基于地质遗迹景观的川西藏区生态旅游开发研究

地质遗迹是自然文化遗产的重要组成部分,越来越成为旅游开发的“核心”资源。文章聚焦拥有数量众多、类型丰富的地质遗迹景观川西藏区,通过梳理川西藏区地质演化历史,阐释了该区域地质遗迹形成的背景,同时对该地区地质遗迹景观进行分类和评价,并在此基础上提出川西藏区依托地质遗迹景观开发生态旅游的对策建议。     

十四年来内蒙古非物质文化遗产保护成就述评

内蒙古非物质文化遗产延续着内蒙古各民族的精神根脉,闪烁着各民族智慧之光,彰显了我国民族文化卓殊的创造力和生命价值。十四年来,内蒙古自治区本着对国家、民族文化传承发展的责任意识相继采取了一系列保护措施,在保护机制、名录体系、传承场所、传承人保护制度、宣传教育、区域性保护等方面的建设取得了积极的进展。这些成就为自治区民族文化遗产的有效保护、活态传承、可持续发展创造了良好的社会环境,也有助于提高自治区民族文化自信、增强民众的保护主体意识,具有突出的现实意义。     

中国泰山的文化景观及法律保护

泰山为全国名山之冠,被《世界遗产名录》列为“世界文化和自然双遗产”。泰山不愧为“天下第一名山”、中国历史文化名山,“泰山魂”是中华民族之魂。泰山遗产的商业价值不能过度使用,泰安市政府要为全人类保护泰山遗产。要运用现代科学技术手段对世界遗产实施保护,要按照国际公约的规定对世界遗产实行强制性保护,要依据国内法的有关规定对文物遗产实施规范管护。     

Discourses of cultural heritage in times of crisis: The case of the Parthenon Marbles

The paper focuses on the commodification and politicisation of cultural heritage using as a case study the ongoing debate on the return of the Parthenon Marbles from the U.K. to Greece, recently reignited by the press release for the movie The Monuments Men in 2014. Greece has been in the throes of a severe financial crisis for over six years with the ever imminent threat of Grexit constantly disputed. In parallel with this ongoing turmoil, discourses of Greek antiquity have been persistently prominent in the media. In this context, we problematise the complex nexus of relationships between the financial crisis, national identity and cultural heritage. We combine the Discourse‐Historical Approach and Interactional Sociolinguistics drawing data from an online forum, and investigate how the users negotiate pro‐/anti‐return positions and make the financial crisis relevant in the argumentation process. The analysis shows that history, identity, value, and debt are recontextualised in relation to the Parthenon sculptures. The analysis identifies an underlying process of value trade off and brings the current political and economic environment to the fore. We close the paper by foregrounding the implications of our study and provide directions for further research.     

Revisiting the model of creative destruction: St. Jacobs,Ontario, a decade later

Ten years ago, the model of creative destruction was developed to predict the fate of communities that base their development on the commodification of rural heritage (Mitchell, C.J.A., 1998. Entrepreneurialism, commodification and creative destruction: a model of post-modern community development. Journal of Rural Studies 14, 273–286). Its application to the village of St. Jacobs, Canada, demonstrated that entrepreneurial investment had fostered the creation of a setting for aestheticized consumption. In this paper we demonstrate that creative destruction has continued to unfold in the village over the course of the past decade. The evolutionary path taken is assessed in light of current literature on rural space. It is concluded that to fully understand the transformative process, one must integrate the demands of myriad sub-cultures, whose social relations, ideologies and actions will contribute to the development of a contested landscape of consumption. This finding necessitates that modifications be made to the model and its various stages. The most significant is recognition that the “heritage-scape” is an interim state of landscape change; one that displaces the productivist landscape of the industrial period, and precedes the creation of the “neo-productivist” leisure-scape of post-industrialism. Whether or not such a “final” state is achieved is dictated by the power struggle that inevitably arises amongst sub-cultures engaged in the transformation of rural space.     

非物质文化遗产视野下的浙江潮

浙江潮是天下奇观，属自然遗产。与潮相关的建筑遗址是历史文化遗产。而在非物质文化遗产视野下，则有一系列与浙江潮密切相关的文化传统：观潮的节日庆典和习俗、弄潮竞技、修筑海塘的传统手工技艺、计算潮汐的传统知识、钱塘江传说故事、塘工号子等。将它们看作一个整体，予以整体性保护，是一个难题，也是时代赋予我们的重任。     

21世纪世界遗产保护面临的挑战

本文论述了“世界遗产公约”缔结 30周年后 ,遗产保护所面临的问题与挑战 ,从可持续发展、文化多样性、无形遗产保护、公众意识与地方性保护等方面阐述了 2 1世纪世界遗产保护的发展方向。     

A Typical American Family? How Adoptive Families Acknowledge and Incorporate Chinese Cultural Heritage in their Lives

When a child from China is adopted by U.S. parents, the adoptive family must address questions about if, when, how, and how much to acknowledge the birth cultural heritage of their child. This paper addresses these concerns by presenting findings of a study that examined ways families address the myriad issues surrounding cultural heritage. Drawing on work by H. David Kirk, D. M. Brodzinsky (Brodzinsky, Schechter, & Henig, 1992. Being adopted: The lifelong search for self. New York: Anchor Books), and others, a conceptual framework is presented to aid in understanding the dynamics involved in emphasizing (or de-emphasizing) cultural heritage Second, results of a web-based survey that extends the results of earlier work on cultural heritage in families with children adopted from China (Rojewski & Rojewski, 2001. Intercountry adoption from China: Examining cultural-heritage and other post-adoption issues. Westport, CT: Bergin & Garvey) are presented. Specific findings reveal the range of actions taken by adoptive parents on (a) how families cope with family-child differences, (b) how families acknowledge the child’s birth culture and heritage (e.g., acknowledging birth cultural heritage and culturally-related events, having contact with other Chinese children and adults), and (c) the perceived benefits and importance of incorporating Chinese cultural heritage into family life. Results add to an emerging baseline for understanding the range of responses adoptive families have to address issues of Chinese heritage, as well as trends in the reasoning parents use when deciding about cultural heritage-related issues.     

希腊世界文化遗产的管理与保护经验研究——兼及对我国的借鉴意义

希腊历史悠久,文化遗产很多。在长期的管理实践中,希腊政府对世界文化遗产的管理形成了注重立法、注重保护、注重遗产整体环境的特点,并在保护的前提下发挥文化遗产的精神教育作用、开展国际交流、对遗产进行深层次的开发。希腊世界文化遗产保护和管理的经验为我国的世界文化遗产保护与管理提供了宝贵的经验和借鉴。
