集群网络嵌入与农民专业合作社成长能力提升

农业集群网络嵌入将扩展农民专业合作社的资源支配范围,获取学习机会,提升其成长能力。所嵌入集群网络的组织化程度越强,群体中心性越高,农民专业合作社越容易从集群嵌入中获益。农民专业合作社在制度安排中加强协作网络构建,学习临近伙伴的最佳实践,投资于声誉建设,是获取集群资源的主要途径。同时,集群网络嵌入的效果也受农民专业合作社自身对知识的吸收能力,以及领办主体的网络内社会关系的影响。     

World revolution or socialism,community by community,in the Anthropocene?

ABSTRACT

The idea of a Fifth International has been around for some time and the historical record is not encouraging. We have all been wrestling with the contradictions the Left faces. The transnational capitalist class has taken setbacks in its stride, while the Left flounders almost everywhere. No communist revolution has resulted in the capture of power by the working class. Now we are all confronted by a new, rapidly unfolding ecological crisis, the Anthropocene. I argue that the most effective response is to exit rather than attempt to overthrow capitalism and the hierarchical state by international revolution. Socialists in positions of authority in state institutions and capitalist enterprises can facilitate this process by enacting legislation that helps people to transition to new smaller-scale non-statist social units, such as producer-consumer co-operatives producing their own food and other essential services over time. Mobilizing the ideas of degrowth, anarching, and consumer-producer cooperatives in the digital age, I argue that under Anthropocene conditions democratic socialism is best constructed from the bottom up, community by community, networked in mutually nurturing relationships.     

基于博弈分析的农村信用社产权改革路径选择

随着我国农村信用社改革的步步深化,新型产权组织模式与运行机制的构建已经走到了攻坚阶段。文章在归纳分析农村信用社改革与发展背景及基本现状的基础上,围绕政府与农村信用社双方的益损值,对政府推行农村信用社合作制规范进行了博弈分析,由最终的纳什均衡分析结果,得出了在现有农村信用社基础上搞统一的合作制规范不切实际,农村信用社改革必须走“多元化”产权组织模式道路的结论,并就新时期如何进一步发展与完善农村信用社“多元化”产权组织模式提出了几点政策性建议。     

农村土地承包经营权入股流转法律问题研究

农村土地承包经营权入股流转是当前我国学界和决策界共同关注的一个话题。通过我国土地承包经营权入股流转现有三种实践模式优、缺点的分析研究,得出当下可行的土地承包经营权流转模式为入股农民专业合作社。指出了入股农民专业合作社存在的现实障碍和法律困境,并提出了对策及建议。     

农民专业合作社规模经济和范围经济研究——基于山西省不同资产规模下的调研数据

采用广义超越对数成本函数模型及确定效应(Fix Period) SUR法,对山西省15个县市44家果蔬农民专业合作社的生产经营进行调研分析.为避免规模差异过大造成的异方差问题,以资产规模200万元为界,将样本合作社分成两组,分别计算其规模经济和范围经济.两组样本合作社总体上具有规模经济和范围经济,但特定产品规模经济(范围经济)各不相同,结论为:第一组样本合作社不能盲目扩大其规模,第二组相对具有竞争优势,各个多样化产出之间的联合生产能节约总成本.     

供销网络与城乡一体化建设探析

城乡一体化建设要有配套的＂供＂与＂销＂流通网络平台,供销社工作的核心是＂供＂与＂销＂,它既是城乡一体化的建设者,也是城乡一体化建设的受益者。计划经济体制时期供销网络对社会经济发展及提升城乡一体化水平曾经发挥过巨大的作用。市场经济体制下,供销网络同样应肩负起促进农村经济社会协调发展的历史使命,应该围绕城乡一体化建设,坚持服务＂三农＂的办社宗旨,以＂新网工程＂建设为突破口,以开门办社、开放办社为发展理念,大力构建农村流通网络。     

The future of cooperatives and trade unions: the relevance for the question of democratization of society

ABSTRACT

Co-operatives and trade unions are the oldest organizations of democratic participation, founded nearly 200 years ago. For sure the main challenges for the world and especially for the trade unions and the social economy today are the environmental degradation in all realms and globalization dominated by the financial capital. To better understand these issues a historical approach is needed.     

充分发挥农民专业合作社引领作用的对策研究

当前的农民专业合作社整体运行中对农村经济的发展引领效率低下,表现为规模小、竞争力不强等。因此,有必要研究能够充分发挥农民专业合作社引领作用的合理路径。基于对莘县农民专业合作社当前发展情况的调查问卷分析,得出莘县农民专业合作社在促进农村经济发展、促进农民增收中取得了较高的认可度和满意度。但是,受政策支持、农民文化水平、经济条件等因素的影响,当前合作社发展面临很多瓶颈问题,如资金不足、功能薄弱等。最后结合莘县自身农村经济的发展特点,提出能够充分发挥农民专业合作社引领作用的创新机制、发展模式和路径对策,进一步明确未来农民专业合作社合理的发展方向。     

Valuing unpaid labour in community Fair Trade products: a Nicaraguan case study from The Body Shop International

This article discusses insights from a research study of an innovative community Fair Trade initiative which has a pricing model that recognises the unpaid work of women. It argues that women's unpaid work represents an important input into production and should be valued and renumerated. This initiative is a joint project between The Body Shop International and its partner, Cooperativa Juan Francisco Paz Silva, a sesame-producing co-operative in Nicaragua. By recognising the unpaid work of women, which has always been taken for granted, the project highlights gender equality and calls it into question. The findings of the research study show that despite the uneven impact of Fair Trade on gender and the household, the recognition of the unpaid work of women in the price, coupled with other enabling factors, can have a positive impact. This has implications for governments, companies, and development policymakers and practitioners.     

城乡统筹发展背景下土地集体所有权实施现状及制度重构

农村土地集体所有权在城乡统筹配套改革区农民土地极大赋权及土地流转频繁情况下,面临传统农民集体经济组织瓦解、集体组织管理权能被压缩和削减等一系列困境,解决问题的关键在于分地区、有条件地实施集体土地股份合作社试点改革制度,于内部明确农民集体的主体地位及设计合理的法人治理结构,以实现农民集体的意志顺利表达,于外部提供法律支持和监督机制,防止国家公权力的侵袭,以最大限度利用土地资源及实现农业生产效益的提高。
