苏格兰小说家吉本最著名的作品是其三部曲《苏格兰的书》。这部小说在语言的运用上独具特色 ,对女主人公命运的关注显示出这位男性作家超前的女性主义意识。而小说的叙述结构所蕴含的历史观则是进步和乐观的

指出中华民族的千古功臣张学良将军,是中国共产党人的一位真正朋友。论述了张学良联共抗日的思想基础、形成及其实现联共抗日的途径。同时,对张学良联共抗日思想与行动进行了评析,从而为学术界进一步研究和评价张学良将军与中国共产党人的关系提供了借鉴。     

建国50多年来中国外交的基本特征论析

建国50多年来,中国共产党三代领导集体在中国外交政策和策略等方面,表现了相当的一致性。在这些方面,后一代领导集体与前一代领导集体之间有着承继关系。当然,后一代领导集体也有新的重大的发展。其实,这种一致性衬托了当代中国外交的基本特征,或者说,形成了当代中国外交的传统。文章基于对50多年来中国外交的分析,归纳出中国外交的四个基本特征,这就是外交原则和政策的一贯性、外交目标的双重性、外交形式的多样性以及外交对象的层次性。     

张学良体育情源探究

分析了张学良终身热爱体育、积极倡导体育、竭力发展体育的深深体育情结之渊源;提出"以健全之身体,求精妙之学问"是张学良体育情源之基点,"健身强国,抵御外侵"是张学良体育情源之核心,"倡导体育,造成复兴民族之生力"是张学良体育情源之根本三大基本观点;得出张学良决不是单纯地关注体育,而是站在国家的高度、民族的高度、救亡的高度,从战略的意义上来认识体育、倡导体育、发展体育,是要通过发展体育来为振兴中华、复兴民族奠定物质基础和精神基础之结论。     

La médiane simpliciale d'Oja: Existence,unicité et stabilité

Oja (1983) examined various ways of measuring location, scatter, skewness, and kurtosis for multivariate distributions. Among other measures of location, he introduced a generalised median known in this paper under the name of the Oja median. In our study of the existence of that median, we show that Oja's definition can only be applied to distributions having a mean. In dimension d θ 2, we establish that the usual method of extension breaks down, which raises the question of the validity of the concept as a notion of median. Two fundamental theoretical properties of that median are also considered: uniqueness and consistency.     

山竹罐头制作工艺研究

根据食品罐藏原理,研究糖水山竹罐头的生产工艺,主要介绍以成熟山竹为原料,制成营养丰富、风味独特、质量达到标准的山竹罐头的加工工艺。     

泰乐松注射液的毒理学试验研究

为提供泰乐松注射液的安全性毒理学评价资料,本试验采用改进Karber法测定小鼠LD_(50);以剂量递增法测定小鼠蓄积性和耐受性;分别以剂量340、130、30mg／kg为3个试验组．设阴性和阳性对照组进行小鼠骨髓微核试验;分别以剂量500、250、120mg／kg为3个剂量组．设阴性和阳性对照组进行小鼠精于畸形试验。结果表明：其LD_(50)为669．80mg／kg,蓄积系数大于5．3,无明显蓄积毒性和耐受性（P＞0．05）,小鼠骨髓微核试验和精子畸形试验结果均为阴性。     

A probablistic analysis for an optimal screening problem

Summary We consider a lotL formed byN apparently similar unitsW ₁,…,W _N, where each of theW _i may come from one of two different populationsP ₁ andP ₂;T ₁,…,T _N denote the corresponding lifetimes. The units fromP _i undergo a failure of kindi and their survival function isS _i (t). We assume that the failure rate function are known and that the units fromP ₁ are ?substandard?: λ ₁ (t)≥λ ₂ (t), ∀t≥0. We want to putW ₁,…,W _N under a pre-operational test (burn-in test) in order to eliminate at least a great part of the substandard units and we face the problem of obtaining a rule for stopping the test under the assumption that, with the failure of a unit, it is possible to recognize the population from which the unit comes. Such a problem will be formalized as an optimal stopping problem for a suitably defined Markov process. Our study shall evidentiate some fundamental aspects of the problem and the role of the prior distribution of the (random) numberM ₀ of those units inL coming fromP ₁ (substandard). The latter distribution has a great influence on the form of the solution. This research was supported by the C.N.R. Program analysis using the client oriented cost outcome system.

The client oriented cost outcome system has been under development in Pennsylvania community and hospital programs since 1972. The system builds upon the behavioral and decision data generated with or on behalf of consumers. Flexibility for local program system design is permitted if the procedures of consumer intake, review, and termination document each consumer's (a) problems, resources, and goals, (b) overall functioning level in their ordinary community, and (c) services intended and rendered as related to (a), above. While the system's primary application is in providing feedback for local program quality assurance and evaluation procedures, aggregation of data permits program planning and evaluation at county, state, and federal levels in terms of (a) client demographic or diagnostic characteristics, and (b) program service characteristics and objectives.     

Involving constituents in agency priority setting: a case study

Many government agencies have "constituents" who believe the agencies should hear and consider their needs and desires in establishing program priorities. This article describes how one involves interested constituents (consumers, industry, medical professionals, and state organizations) in the agency's annual priority-setting process. This participation has produced a number of beneficial results-some expected and some unexpected.
