关于邮政编码调整方案的研究

本文分析了现行邮政编码存在的主要问题和现行邮政编码资源的使用情况,提出了调整邮政编码应遵循的基本原则,给出了三种邮政编码调整方案,并对每一调整方案都进行了可行性分析和风险分析,可供决策参考.

高职院校学生顶岗实习中的人身伤害问题及法律保障

顶岗实习是学生在完成文化基础课、专业课以及校内专业实践课以后所进行的实践性教学环节。由于我国法律法规对顶岗实习学生合法权益尚未完善，导致顶岗实习学生在发生人身意外伤害事故时，维权非常困难。本文对顶岗实习的涵义、顶岗实习学生身份的界定和完善顶岗实习法律举措等几个方面的法律问题进行了探讨。     

Deactivating the Buttons: Integrating Radical Exposure Tapping with a Family Therapy Framework

The purpose of this paper is to describe and illustrate with case examples a brief intervention termed Radical Exposure Tapping (RET). RET can be integrated with family therapy to address stuck points where the therapy is hindered by a family member's affective block, an intense and unchangeable emotional reactivity to a specific trigger. RET draws from the methodology of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and combines it with the tapping sequence of the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to produce an intervention that is more flexible than EMDR, provides greater rigor than using the EFT technique alone and can be effective in a single session within the context of family therapy. The paper puts this work into context by first over viewing definitions of trauma and Post‐Traumatic Stress Disorder, arguing that family members' emotional reactivity may be a symptom of PTSD even when they would not qualify for the diagnosis because they had not experienced a life threatening event.     

《后出师表》真伪考释

有学者对诸葛亮《后出师表》提出置疑。笔者提出几点意见：一、《后表》虽不载于《诸葛亮传》,但见于《诸葛恪传》;二、《后表》不是张俨、诸葛恪伪造;三、《后表》用语与诸葛亮习惯用语符合;四、《后表》立意与诸葛亮行为一致。由此可知,《后表》是诸葛亮的作品。

浅谈现代艺术与后现代艺术的区别和理解

现代与后现代艺术思潮源于西方,对当代各艺术领域有着广泛而深刻的影响。本文通过对现代艺术与后现代艺术的主要精神的简要分析,从内容表达、作品的持久性、艺术标准这三方面来论析了这两个时期艺术的区别。     

‘Mafia Baroque’: post‐socialist architecture and urban planning in Bulgaria

This paper traces the reception of the architectural style known as ‘Mafia Baroque’ within the professions of architecture and urban planning in Bulgaria. The debate within these professions was strongly linked to the general decline of power among former intellectual elites and the specific decline of architects and planners, who were sidelined as arbiters of ‘good taste’ and disempowered as regulators of urban growth. The reaction to this style also highlights the rise in public concern over corruption and organized crime and dissatisfaction with post‐socialist urbanization. This paper chronicles the extent of changes in construction and regulation in Bulgaria during the 1990s and argues that planners and architects were challenged not only by their professional marginalization but also by a deeper embarrassment over cultural change. It then relates this debate to broader post‐socialist anxieties over insufficient regulation of urbanization and fear of failing to meet Western European goals for economic and political change.     

经济史视角下的清末民初官方邮局与民信局之争

官方邮局与民信局为争夺邮政市场,在资费与业务等领域展开激烈竞争。为适应形势变化,民信局开始利用新式交通工具发展业务。民信局虽然通过请愿、走私等形式规避官邮控制,但还是走向衰落。民信局与官方邮局的竞争促使官方邮局更趋商业化。民信局积极利用轮船等新式交通工具,而大清邮局则积极学习民信局优点,拓展业务范围。     

后现代的真实

后现代社会的生存和发展更多地依赖信息,而信息的交流又牵涉到语言的掌握和运用。利奥塔尔采用语用学的方法分析问题,我们所处的社会关系问题实际上是提问的语言游戏,后现代科学只能通过语言的误构构筑合法化的基础。因此,后现代知识的目的仍在追求真实,即通过"语言游戏"而产生真理。但由于利奥塔尔对语言作了技术性处理,过于强调语言的异质性以及对思辨叙事合法性的怀疑,这就已经背离了其理论的初衷。
