sont plus jeunes mais aussi qualifiées, voire plus, et elles ont moins d'enfants. Cependant, elles sont toujours confrontées à des obstacles qui empěchent la pleine exploitation d'un capital humain précieux. Malgré les mesures adoptées, plus de neuf postes de décision sur dix sont toujours occupés par des hommes.
