对生产力标准是实践标准的具体运用的流行观点提出商榷.生产力标准与实践标准属于不同的范畴.前者是历史观方面的命题,后者是认识论方面的命题.两者所适用的检验在对象、性质、依据、内容方面都存在着质的区别.实践标准与生产力标准不是一般原理与个别原理的关系,而是体现真理的客观性与价值性的统一.生产力标准命题是党的政治路线的重大拨乱反正,实现了"文化大革命"结束后的又一次思想大解放. 相似文献

The economically optimal sample size in a food safety test balances the marginal costs and marginal benefits of increasing the sample size. We provide a method for selecting the sample size when testing beef trim for Escherichia coli O157:H7 that equates the averted costs of recalls and health damages from contaminated meats sold to consumers with the increased costs of testing while allowing for uncertainty about the underlying prevalence rates of contamination. Using simulations, we show that, in most cases, the optimal sample size is larger than the current sample size of 60 and, in some cases, it exceeds 120. Moreover, lots with a lower prevalence rate have a higher expected damage because contamination is more difficult to detect. Our simulations indicate that these lots have a higher optimal sampling rate. 相似文献

The paper reports investigations into how the optimal inspection interval for a fallible system with imperfect inspection is best determined. This work can be viewed as an extension of Raz and Ladany's 1992 work on imperfect inspection in discrete time. Here the cost functions are rewritten to include a probability conditioning that was omitted. In addition, an upper bound on the search space for the optimal inspection interval is presented. This bound allows one to find the global optimum with very modest computational effort. Insights gained from this bound and from the computational tests are used to present some general properties of the system. 相似文献

This paper deals with multi-stage lotsizing models for imperfect production processes. The effect of imperfect quality on lotsizing decisions and effect ofinspection errorsare taken into consideration in the proposed models. Numerical examples are presented for illustration purposes. Unbiased estimators of the number of individuals in a lot possessing various patterns of types of defects are constructed. Explicit formulas are given for cases of two and three types of defect. In this paper, a new sequential acceptance sampling plans in the presence of inspection errors is developed. A suitable profit objective function is employed for optimizing the lot sentencing problem. A backward recursive approach is applied for obtaining the profit of different decisions in each stage of sampling. Required probabilities are obtained using Bayesian rule. A case study is solved for illustrating the application of proposed models and sensitivity analysis are carried out on the parameters of the proposed methodologies and the behaviour of models by changing the parameters are investigated. 相似文献
