Analytical network process for software selection in product development: A case study

Application of software for manufacturing processes is one of the resolutions many enterprises have resorted to in the 21st century. This has been a result of increased complexity of products, globalization, rapid changes in technology and so on. The idea was that application of software especially for product development would increase the competitive advantage of industry nevertheless the irony has been that most of the investment in software has not achieved the expected results. We carry out a case study to introduce a methodology, the analytical network process as a multiattribute strategic decision making approach to help in the selection of appropriate software to suit the product development process of a particular product.

我国农村基层组织运行与组织重构问题研究

现有农村基层组织在运行中出现的相互掣肘和权力纷争问题说明,有必要按照城乡统筹的发展思路,重构我国的农村基层组织。可能的改革思路是将村民自治组织即村委会作为农村基层唯一的正式组织(准行政组织),对其工作的监督则统一由乡级党组织来依法实施。     

论“后农业税时代”村委会的职能转换

围绕村委会职能及其转换问题,从考察体制赋予的村委会职能与现实中村委会的职能出发,引入国家减免农业税政策,以此作为村委会职能转换的外生变量。文章认为:这一政策的实施,使村委会的成长进入“后农业税时代”,这对村委职能向“本我”的回归既提供了体制空间,又提出了更高的要求,并进一步分析了村委会职能转换的制约因素,据此提出了转换村委会职能的政策建议。     

Converging trend of innovation efforts in high technology firms under paradigm shift—a case of Japan's electrical machinery

Japan's electrical machinery firms are typical high technology firms and have been playing a leading role in Japan's economic development. This is primarily due to the large amount of R&D investment motivated by technoprenuership leading to high level of technology stock. However, such a high level of technology stock has dichotomized the firms resulting in the converging trend over the last two decades.
