对社会工作的现状调查与分析——以绍兴市为例

对绍兴139名社会工作的管理和从业人员进行了调查,发现绍兴市社会工作存在人才数量不够、素质不高、结构不合理,社会管理中介组织发展缓慢以及管理政策不配套等三个方面的主要问题。为加强社会工作,应从加强组织领导、健全各项机制、培育民间组织、加强宣传引导等四个方面入手。     

Empirical Likelihood for the Additive Hazards Model with Current Status Data

We investigate empirical likelihood for the additive hazards model with current status data. An empirical log-likelihood ratio for a vector or subvector of regression parameters is defined and its limiting distribution is shown to be a standard chi-squared distribution. The proposed inference procedure enables us to make empirical likelihood-based inference for the regression parameters. Finite sample performance of the proposed method is assessed in simulation studies to compare with that of a normal approximation method, it shows that the empirical likelihood method provides more accurate inference than the normal approximation method. A real data example is used for illustration.     

Nonparametric estimation of waiting time distributions in a Markov model based on current status data

We construct nonparametric estimators of state waiting time distribution functions in a Markov multistate model using current status data. This is a particularly difficult problem since neither the entry nor the exit times of a given state are directly observed. These estimators are obtained, using the Markov property, from estimators of counting processes of state entry and exit times, as well as, the size of “at risk” sets of state entry and transitions out of that state. Consistency of our estimators is established. Finite-sample behavior of our estimators is studied by simulation, in which we show that our estimators based on current status data compare well with those based on complete data. We also illustrate our method using a pubertal development data set obtained from the NHANES III [1997. NHANES III Reference Manuals and Reports (CD-ROM). 浅析高职院校信息化建设问题及对策

十二五期间，国家要求大力加强信息化建设，作为后起之秀，高职院校借此发展东风，迅速兴起信息化建设热潮。但在信息化建设中认识不到位、重复建设、效率低下、资源浪费严重等问题层出不穷。本文结合高职院校信息化实际，从四个方面分析了目前高职院校信息化建设中存在的问题，并提出切实改进意见，以期促进高职院校信息化建设高效、扎实稳步推进。     

我国社区心理咨询服务的现状及其思考

由于社会的发展带给人们越来越多的压力，很多人由此引发了心理问题。由于人们对心理问题认识不足，以及专业机构的缺乏，使得很多人的心理问题没有得到及时解决。社区心理咨询服务正在成为一个方便、快捷解决人们心理问题的通道，但我国社区建设尚处于发展阶段，所以社区心理咨询服务还有很多问题需要解决。本文介绍了社区心理咨询服务的现状，并针对现状提出了改进我国社区心理咨询工作的一些对策。

Abstract

This article describes how electronic resources have impacted the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Libraries' binding operation and how the libraries have responded to the resulting challenges, including the need for updated collection development and preservation/conservation policies, a comprehensive bindery contract, and a fully functional in-house binding capability. The evaluation of the binding process must continue as libraries move from a predominantly print to a predominantly electronic environment. Librarians, scholars, and binders should work together to preserve and bind library collections that will be valuable to future generations.

欠发达地区高校大学英语教学现状分析与对策研究

大学英语改革是一项系统工程。大学英语教学在高校教学中占有突出位置,在彰显人力资源强国,培养造就高素质创新型人才的建设中举足轻重。尤其是近几年来,通过高校教师共同努力,大学英语教学改革取得了重大进展。然而我们看到大学英语教学的进展并不平衡,欠发达地区高校大学英语教学步履艰辛。本文拟对其现状进行分析,提出相应参考对策。
