本研究将"文本—话语实践—社会实践"三维分析框架与语料库辅助的批评话语研究相结合,探讨日本大三主流报纸中"爆买"现象的话语构建方式。研究发现:2015年初以来,"爆买"现象的话语建构方式呈现"积极推进"到"消极评价"的阶段性差异;其行为主体的"中国赴日游客"呈现为"积极服务的对象""不理智的购物者""社会秩序的挑战者""中国经济表现的缩影"等多元化、渐变式的形象特征。此外,"爆买"一词的语义范围扩展至"双11"、海外采购、科技界的人才竞争等领域,标签化和污名化的消极语义韵特征日渐明显。  相似文献

本文根据大学生网络购物的特点,提出了大学生在网络购物过程中的各感知风险因素,通过问卷调查对西安市几所高校的大学生进行网络购物各个风险因素的实证研究,利用SPSS工具从有效问卷中提炼出了大学生网络购物过程中的五大感知风险维度,建立了大学生网络购物感知风险评价体系,并为网络企业针对大学生进行网络营销提出了具体对策。  相似文献

Even two decades later since Self-Concept Clarity (SCC) first emerged in the psychology literature, this important concept has escaped the attention of consumer psychologists. Distinguished in the psychology literature from the concept of self-esteem, our study examines the role of SCC in selected consumer behaviors. A survey of 301 consumers established that SCC contributes to consumers’ general satisfaction with life and its absence leads to such consumer behaviors as susceptibility to interpersonal influence, materialism, post purchase doubt, shopping as escape, and use of products as identity bolsters. This last set of results shows that low SCC consumers, who by definition are inflicted with self-confusion and concomitant anxiety, use the marketplace as a coping resource. These results suggest the concept’s utility in extending our understanding of certain important consumer behaviors.  相似文献

From the perspective of an existing retailer, the optimal size of a cluster of retail activity represents a trade-off between the marginal increases in consumer attraction from another store against the depletion of the customer base caused by an additional competitor. We estimate opening and closing probabilities of multi-line department stores (“anchors”) as a function of preexisting anchors by type of anchor store (low-priced, mid-priced, or high-priced) using a bias-corrected probit model with county and year fixed effects. We find strong negative competitive effects of an additional same type but no effect on openings of anchors of another type. 影响日常网络购物意愿的因素,除商品质量外,网购成本、网购风险、网商服务等对大学生光棍节网络购物意愿无显著影响,体现出大学生光棍节网络购物具有非理性的一面,存在从众购买、冲动购买的现象。然而,对258名大学生的调查发现,大学生在光棍节越感觉情感寂寞与孤独越不会在光棍节进行网络购物。要实现对大学生光棍节网络购物的合理引导,需要高校、大学生自身及网商的共同努力。  相似文献

With the increasing digitalization of traditional retailing, omnichannel retailing has become a growing global phenomenon. The result is the emergence of a new type of shopper who expects a seamless shopping experience across digital and physical channels. As a hybrid between offline and online, the retail innovation curated retailing combines the advantages of these channels, particularly in the fashion and apparel industry. In curated fashion retailing, stylists assist consumers in their online shopping by providing product recommendations tailor-made to their personal preferences. Because consumer demands differ and most curated retailers still struggle with commercial and market performance, a thorough understanding of these shopper segments is vital for retailers. Therefore, this research develops a typology based on shopping motivations for adopting curated retailing in fashion and apparel. Applying cluster analysis to survey data from a main sample of 388 German consumers, four segments are identified: store-oriented online customizers, fashion-conscious changers, choice support seekers and independent apathetics. Using chi-square analysis and analysis of variance, the segments are profiled in terms of their demographic characteristics and actual purchase data. A validation sample consisting of 218 consumers in four European countries provides evidence for the predictive power of the study's results. This study extends the shopping motivation literature to the context of curated retailing and enhances knowledge about online shopper typologies in consulting-intensive retail sectors. Contemporary individuals are forced to deal with excessive stimulation, which causes an overload in the cognitive and emotional areas. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the possible factors differentiating the perceived level of work and shopping overflow experienced by individuals and consequences of these states. Two psychological variables: cognitive control and sensation seeking, are chosen as potential factors differentiating the perceived levels of overflow. We assume that individuals with high cognitive control and sensation seeking will report lower levels of both types of examined overflows. Experiencing low overflow levels may manifest in the search for additional stimuli, rather than in the desire to limit them. Two indexes of behavior connected to seeking extra stimulation are selected: one belonging to the area of consumer behavior (readiness to participate in the experience economy) and one belonging to vocational behavior (choosing a boundaryless career). The quantitative study is conducted on a sample of 297 management students who are currently employed. The research results support the relation between cognitive control and perceived level of work and shopping overflow. Individuals who can cognitively control the situation and the incoming stimuli report lower levels of overflow. No significant relationship between sensation seeking and the level of overflow is found. The demographic variables that influence the perceived overflow are age and salary for work overflow and age for shopping overflow. As far as consequences of overflow are concerned, a low level of shopping overflow is related to readiness to participate in the experience economy. However, there is no link between work overflow and preferred career pattern. The managerial implications for human resource management and marketing strategy design are discussed.  相似文献

This study aims to discover what sort of consumption culture developed among Yugoslavians due to the fact that in the 1960s and 1970s several thousands of them went to Western Europe as guest workers. By analyzing life interviews and literary works the author comes to the conclusion that while consumption culture had evolved in Yugoslavia much earlier than in any other socialist countries thanks to the returning guest workers, these people also created the ‘culture of suffering’ which emerged in the context of feeling homeless, strange and homesick. All of that also meant that in Yugoslavia the system was partly legitimized by the consumption culture imported by the guest workers.  相似文献
