西方服务营销研究的世纪回眸

自从营销学作为一门独立的学科以来 ,实体产品的营销一直作为主流学派主宰着理论界和实务界。但在 2 0世纪 80年代 ,服务营销走出了产品营销的窠臼 ,为营销学的发展开拓了新视野。本文借助UMI、EBSCD、ELSEVIER公司的电子文献库 ,对近 5 0年的服务营销研究进行了回顾 ,依各时期研究内容的不同 ,将这五十年的历程划分为四个阶段 ,并对各阶段研究的主要内容和特点作了简要评述     

论西方服务营销学派的形成及其贡献

20世纪初,营销学成为一门独立的学科以来,尽管学派纷呈,主流学派也经历了从职能学派到管理学派的变迁,但实体产品的营销一直作为主流学派主宰着理论界和实务界。在20世纪70年代末,服务营销以服务的特征为突破口,走出了产品营销的阴影,脱颖而出,为营销学的发展开拓了新视野,并不断地丰富和完善着现代营销理论。     

互联网在服务营销中的应用与前景

服务营销作为企业营销管理深化的内在要求,乃是当前企业竞争制胜的重要保证。本文在分析服务营销固有的不可感知性、不可分离性、差异性和不可储存性的特点,研究了利用互联网技术改善服务营销过程和服务营销控制方面的特点,指出互联网在服务营销中的应用十分广泛,有助于实现顾客让渡价值最大化。     

信息时代流通馆员应是图书馆服务工作的“主角”

部分高校图书馆把工作的重心几乎都转移到了数字图书馆、虚拟图书馆,纸质馆藏、流通工作有所弱化,对传统的流通工作认识有偏差,造成流通馆员对工作认识不足.通过对流通管理工作的分析,认为信息时代的流通馆员应是高校图书馆这个大舞台的主要角色,流通服务工作应是图书馆工作的核心,应唤起流通馆员的职业崇高意识,从而树立现代图书馆的新形象,为读者更好地服务.     

A pilot study of the contribution of empathy to burnout in Salvation Army Officers

Although empathy has been found to distinguish effective counsellors from less effective counsellors, human services professionals who continually experience negative emotional reactions to the feelings that clients express in counselling may be at risk of developing burnout. This study examined the hypothesis that emotional empathy rather than cognitive empathy is associated with burnout. The sample of human services professionals consisted of 71 Salvation Army Officers. Multiple regression was used to investigate whether the dimensions of empathy could predict three aspects of burnout: personal accomplishment, emotional exhaustion and depersonalization. The first regression analysis indicated that personal distress and empathic concern were significant predictor of personal accomplishment. The second analysis indicated that personal distress was a significant predictor of emotional exhaustion. The third indicated that empathic concern was a significant predictor of depersonalization. Although these results support the hypothesis, personal distress was negatively associated with personal accomplishment, whereas empathic concern was positively associated with personal accomplishment. The small size of the sample may have influenced the reliability of the findings. A multidimensional approach to the role of empathy in counselling may help human services professionals to manage their emotional reactions when they engage in counselling with distressed clients.

Interfamily economic exchange: A function of culture or economics?

This study explores differences in inter-household exchange of goods and services in Anglo- and Mexican-American families controlling for income level and for ethnicity. The extent of such exchange, its perceived importance to the family's quality of life, satisfaction with the exchange, and the relation of persons in the exchange process are examined. Significant differences are found more often between higher income Anglo- and Mexican-Americans than between low-income families, both in the family providing goods and services for others and in the receipt of them. Higher income Mexican-American families are more likely than their Anglo- counterparts to exchange with relatives. Ethnic effects are more prevalent in higher income households than in low-income households. Economic effects are more predominant than ethnic effects.This study contributes to interregional Agricultural Experiment Station Research Project NC-128, Quality of Life as Influenced by Area of Residence. 社会服务供给集约化发展思路探索

针对我国目前社会服务供给主体发展现状和社会服务供给特性,结合市场集中度和集约化管理理论,分析我国社会服务供给主体存在的主要问题,论述社会服务供给市场集中度与社会服务供给集约化的关系,提出通过降低准入门槛、鼓励主体竞合、强化规模运营、培育大型主体、理顺主体关系、完善竞争机制及优化市场结构等策略与措施,来推动社会服务供给集约化管理。     

A Preliminary Evaluation of the 1-2-3-Magic Parenting Program in an Australian Community Services Setting

Cognitive-behavioural parenting programs provide caregivers with alternative strategies to harsh disciplining practices but the choice of programs that are evidence-based in Australia is limited. Australian community service workers suggest that having a choice of evidence-based programs is important when matching programs to client needs, and that 1-2-3 Magic is a program used widely in Australia despite its small Australian evidence base. The efficacy of the 1-2-3 Magic program has previously been shown in a controlled trial in an Australian university research setting but little is known about its effectiveness in a “real-world” setting. This study examined a three-session group-format of the Australian 1-2-3 Magic & Emotion Coaching program in a typical metropolitan community service setting. Thirty-eight caregivers with children aged 2–6 years reported a significant decrease in disruptive child behaviour (ECBI), permissive parenting (PS), and parental depression and stress (DASS) from pre- to post-intervention, with results maintained at 3-month follow-up. While these findings suggest that a brief 1-2-3 Magic program is beneficial, it is important to note that methodological limitations (intervention-group only study design and possible confounding variables) do not allow ruling out alternative causes for these improvements. Further research will be needed to confirm that this program can generalise to “real-world” settings.
