关于利用高校资源优势开拓我国中小企业竞争情报搜集工作的思考

竞争情报搜集工作是企业竞争情报工作的重要环节。我国中小企业由于自身规模较小、资金缺乏、人员的信息处理能力相对较低，很难有效地开展竞争情报搜集工作，而高校具有良好的理论基础、人才优势、丰富的文献资料、充足的网络设施等资源，为中小企业获取竞争情报提供了有利保证。     

科技型林业中小企业品牌形象策略的影响因素研究——新疆企业的实证分析

通过文献分析,将企业品牌形象策略的影响因素分为动态能力和市场导向两个方面,探讨不同影响因素对企业实施品牌形象策略的作用和效果。以新疆30家科技型林业中小企业的量化问卷数据为样本的实证分析表明,科技型林业中小企业的动态能力对企业品牌形象策略具有正向促进作用;科技型中小林业企业的市场导向对企业品牌形象策略具有正向促进作用;科技型林业中小企业的动态能力和市场导向之间具有相互影响作用。科技型林业中小企业品牌形象策略受市场导向影响较大,其次是动态能力因素。     

拓宽中小企业自主创新的融资渠道

自主创新对于占有企业总数90％以上的中小企业具有重要意义。融资难、投入低已成为制约其发展的“瓶颈”。本文借鉴发达国家风险投资方面的先进经验,针对我国风险投资存在的问题,在拓宽风险资本来源、加强风险投资外部环境建设、健全风险投资的运行机制和退出机制等方面提出对策和建议。     

基于SVM的中小企业集合债券融资个体信用风险度量研究

中小企业集合债券融资个体的信用风险度量面临小样本、非线性、高维数等现实问题,传统的评估方法很难适用。为了弥补传统评估方法的不足,提高信用风险度量的准确性,建立了适用性更强的信用风险评估指标体系,并引入基于统计学习理论的SVM模型对融资个体信用风险进行度量。选取径向基核函数作为支持向量机的核函数,通过数据的转化与缩放、参数的优选,最终获得了分类效果比较好的中小企业集合债券融资个体信用风险度量模型。经实际数据检验,模型的预测准确率为90.77%,具有较强的适用性。     

中国中小企业发展现状及对策研究

由于中国工业化已进入中期阶段,已有一定基础,因而大力发展中小企业是目前中国经济发展的最优战略选择。为此着重剖析了中小企业存在的问题,提出了中国中小企业发展的若干对策措施。     

湖北中小企业集群效应研究

中小企业集群效应在降低经营成本、获取市场信息、提高协作水平等方面发挥着积极作用,是当前倍受关注的经济现象。文章运用中小企业集群理论重点分析了湖北中小企业在产业集群方面的现状及特点,剖析了存在的问题,提出了促进湖北中小企业产业集群发展的方向和对策。     

Are government intentions for the inclusion of innovation and small and medium enterprises participation in public procurement being delivered or ignored? An Irish case study

It is imperative that public procurement opportunities are made equally accessible to all size businesses to ensure a fair and level competitive playing field. “Innovation,” as the creative process of exploiting new ideas, has become widely recognized as playing a central role in the economic recovery of Europe and so too are the small and medium size enterprises (SMEs) who are considered as major promoters of innovation and innovative solutions. At a national level, the implementation of European Union (EU) policies on SMEs and innovation inclusion in public procurement, while of paramount importance to Irish policy-makers to ensure alignment and compliance, seems, however, to have a significant lack of monitoring and reporting mechanisms. It is found that a lack of commitment and drive from the top, a lack of robust measurements and monitoring mechanisms combined with contrasting political agendas, and a very risk averse culture have collectively added to government intentions being ignored in many instances.     

Knowledge management based collaboration moderator services to support SMEs in virtual organizations

Abstract

Collaboration Moderator Services (CMS) are discussed as a Knowledge management service for SMEs operating in a virtual organization (VO). In this research, a CMS supports the pre-creation stage of a VO by quickly identifying potential business opportunities and collaborative partners. Text mining techniques are used to analyze calls for tender documents based on the competencies and areas of interest stored in the shared information about companies in a collaboration pool. A case study of UK-based SMEs demonstrates the application of text mining as a knowledge discovery tool, supporting SMEs at the pre-creation stage of a VO. Results show that text mining can be used to (1) identify possible business opportunities for SMEs in the collaborative network (2) Indicate potential collaborations between pairs of SMEs using link analysis and (3) Raise awareness of business opportunities and possible SME partners for multi-enterprise collaborations using a dimensional matrix.
