人类审美是怎样从无到有的--对新实践美学及实践美学的解析与提问

新实践美学和实践美学的审美发生理论都是以哲学方法取代科学实证方法,消解了哲学作为方法论的指导意义;都违反了辩证唯物主义立场,以意识性的哲学概念为物质性的审美发生的原点;都将现代人类的知觉混同于动物的知觉,不能解释为审美所必需的形式知觉力的发生和作用.认知科学美学认为:审美发生要以人类智能的高水平发展为物质基础;以现代人类特有的形式知觉力的形成为决定性的主体条件.审美情感、审美价值、审美属性都依据这一条件而发生.     

A multiple warm standby δ-shock system with a repairman having multiple vacations

In this article, a warm standby n-unit system is studied. The system is operational as long as there is one unit normal. The unit online, which has a lifetime distribution governed by a phase-type distribution, is also attacked by a shock from some external causes. Assume that shocks arrive according to a Poisson process. Whenever an interarrival time of shock is less than a threshold, the unit online fails. The lifetimes of the units in warm standby is exponentially distributed. A repairman who can take multiple vacations repairs the failed units based on the “first-in-first-out” rule. The repair times and the vacation times of repairman are governed by different phase-type distributions. For this system, the Markov process governing the system is constructed. The system is studied in a transient and stationary regime; the availability, the reliability, the rates of occurrence of the different types of failures, and the working probability of the repairman are calculated. A numerical application is performed to illustrate the calculations.     

Parametrizing the Kepler exoplanet period-radius distribution with the bivariate normal inverse Gaussian distribution

This paper presents a simple and robust method for obtaining a comprehensive understanding of the joint period and radius distribution in Kepler exoplanets. The proposed method is based on particle swarm optimization and bivariate Normal Inverse Gaussian distribution. Furthermore, in the construction of the probability density function, this study selects planet-host stars with the GK-type. The injecting approach is also employed to solve the survey completeness of sample. The resulting occurrence rate of Earth analogs is 0.025 with a 95% bootstrap confidence interval between 0.023 and 0.032.

《淮南子》的情感论

《淮南子》中情感论材料丰富,虽散布于各卷中,但可从中总结提炼出这样一个体系:情感的发生论、规约论、表现论、接受论;而且论述深入详致。这一承前启后的体系化情感论发生在汉初,而且发生在一部著作中,这是难能可贵的。我们不但可由此管窥中国古代对情感世界的较早而又较为全面的自觉性体认,而且这对研究古代文学情感学体系也有不容忽视的价值。汉代由先秦的重志轻情,一变为重情轻志,在《淮南子》这里已露端倪,可以说,魏晋南北朝的“人道当情”论、“诗缘情”论在汉初就已开始酝酿了。     

Random Weighted Bootstrap Method for Recurrent Events with Informative Censoring

Using the data from the AIDS Link to Intravenous Experiences cohort study as an example, an informative censoring model was used to characterize the repeated hospitalization process of a group of patients. Under the informative censoring assumption, the estimators of the baseline rate function and the regression parameters were shown to be related to a latent variable. Hence, it becomes impractical to directly estimate the unknown quantities in the moments of the estimators for the bandwidth selection of a smoothing estimator and the construction of confidence intervals, which are respectively based on the asymptotic mean squared errors and the asymptotic distributions of the estimators. To overcome these difficulties, we develop a random weighted bootstrap procedure to select appropriate bandwidths and to construct approximated confidence intervals. One can see that our method is simple and faster to implement from a practical point of view, and is at least as accurate as other bootstrap methods. In this article, it is shown that the proposed method is useful through the performance of a Monte Carlo simulation. An application of our procedure is also illustrated by a recurrent event sample of intravenous drug users for inpatient cares over time.

The lifetime of the component follows a phase-type distribution. The repair times and the vacation times of the repairman are governed by different phase-type distributions, respectively. For this system, the Markov process governing the system is constructed. The system is studied in a transient and stationary regime, the availability, the reliability, the rates of occurrence of the different types of failures, and the working probability of the repairman are calculated, respectively. A numerical application is performed to illustrate the calculations.
