高校“学生论坛”网站的管理模式探讨

网络技术的发展使高校“学生论坛”网站如雨后春笋般大量涌现,这些论坛网站的存在有利有弊,高校应因势利导,兴利除弊,使网站沿着正确的方向健康发展。本文在调查研究的基础上,阐述了“学生论坛”网站的现状及特点,指出了“学生论坛”网站存在的优点和弊端,分析了“学生论坛”网站管理的难点所在,最后提出了具体的管理思路和措施。     

iDecide: supporting inclusive decision-making in European schools

iDecide is a KA3 - Support for policy reform project with partners from public and private sectors- from Cyprus, Romania, Greece, Ireland and Portugal. iDecide was conceptualised with the aim of supporting school leaders and teachers in their efforts marginalised groups, and to support their learning in their everyday decision-making. The iDecide toolkit supports the decision-making processes that the majority of schools face every day in all aspects of school life (visits and excursions, school projects, parental involvement, school canteen, homework, students’ council etc). The iDecide toolkit has the capacity to provide teachers and school leaders with practical guidelines for these common decisions in straightforward, simple language. It also gives school leaders the opportunity to retrieve pupils’ and parents' opinions through online polls and forum discussions. This short paper describes the iDecide toolkit functions.     

‘The Rule of Men Entirely Great’: Republicanism,Ritual, and Richelieu in Melville’s ‘The Two Temples’

Abstract

This article explores the complex and multifarious reasons behind Herman Melville’s decision to refer to the English playwright Edward Bulwer-Lytton’s 1839 work Richelieu, or The Conspiracy in his 1854 diptych ‘The Two Temples’. It responds to a critical consensus that has seen the reference merely as a sarcastic attack on William Macready (whose rivalry with the American actor Edwin Forrest was the nominal cause of the bloody 1849 Astor Place Riot in New York), by contextualizing the play within traditions of antebellum American Anglophilia. By using a combination of new critical work on Anglo-Americanism and anthropological ritual theory, I show how Bulwer-Lytton’s play was significant to Melville’s artistic development. In particular, I demonstrate how the play influenced his increasing engagement with republican and theatrical forms of expression that emphasized the importance of filial relationships between America and Britain in a period of increasing hostility between the two nations.     

Social work and applied theatre: creative experiences with a group of homeless people in the city of Seville

This article presents a series of creative social intervention experiences developed with a group of homeless people in the Spanish city of Seville. These experiences are part of an applied research project that uses theatre as a tool to aid social work, and they are led by a group of homeless people who have become actors through this initiative. The group is known as ‘Theatre of Inclusion’ and has been running for a decade now. Using group social work and applied theatre techniques, this initiative creatively exposes the needs of this collective and also generates spaces in which they can reclaim their dignity. The systematisation of these experiences highlights the potential of combining disciplines such as social work and theatre to work with vulnerable collectives, in the same way Jane Addams did. The aim is also to move beyond the dominant welfare proposals in place in Spain currently, which are intended to meet the needs of homeless people.

抗战时期桂林文化城戏剧社团的组织形式及特点,不仅反映了抗战时期戏剧体制和机制的发展特色,而且体现了中国戏剧现代化的历史面貌。桂林文化城的戏剧刊物,在传播戏剧理论、总结戏剧艺术实践经验方面,积极地推动过中国抗战戏剧运动。     

英国工党的政策制定新体制及对我国的启示

政策制定能力是党的执政能力的一个重要内容。当今的中国面临两个非常值得关注的问题:一是执政党如何更民主地设定政策议程，二是执政党如何更科学地制定政策。英国长期执政的工党的政策制定体制改革经验具有一定的借鉴价值。在重点介绍英国工党全国政策论坛、政策委员会、政策循环的设立背景及其作用的基础上，建议完善我国执政党政策制定体制:为公众意见纳入执政党政策议程提供制度化的渠道；提高政策酝酿阶段的透明性，鼓励适度公开的政策讨论；设立新型的政策分析机构。     

荒诞派戏剧的荒诞性

兴起于二战前后的荒诞派戏剧与传统戏剧有很大的区别,即以荒诞的形式表达荒诞的内容。荒诞的形式主要体现在:第一,没有通常的戏剧情节,只有一种情势;第二,没有人物刻画;第三,舞台的象征化。其形式表达了荒诞的主题:人的异化;深刻的虚无感;人荒诞的生存状态。     

世界经济论坛与博鳌亚洲论坛运营模式对比研究

世界经济论坛与博鳌亚洲论坛都已成为共同管理国际社会事务、促进全球和地区经济发展的重要交流平台,二者同样采用会员制的形式、运用商业化的运作模式来管理事务、致力于促进经济社会发展、通过前瞻的议题设置吸引与会者的眼球;然而,由于发展背景以及当前发展程度的不同,其在运营模式上存在着一定的差异,如对会员条件限制的不同、会员结构的不同、服务保障工作主体的不同等。相比世界经济论坛,博鳌亚洲论坛商业化运作不够充分,会员结构及合作伙伴存在"中国化"偏向,对智库的重视和利用不足。博鳌亚洲论坛在坚持"三高"目标的基础上,应更加重视品牌效应,加大与国际知名、有影响力的媒体以及世界知名大学的合作,扩大知识成果的影响力;要将服务保障工作外包,以切实强化商业化运作;并加大对国外会员的发展力度,逐步弱化"中国化"倾向。     

网络论坛公共事务讨论语言的修辞特征和成因

近年来,我国网络论坛公共事务修辞勃兴,然而关于其修辞特点的研究却比较鲜见。文章在综括网络语言修辞特征研究的基础上,运用文本分析和内容分析方法,探讨了网络论坛公共事务讨论语言的修辞特征和成因。研究发现,网络论坛公共事务讨论语言很少使用非语言符号;倾向于书面语;话语风格严肃、具有强烈的批判性,但理性程度低。这些特征折射出我国社会转型期激烈的社会矛盾、长期集权政治文化对民众的深远影响,同时也反映了我国公共领域事务讨论方兴未艾和公众公共参与意识的不断增强与公共修辞能力的不断提高。     

《恋爱的犀牛》与孟京辉的戏剧探索

孟京辉导演的《恋爱的犀牛》一剧让人看到了中国先锋戏剧在商业上的巨大成功,从1999年到现在,该剧已经有了四个版本。本文试图对新版本与之前版本的不同做一些比较。通过分析可以看出,该剧的最大特点在于诗化与狂欢的交杂,以及形式上的不断做加法。尽管这种改变有得失,然而,孟京辉在实践中达成了自己关于人民戏剧的理想,他的这种努力值得我们肯定。
