整体性治理框架下农村公共服务的有效供给

农村公共服务供给的有效性关乎到社会治理现代化目标的实现。通过对当前农村公共服务碎片化供给的历史演变考察,提出农村公共服务供给整体性治理的应然性。进而建构出农村公共服务供给的整体性治理框架,梳理了整体性治理的三大机制,探求并分析影响农村公共服务供给中整体性治理机制的变量关系。借助于样本区域的调研数据,诠释了整体性治理机制与农村公共服务供给的关系模型。同时结合非结构访谈的实践内容,厘清了农村公共服务供给在整体性治理理念下的现实盲区,通过提出农村公共服务供给路径的建议,进一步提升我国农村公共服务供给的有效性。     

当前全民阅读的现状及其推广路径

我国始于1997年的全民阅读活动迄今已取得明显成效.但综观全国,各地对全民阅读的重视程度不一,区域性发展也不尽相同,同时存在着碎片化阅读倾向明显、功利性阅读方式盛行、娱乐化阅读现象突出等明显的问题.其解决方案应从加强政府对全民阅读的扶持、优化网络阅读环境、适当借助名人效应、发挥图书馆的作用等几个方面作出努力,最终实现"书香中国"的奋斗目标和理想蓝图.     

唯有“生成”:德勒兹、惠特曼和《自我之歌》

沿用德勒兹内在性理论,对惠特曼的诗歌,尤其是《自我之歌》进行解读。惠特曼无意识中追求的是流动无我的纯粹情感和欲望,主要关注了惠特曼诗歌中罗列的语言现象,分析了惠特曼诗歌中破碎的语言现象的深刻含义、精神分裂症式的游牧主体、惠特曼对纯粹情感的追求。

从弗吉尼亚·伍尔夫小说理论中的主观真实论和人物中心论入手,着力于解读《达洛卫夫人》中的疯子形象—赛普蒂默斯的意识片断。伍尔夫反对物质主义者强调躯体忽视心灵,主张描写人物心理的真实。人物貌似无序的意识片断是客观事物在人物头脑中的反映。     

‘Fragmented authoritarianism’ – the facilitator behind the Chinese reform miracle: a case study in central China

Although it maintains an authoritarian power structure, China has been widely perceived as one of most decentralized nations in the world in terms of government spending. The concept of ‘fragmented authoritarianism’ has figured largely in academic discussions of China's regime. It raises the question of how such apparently opposed states – ‘fragmentation’ and ‘authoritarianism’ – co-exist. In particular, how can so many important economic and political reforms have been launched in a milieu of fragmented authoritarianism? An analysis of an intergovernmental jurisdiction reform launched by city leaders suggests that fragmented authoritarianism facilitated the reform miracle. Fragmentation supplies the room and space for reform and change, while authoritarianism provides the power and authority for leaders to launch such reforms. That is why China has been able to remain united through a process of dramatic change.     

基于碎片时间的高校移动互联网用户使用行为研究

碎片时间在移动互联网时代逐渐受到人们的重视,本文从使用质量、社会认同、情感满足和成本四个基本要素分析了高校用户在碎片时间使用移动互联网的影响因素,提出了相关研究假设,构建了研究模型,并对样本数据进行了定量分析。研究结果显示了使用质量、社会认同、情感满足与用户使用行为正相关,成本与用户使用行为存在负相关关系,并且联系实际,对研究结果进行了讨论分析。     

Disorganization,disidentification and ideological fragmentation: Verbal and pictorial evidence from a British business school

Rather than focusing on organizing dimensions of society, one may conceptualize disorganization processes, where ideological values incongruence leads to disidentification and ideological fragmentation. Integrating discourse analysis and critical social psychology, I focus on professional organizations facing ideological, managerialist change to develop a typology of multiple‐identity organizations (MIOs) incorporating various degrees of disorganization, rather than the traditional ideographic–holographic dualism. I then apply a creative, visual method to explore how wider ideological tensions between managerial (utilitarian) and professional (normative) values shape lived experiences in a major British business school. Longitudinal verbal and pictorial discursive analysis shows a cacophony of images competing to construct and deconstruct organizational identity over a decade and a half. The organization tends towards disorganization, but somehow retains a sufficient sense of (multiple) identity to survive, suggesting it is myopic to ignore processes and structures that mark and contribute to the ideological fragmentation of MIOs.

研究原位缺口平移技术在显示睾丸细胞凋亡中的应用．方法：采用原位缺口平移技术检测大鼠睾丸组织中DNA断裂，显示细胞凋亡．结果：在睾丸组织中出现阳性标记细胞，在10μm厚的切片上，每条精曲小管可见0－3个阳性标记细胞．结论：该方法可用于不同主理和病理条件下睾丸细胞凋亡的研究     

我国养老保险制度的碎片化治理——基于“整体性治理”的视角

当前,我国养老保险制度存在着较为严重的碎片化倾向。以协调、整合为核心内容的整体性治理理论为养老保险的碎片化治理提供了思路。文章运用希克斯对新公共管理问题的批判,分析了我国养老保险的碎片化问题,提出了整体性治理视角下我国养老保险改革的路径。
