文本类型的翻译批评导向——兼评赖斯的翻译批评观

该文以赖斯的文本类型理论为框架,将翻译批评和文本功能结合起来,探讨如何对不同功能的文本进行客观有重点的评价。该文认为,建立在功能对等基础上的文本类型导向的翻译批评模式,客观系统,易于操作,但也有一定的局限,即只有当译文功能和原文功能一致时,文本类型才是影响翻译批评的首要因素。     

Maxima of skew elliptical triangular arrays

ABSTRACT

In this paper, we investigate the asymptotic behavior of the component-wise maxima for two bivariate skew elliptical triangular arrays with components given in terms of skew transformations of bivariate spherical random vectors. We find the weak limit of the normalized maxima for both cases that the random radius pertaining to the elliptical random vectors is either in the Gumbel or in the Weibull max-domain of attractions.
