法治与德治相结合的治国方略 ,如鸟之两翼 ,车之两轮 ,相辅相成 ,缺一不可。从人性论出发 ,法治在于止恶 ,德治在于扬善 ;从经济方面说 ,法治导致自由 ,德治导致秩序 ;从民众角度讲 ,法治 (民治 )激发社会活力 ,德治 (教民 )引导人们思想。深度思考法治与德治怎样达到内在统一和从哪些层面实现统一 ,具有重要的理论意义和现实意义     

公共行政道德建设浅析

实现以德治国,提升整个社会的道德水准,只有加快以限权为中心的政府体制改革,改变政府的不道德作为,推进行政道德的法制化建设,加强行政人员的思想道德教育,建立道德的社会惩戒机制,把道德考核作为职务晋升的重要依据,才能实现高度的政治文明、精神文明和物质文明。     

The social responsibility of organizations: Perceptions of organizational morality as a key mechanism explaining the relation between CSR activities and stakeholder support

Prior research on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has documented how specific CSR activities relate to responses of relevant stakeholders, mainly examining employees. However, it is as yet unclear whether these findings generalize to other types of CSR activities or to responses of other stakeholder groups. In fact, results from studies to date also show inconsistent effects in need of further explanation.In this contribution we offer a new perspective on this literature. We extend current insights on organizational CSR activities and stakeholder support, by elaborating on the psychological mechanisms that can explain these relations. We draw together recent developments on organizational anthropomorphism with insights on organizational identification, to argue that the impact of CSR activities on a broad range of stakeholder responses depends on perceptions of organizational morality. We connect prior work on organizational ethics, CSR, and stakeholder support, to social psychological theory and research on impression formation, impression management, and impression updating. This new perspective allows us to broaden the current debate on CSR and stakeholder support.Building on this analysis, we propose a new model that offers a roadmap for future research. We explain the impact of organizational CSR on stakeholder responses, by highlighting perceived organizational morality as a key mediating variable. We then proceed to consider likely moderators of this relation distinguishing between (a) characteristics of the organization, (b) characteristics of (communications about) CSR activities, and (c) characteristics of the perceivers. On the basis of this extended model we develop specific predictions, and review initial evidence supporting these prediction.     

论法治教育与思想政治教育的统一性

法治教育与思想政治教育在教育内容、教育目的、教育理念与方式上存在着统一性，法治教育与思想政治教育的共同任务在于彰显诚信法治教育、道德理想教育和实践理性教育。法治教育有利于加强大学生思想政治教育的实效，有利于促进思想政治教育的认知环节。为此，要关注尊重受教育者的主体地位，加强诚信法治建设，高度重视学校教育与社会、家庭的结合，加强教育环境建设。     

Moral values and increasing stakes in a dictator game

Using data from a large representative US sample (N = 1519), we compare hypothetical moral fairness values from the Moral Foundations Sacredness Scale with actual fairness behavior in an incentivized dictator game with either low or high stakes. We find that people with high moral fairness values fail to live up to their high fairness standards, when stake size increases. This violates principles from consistency theories according to which moral values are supposedly aligned with moral behavior, but is in line with temptation theories that question the absoluteness of morality values.

本文从康德"心灵里崇高的道德"与毛泽东"人是需要一点精神的"和《古兰经》关于"三状"源于心灵为序,从历时上评述了回族荣辱跌宕、历尽沧桑,"几度春风,几度秋雨"的心路历程,从而揭示了他们心灵沐风栉雨后更加清净的壮美。又从共时上亮化出回族忍辱负重、自尊自强的坚实心力,最后凸显出回族"先忍后强"的心灵之道对中华民族精神财富的充实,对增强中华民族凝聚力的启发。     

Eating Morality: Food and the Goodness of Care in Northern Aboriginal Australia

This article contributes to anthropological discussions about care, food and morality by considering the gastro-morality of Yolngu people living in Galiwin’ku in the 2000s. I develop the concept of ‘trans-material morality’ to capture the ways that food takes on material, emotive and ontological forms of morality. Food is central to articulating expressions of care, as well to experiencing feelings of being cared for and, inversely, feelings of not being cared for. This is done by way of the meanings of good and bad that are attached to the food itself and by way of eating and acts of sharing and not sharing. I argue that largely because of food’s capacity to exist as trans-material morality, it is a particularly compelling thing with which to moralise, both in the intimate interactions of day-to-day life and in the grander theorising that human beings undertake to paint a picture of moral change.
