山西省发展小杂粮的营销对策

小杂粮是山西省的特色农业产品,早以质量优、营养丰富而闻名全国。但就山西省而言,由于市场化、组织化程度较低,产品营销一直是钳制生产发展的瓶颈因素。因此,在发展小杂粮生产的问题上,我们首先要考虑的是;如何使小杂粮产品适应市场需求,顺利实现其价值。也就是先要有一个明确的营销思路,以避免生产决策的失误。只有选择适宜的目标市场、准确地进行市场定位、建立通畅的分销渠道等,才能促进小杂粮生产健康发展。     

Culture and Organization: The Case of Transmanche-Link

The relationship between culture and organization has often been discussed, but rarely explored directly. This paper implements a cultural values instrument taken from Hofstede together with a behavioural instrument derived from Van de Ven to matched samples of British and French managers working on the Channel Tunnel project. The results largely replicate the findings of Hofstede regarding cultural values, but do not support the predicted implications for behaviour. In essence, the British were found to be more bureaucratic and more team-oriented than their French counterparts, who tended to be more fonceur and competitive. This indicates that the relationship between culture and behaviour might be more complicated than research to date suggests.     

新疆回族驼运业的调查与研究

伴随着自元代起始的徙居,地处丝绸之路孔道的新疆回族便开始了远距离经商贸易活动。作为集货物运输与商业贸易为一体的商旅组织,回族驼运业随丝绸之路的兴衰而消长。到民国后,回族驼运业迅猛发展,在新疆驼运业中,规模最大,经营活动范围最广,资金最雄厚,社会影响最巨。本文依据田野调查资料及文献记载,对新疆回族驼运的组织与功能、通商路线与营运货物、驼运业兴起的原因及驼队的演变、新疆回族现在的经商运输情况等,作了系统论述。     

新生代农民工就业能力提升问题研究

新生代农民工可以通过正规教育、社会资本的支持以及"干中学"提升其就业能力。考虑到教育成本、市场需求等因素,新生代农民工应选择职业技术教育提升就业能力;依赖社会资本的支持提升就业能力,需要强调完整的家庭对新生代农民工提升就业能力的重要性,激励企业为员工提供更多在职培训,充分利用新生代农民工在工作搜寻中所依赖的草根力量,帮助农民工获得更多的就业机会,从而使他们有机会获得在职培训和"干中学"的机会,进一步提高其自身的就业能力;"干中学"作为提升就业能力的重要途径,以就业为前提,并与劳动者个人的学习能力紧密相关。     

Hierarchical Variable Selection in Polynomial Regression Models

Significance tests on coefficients of lower-order terms in polynomial regression models are affected by linear transformations. For this reason, a polynomial regression model that excludes hierarchically inferior predictors (i.e., lower-order terms) is considered to be not well formulated. Existing variable-selection algorithms do not take into account the hierarchy of predictors and often select as “best” a model that is not hierarchically well formulated. This article proposes a theory of the hierarchical ordering of the predictors of an arbitrary polynomial regression model in m variables, where m is any arbitrary positive integer. Ways of modifying existing algorithms to restrict their search to well-formulated models are suggested. An algorithm that generates all possible well-formulated models is presented.     

The Impact of Product Returns and Retailer's Service Investment on Manufacturer's Channel Strategies*

We study the distribution channel decision of a manufacturer who considers whether to add an online channel (direct channel) to its brick‐and‐mortar retailer (indirect channel). The retailer faces the opportunity to invest in store assistance to help consumers choose products and thus reduce product returns. Special attention is given to the impact of product returns and retailer's store assistance investment on manufacturer's dual channel decision. We examine conditions under which the manufacturer uses dual channels and how various relevant factors affect its channel decision under two settings, depending on whether the retailer has its own online store or not. When the retailer does not have its online store, we find that (i) the addition of the direct channel raises the wholesale price; (ii) the direct channel addition hurts the retailer if the nonreplacement rate is low; (iii) the manufacturer has a lower incentive to add the direct channel when the retailer's service cost is lower or its returns reduction rate from service investment is higher; and (iv) the manufacturer should treat its own returns handling cost as a key factor in its channel structure decision. In addition, when the retailer operates an online store, we find that the manufacturer may have an incentive to add a direct channel such that both firms own direct channels.

数据压缩技术是数字电视的核心技术。本文从数字电视的数据压缩的必要性,数据压缩编码的客观依据,数字电视的信源编码、信道编码方法,数字电视的音、视频编码的国际标准等方面来阐述数字电视的数据压缩技术。     

也评《唯物中文字典》的编码一检索法

本文在肯定《唯物中文字典》所用的部码类汉字编码法的优点的同时对关于它优于同类的汉字编码法及其他编码法一说加以辨析，主要是将之与部码类的《表形码编排汉语字典》及用角码类的四角号码法的一些数据作出统计比较。本文还指出《唯物中文字典》的一些存在问题，并对如何充分发挥其特有的编码法之优势提出具体而微的改进方案。     

Supply Chain Conflict Due to Store Brands: The Value of Wholesale Price Commitment in a Retail Supply Chain*

Store brands are of increasing importance in retail supply chains, often causing channel conflict, as the retailer's product directly competes with the manufacturer's national brand. Extant research on the resulting channel interactions either assumes the national brand manufacturer can credibly commit to maintaining a wholesale price or that he lacks such ability. However, these two scenarios imply very different supply chain interactions, as only a national brand manufacturer with commitment ability can strategically adjust a national brand wholesale price to prevent a store brand introduction by the retailer. We specifically analyze the impact of this assumption on the manufacturer, the retailer, and the customers. We determine when long‐term contracts that provide the manufacturer with such commitment ability can improve supply chain profitability.

《核电档案分类准则及编码规则》的实施解决了国内核电企业档案分类与编码的行业标准有与无的问题,固化了国内核电企业档案管理对文件分类与编码成果的继承要求,拓展了国内核电企业档案分类与编码的实践空间.面对核电行业信息化及职能管理变化趋势,后续修订需进一步体现档案类目设置的扁平化,强化二级综合类的设置,保证职能分类的一致性,容纳文件编码与档案编码的同一性做法。
