“以民为本”思想是毛泽东思想的重要组成部分,是中国共产党新民本观的核心内容;全心全意为人民群众谋福利、人民是国家主人、向人民负责、关心人民群众生活、艰苦奋斗、勤俭节约的思想,是构成毛泽东“以民为本”思想的主要方面。

当代出版物文字校勘不受重视,本已是学界同仁所共同谈论的话题.改为电脑排版以后,又出现了相应的新现象、新特点.主要有数字失校、繁简字转换张冠李戴、同(近)音字词混淆、字形相近致误、同音词乱用对成语的重大伤害诸项.     

First Nations and community economic development: a case study

《说文解字》“女”部字及其文化内涵

《说文解字》是我国析字形、解字义、辨读音的文字学专著。本文在对284个《说文解字》中“女”部字及女性文化相关字进行全面考察的基础上,依据《说文解字》中“以类相从,以义相贯”的分类原则,建构“女”部字分类体系,将其分为姓名、称谓、婚嫁、女性价值评判标准、中性字五个类别;通过《说文解字》与《现代汉语词典》中“女”部字对比,研究“女”部字形义变化;探讨“女”部字中反映出的古代女性主流社会地位和古代婚姻制度。     

当代生活与艺术之死:第二、第三和第一世界

当今所谓的艺术,主要是受20世纪七八十年代以来发展并在全球范围内扩散的美国式“艺术”观念所支配,而再也不受德语的“艺术”或法语的“美的艺术”体系所支配。自从现代主义诞生以来,艺术的历史使命的减弱或者消失已经成为事实,但从全球范围而言,“艺术的终结”这一论断仍有些夸大其词。因为在第一世界的艺术死亡之后(这里存在更多的是文化),第二和第三世界的艺术还生长着。艺术从根本上说还不是一个媒介事件和现象,而是一个同我们每个人相关的东西——不管它是不是商品。     

Cohabitation in Great Britain: not for long, but here to stay

This paper uses a new source of data to study the dramatic increase in cohabiting unions in Great Britain. It analyses, in turn, entry into first partnership, the stability of cohabiting unions and repartnering after dissolution of cohabitation. In excess of 70% of first partnerships are now cohabitations, and these last a relatively short time before being either turned into marriage or dissolved. The shift to cohabitation as the dominant mode of first partnership plays an important role in the delay of first marriage and motherhood. The paper also investigates the factors that are associated with the outcome of cohabitations.     

稳定低生育水平与中国家庭养老关系的再思考

稳定低生育水平不会对家庭养老功能带来负面影响。主要理由是 :1.衡量家庭养老功能的标准已经变化。2 .家庭养老的本质是国家性家庭养老。 3.稳定低生育水平与家庭养老的关系不是单因素对单因素的关系 ,而是系统与系统的关系     

A two phases queueing system with Bernoulli vacation schedule under multiple vacation policy

This paper deals with a single server Poisson arrival queue with two phases of heterogeneous service along with a Bernoulli schedule vacation model, where after two successive phases service the server either goes for a vacation with probability p (0≤p≤1) or may continue to serve the next unit, if any, with probability q(=1−p). Further the concept of multiple vacation policy is also introduced here. We obtained the queue size distributions at a departure epoch and at a random epoch, Laplace Stieltjes Transform of the waiting time distribution and busy period distribution along with some mean performance measures. Finally we discuss some statistical inference related issues.
