浅谈现代外语教材的“以人为本”

现代外语教材的形式和功能发生了很大的转变,外语教材的“以人为本”就是指教材要以使用者为中心———以学生为主体。“以人为本”虽然在现代外语教材中得到了充分体现,但在教材编写中还有许多问题,在编写过程中应充分考虑学习者的需求和提供真实性材料。以期达到当今外语教学的新层面,并对学习者有特殊的指导意义。

本文简要阐述了最大键级杂化轨道和自然杂化轨道的两种构造方法.具体计算了乙硼烷及其桥原子取代物B_2H_4X_2(X=F、OH、NH_2和CH_3)的最大键级、最大键级杂化轨道和自然杂化轨道.对这类分子的结构特点作了简要的讨论.     

NRF-LC物流金融模式设计与优化

本文以加速中小型物流企业的资金周转和费用结算为研究目标,提出了一种基于应收票据管理的物流金融创新模式（NRF-LC服务模式）,设计了该融资模式的结构和关键流程,分析了相应的利益相关者的角色作用,研究了投资与融资过程的策略分析,并建立了投融资博弈模型,确定了NRF-LC融资模式结算次数的可行域,然后利用联合优化的方法,得到了结算次数的最优解,并根据卡尔多-希克斯改进的思想设计了最优结算次数时的融资补偿策略。本文的研究是物流金融模式创新的尝试,为物流与资金流的整合运营提供了可行的方案,可以有效地提升物流业务利益相关者的综合经济效益。     

环境经济研究的福利标准

环境经济研究中,经济学家从经济理论角度对环境污染产生的经济根源进行了探讨,试图找出一种合理的福利标准,将环境资源利用、经济发展与社会福利联系起来,在兼顾效率和公平的基础上对环境经济问题加以分析。本文引入98年诺贝尔经济学得主阿马蒂亚·森提出的“后福利经济学”中的福利标准,与传统福利标准相比较,阐述了不同福利标准对环境经济问题研究的影响。     

Reevaluating the uses of status: The case of earnings determination

Status and prestige variables and measures have been central to the sociological study of individual variations in income and other dependent variables for at least 2 decades. Yet theoretical and methodological rationales for the use of such variables in the explanation of income are problematic. This conclusion, along with some similar conclusions about other uses of status and prestige variables and measures, were reached after a review of Weberian, functionalist, and other prominent discussions of the uses of status/prestige in theory and research on income. It is suggested that an emphasis upon structural attributes of jobs is more promising than a continued emphasis upon evaluatory, status/prestige conceptions of jobs for effective theorizing about income determination. A quantitative analysis of earnings shows that income effects of a common measure of socio-economic status disappear in the context of a rudimentary structural model of income. It is concluded that social scientists should move on to use more varied attributes of jobs and exercise more caution in the use of status and prestige variables.     

Honour bound in Australia: From defensive nationalism to critical nationalism

The imprisonment and trial of Guantanamo Bay detainee David Hicks catalysed widespread public debate in Australia over issues of nationalism and citizenship. This article discusses the competing forms of nationalism that underpinned this debate, especially critical nationalism, which evidences both a critique of and caring for the nation. Following Ghassan Hage's notion of the dichotomy between national caring and worrying, the article looks at a theatre production based on the David Hicks story to illustrate the role the arts play in challenging and redefining our attachment to the nation.
