Unemployment and economic psychology: An introduction

Starting from literature a short sequential scheme is being presented, including contextual and causal factors of employment, phenomenal aspects of unemployment, moderator variables, effects and lastly interventions and solutions.General aspects as well as more restricted aspects of unemployment as an area of research within economic psychology are mentioned. The contributions within this issue are discussed in connection with the scheme and the different aspects that were distinguished.     

大型浮雕“中华上下五千年”创作构想（一）

位于河北科技师范学院昌黎校区的大型浮雕"中华上下五千年"坐落在实验教学主楼的前面.设计主题皆在反映中华民族在五千年的发展史中给人类留下的辉煌成就和慷慨悲歌.基于实地安置的情况和主体要求,画面设计采用了横幅连环画的形式以配合主楼的造型,加大作品的气势和展现历史的延续.红铜的材质使整个画面气势宏伟,古朴典雅,浑然一体.该创作两幅总长50.34米,高1.78米,分成两条安置在楼前左右廊壁上.我们在这里选取的是整个创作的第一部分从原始社会到魏晋时期.     

Complainers and noncomplainers revisited: Another look at the data

The point of departure for the present article is previous attempts to profile complaining, dissatisfied consumers. By reviewing the previous literature, three “models” were identified: the “resource”, the “learning” and the “personality” model respectivey. An empirical test of the three models reveals only modest differences between complaining and noncomplaining consumers. Marketplace participation was found to be the most meaningful explanatory factor.
