胡仔生平新考

胡仔的《苕溪渔隐丛话》是宋代的一部重要诗话总集。该书的价值不仅体现在文献方面，其间也有胡仔自己精到的品诗论人之语，惜前人对此罕有论及。欲探求胡仔的诗学观点，必先对其本人做以清楚的了解。然《宋史》未为其立传，学界的间或之论亦凌乱和残缺。文章通过对相关资料进行整合，并利用新的文献资料，对胡仔的生平做了较为完整清晰的勾勒，从而为胡仔的诗学批评理论研究奠定基础。     

Problems with Maximum Likelihood Estimation and the 3 Parameter Gamma Distribution

The three parameters involved are scale a , shape 𝜌 , and location s . Maximum likelihood estimators are (\hata, \hat\rho, \hats) . Using recent work on the second order variances, skewness, and kurtosis we establish the facts, that if the location parameter s is to be estimated, then the asymptotic variances only exist if 𝜌 >2, asymptotic skewness only exists if 𝜌 >3, and 2nd order variances and third order fourth central moments only exist if 𝜌 >4. The result of these limitations is that in general very large sample sizes may be needed to avoid inference problems. We also include new continued fractions for the asymptotic covariances of the maximum likelihood estimators considered.     

The competing risks analysis for parallel and series systems using Type-II progressive censoring

Abstract

Recently, the study of the lifetime of systems in reliability and survival analysis in the presence of several causes of failure (competing risks) has attracted attention in the literature. In this paper, series and parallel systems with exponential lifetime for each item of the system are considered. Several causes of failure independently affect lifetime distributions and observations of failure times of the systems are considered under progressive Type-II censored scheme. For series systems, the maximum likelihood estimates of parameters are computed and confidence intervals for parameters of the model are obtained using Fisher information matrix. For parallel systems, the generalized EM algorithm which uses the Newton-Raphson algorithm inside the EM algorithm is used to compute the maximum likelihood estimates of parameters. Also, the standard errors of the maximum likelihood estimates are computed by using the supplemented EM algorithm. The simulation study confirms the good performance of the introduced approach.

我国国内市场经济的发展和国外成功的立法例 ,为我国制定民法典创造了条件 ,特别是我国法律文化、科技发展及民法自身发展变化趋势 ,奠定了我国民法典制定的指导思想。其表现为从我国发展市场经济的国情出发 ;从我国法律传统和法律文化出发 ;反映科技发展对民法的要求 ;符合当代民法发展的总趋势。由此决定我国未来民法典的体系可采用七分法 ,即分为七编 ,分别为总则、人格法、亲属法、物权法、合同法、继承法、侵权法。     

RELIABILITY PROPERTIES OF SERIES AND PARALLEL SYSTEMS FROM BIVARIATE EXPONENTIAL MODELS

ABSTRACT

In this paper we study the classification of the generalized mixtures of two or three exponential distributions, in the ILR and DLR classes, and consequently in the IFR and DFR classes. We apply these results to classify the aging of the series and parallel systems, in accord with some common bivariate exponential models of their components.     

《全宋诗·黎廷瑞诗》点校献疑

《全宋诗·黎廷瑞诗》在整理中的标点及校勘尚有若干问题,作为献疑,归纳为15条,以供讨论。其中包括整理时因工作底本(《四库全书·鄱阳五家集·芳洲集》)之误,点校者不察,沿袭底本之误而误者,如"铜狄摩"误作"铜狄磨"等,大多属音形相同或相似而误。有标点断句之误者,如《东坡志林》,误作"东坡《志林》";又如杂言体《禽言》中的"衍字"、"字的倒置"以及标点断句之误等。此外,有改动底本未出校者。文中均一一作了辨证。     

综合阻尼系统的模态分析和时序模型

本文定义同时计及粘性阻尼和结构阻尼的系统为综合阻尼系统。讨论了多自由度比例综合阻尼系统的模态分析。推导出传递函数矩阵的表达式。应用拉氏变换和Z变换间关系,得到系统的ARMA时间序列模型。     

m阶积分算子及其应用

本文引人m阶积分算子，给出函数乘积u（x）．v（x）的m阶积分公式，此公式将函数乘积u(X)．v（x）的n阶导数的Leibniz公式推广到n为负整数情形，此公式同时也是函数f（x）的Taylor公式及Taylor级数的一种推广．     

Characterizations based on Rényi entropy of order statistics and record values

Two different distributions may have equal Rényi entropy; thus a distribution cannot be identified by its Rényi entropy. In this paper, we explore properties of the Rényi entropy of order statistics. Several characterizations are established based on the Rényi entropy of order statistics and record values. These include characterizations of a distribution on the basis of the differences between Rényi entropies of sequences of order statistics and the parent distribution.
