对新时期高校政治辅导员的角色认识

从高等学校思想政治工作的现实意义出发,结合目前高校人才培养的新内涵,对政治辅导员的角色进行了定位,即思想政治素质提高的导师;大学生文明修身的引路人;大学生未来职业生涯的设计师;大学生择业创业的导师;大学校园文化的引导者和创造者以及大学生心理健康的培育者。

Time use satisfaction of wives: Home,farm, and labor force workload

Factors related to time spent in work roles are investigated for a sample of 685 wives living on family farms in seven southern and midwestern states. Data were collected in a comprehensive mail survey. Results show that variables reflecting management are the most important predictors of wife's time use satisfaction. Wife's satisfaction is also significantly related to her education and nonfarm employment. Conclusions indicate that, although wives on family farms experience work-role overload relative to their husbands, they are satisfied with their time contributions to the home/farm situation.Jeanne L. The Role of the Government in Addressing Social Issues in India: The Perceptions of Indian Undergraduate and Graduate Social Work Students

Using a convenience sample of 318 undergraduate and graduate social work students (193 women and 125 men) from a public university in India, this study examined the differences between Indian social work students' perceptions toward the role of government in addressing social issues in India. Using Predictive Analytics Software (PASW) 18, several statistical procedures were conducted to analyze the relationship between social work students' demographic variables and their perceptions of the government's role in addressing social issues in India. The results indicated that older social work students were more likely to perceive that the government should ensure equal opportunities for citizens. Female social work students were more likely to perceive that the government should ensure housing for citizens. BSW students were more likely to perceive that the government should ensure employment of citizens. Macro social work students were more likely to perceive that the government should ensure equal opportunities, housing, food, employment, and health insurance for citizens. The findings of this study may help social work educational administrators and faculty in India to develop a curriculum that provides social work students with the opportunity to critically examine the complex relationship between age, gender, marital status, number of children, socioeconomic status, educational status, area of concentration, and the role of the government in addressing social issues. Doing so will prepare social work students and professionals to think and engage in a manner that will allow them to challenge and advocate for a change to the status quo.

情境、角色与媒介:对《人生》两版本中集市与文化馆场景的分析

路遥的小说<人生>和由其编剧的同名电影中,均出现了富于文化意味的集市和文化馆场景,它们在艺术作品中呈现了社会转型期的城乡文化景现.也具有某种叙事潜能.借助对小说<人生>和电影<人生>的解读.研究者可以透视这两个场景的叙事功能.并在欧文·戈夫曼的传播理论基础上对其文化意味进行比较和阐释.     

夯实中国特色社会主义发展的“奠基工程”——兼论推进大学生马克思主义中国化时代化大众化教育的作用

培养对中国特色社会主义有感情,忠诚于中国特色社会主义的大批合格的接班人和建设者,是当代中国共产党人一个无法回避的重大问题,必须重视培养青年大学生在发展中国特色社会主义中的奠基作用。中国化马克思主义理论是科学的世界观和方法论的集中体现,是推进社会主义经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设、生态文明建设全面发展的指导方针,具有崇高的历史地位和伟大的理论和实践价值,必须重视大学生马克思主义中国化时代化大众化教育的发展作用。坚持和巩固中国化马克思主义在高等学校的指导地位关键在党,关键在人,必须重视高校推进马克思主义中国化时代化大众化主阵地和思想库的创新与引领作用。     

“公平理论”和“角色理论”视域下的企业反倾销行为决策

反倾销成本与反倾销收益的权衡是国内企业反倾销行为选择的依据。基于角色理论构建了企业反倾销行为的收益矩阵和期望收益函数模型,并进一步分析了存在主导企业和不存在主导企业两种市场格局下国内企业反倾销行为决策方案的选择问题;在此基础上,引入公平理论对企业决策方案进行横向和纵向公平性识别。研究发现：反倾销成本、反倾销收益及行业内其他企业的反倾销申诉概率等因素制约企业最终的反倾销行为决策,两种市场格局背景下国内企业有13种反倾销行为决策方案;发挥行业协会的协调机制,可以有效规避企业间因不公平而采取的“报复”行为。     

高校思想政治教育情境中的角色势能研究

思想政治教育情境中的角色势能是指教育者和受教育者在各自的角色位置上所具有的能量以及角色间相互作用的动力。在现实的高校思想政治教育情境中角色势能缺乏,表现为教育者的教育目标、教育内容、教育方法势能不足,受教育者角色定位偏差,主体势能、选择势能、创造势能缺位。充分发挥高校思想政治教育情境中的角色势能,教育者与受教育者应明晰其角色定位,履行其角色责任。
