论校报独特的思想政治教育优势

高校校报在进行大学生思想政治教育方面具有独特的优势，面对日益变化的国际国内形势，高校校报要充分发挥校报自身的特点和优势，进一步推动高校思想政治教育工作的发展，需要从以下几方面努力：一是加强工作制度和工作机制建设；二是扬长避短出精品；三是与时俱进拓展功能。     

论科技统计对高校发展的重要作用

科技统计是科学决策的基础，是组织架构设立和调整的依据，是科学制定和有效评价激励政策的前提，是贯彻“以人为本”管理思想的重要手段。对如何加强科技统计工作也提出了相关建议。     

高校资产证券化探讨

高校扩招造成了教学经费不足。目前在全国几乎找不到没有银行贷款的高校，随着“银校间热恋的甜蜜时期”的结束，如何如期还贷，如何进一步融资成为众多高校重大的财政问题，本研究给出了高校收费资产证券化方法，不仅将未来缺乏流通的现金流变现，解决了未来现金流收入与还贷期限结构的不匹配，而且融资成本低。本研究给出了资产证券化的一般组织结构和流程，并对我国高校收费证券化进行了定价。     

实施干部任用“票决制”应抓好的几个环节

干部任用“票决制”以其特有的优越性与合理性被广泛采用，但在实践中存在消极依赖、简单化操作等倾向，导致票决结果的失真。实施干部任用工作票决制，应抓好民主推荐、组织考察、酝酿协商和集体票决等环节。     

民国商业出版与左翼文学潮流的兴起——兼以1930年代良友图书印刷公司的转变为例

将1930年代左翼文学潮流的兴起置于＂民国＂这一社会历史的政治经济研究框架中,可以看到其与民国时期商业出版的经济环境有着十分密切的关系。从此视角出发并结合相关史料,兼以良友图书印刷公司的转变为实例,探寻在与出版业广泛互动的条件下,一度风行文坛进而成为声势浩大＂主潮＂的左翼文学潮流的生成机制。     

Bootstrap Testing of Hypotheses on Co‐Integration Relations in Vector Autoregressive Models

It is well known that the finite‐sample properties of tests of hypotheses on the co‐integrating vectors in vector autoregressive models can be quite poor, and that current solutions based on Bartlett‐type corrections or bootstrap based on unrestricted parameter estimators are unsatisfactory, in particular in those cases where also asymptotic χ² tests fail most severely. In this paper, we solve this inference problem by showing the novel result that a bootstrap test where the null hypothesis is imposed on the bootstrap sample is asymptotically valid. That is, not only does it have asymptotically correct size, but, in contrast to what is claimed in existing literature, it is consistent under the alternative. Compared to the theory for bootstrap tests on the co‐integration rank (Cavaliere, Rahbek, and Taylor, 2012), establishing the validity of the bootstrap in the framework of hypotheses on the co‐integrating vectors requires new theoretical developments, including the introduction of multivariate Ornstein–Uhlenbeck processes with random (reduced rank) drift parameters. Finally, as documented by Monte Carlo simulations, the bootstrap test outperforms existing methods.     

基于文献关键词统计分析的我国开放与远程教育研究现状探析

以中国知网（CNKI）为平台,利用共词分析方法,对2006年1月至2015年6月间公开发表在开放与远程教育领域期刊论文的关键词进行统计分析,结合SATI软件和UCINET软件进行数据处理,探讨高频关键词之间的内在联系,揭示我国开放与远程教育研究的主题结构和核心领域。结果表明：此间我国开放与远程教育领域主要存在七大研究主题;远程学习、网络课程、学习支持服务、学习者是该领域的研究核心;移动学习、内容分析、学习科学和远程学习者将成为未来的研究热点。     

Narrative persuasion,identification, attitudes,and trustworthiness in crisis communication

The purpose of this study is to test the effects of narratives in crisis communication. This research assesses how organizations benefit from using stories in their media responses, relative to sharing nonnarrative information. The theory of crisis response narratives (Heath, 2004) holds that ethical narratives are effective because they enhance trustworthiness, attitudes toward the spokesperson, and identification with the spokesperson. Normative crisis communication theory exhorts disclosing truthful information rather than spinning. In an online experiment, participants (N = 365) watched a news interview in which a scandalized company’s spokesperson responded to a journalist’s questions with (a) ethical narratives, (b) unethical (spin) narratives, or (c) nonnarrative information. Multiple mediator modeling assessed identification with the spokesperson, attitudes toward the spokesperson, and perceived trustworthiness of the spokesperson. Results indicate ethical narratives are more effective than unethical narratives. However, nonnarrative information most effectively enhances trustworthiness and bolsters identification.     

基于“3R＆I”原则的循环经济模式研究

我国当前经济高速增长的要求与有限资源和环境支持能力之间存在严重矛盾。实施循环经济是贯彻落实我国节能减排政策的有效途径,如何发展循环经济是我们面临的重大课题。目前循环经济的实施主要是依据“3R”原则,而这些原则有明显的不足之处。针对“3R”原则的局限性,提出基于创新的循环经济“3R＆I”原则。创新是实现“减量化”、“再利用”、“资源化”的前提,也是实现经济持续循环的保证。循环经济本质上是一种创新经济。     

技术产权交易市场监管研究

技术产权交易是技术资本化的一种制度创新形式,由此形成的交易市场是支持高新技术企业发展的资本市场体系的重要组成部分。我国的技术产权交易市场应定位于区域性、非公开的权益性资本市场,并从立法、鼓励创新等方面加强监管,以实现技术产权交易市场的规范化、科学化发展。
