关于“建设生态文明”提出的依据及实现的途径

党的十七大适应国内外形势的新变化，顺应各族人民过上更好生活的新期待，提出了实现全面建设小康社会奋斗目标的新要求，并首次将“建设生态文明”写入报告，这是我们党科学发展、和谐发展理念的一次升华。而探讨生态文明形成的理论依据、现实依据以及建设生态文明的实现途径，对理解和落实十七大报告具有一定的借鉴作用。     

元认知与大学英语网络自主学习

目前我们汉译英的课堂教学模式过于简单且效率低下,本文提出了一种针对低学业成就者的、基于学习策略培训的汉译英SB I教学模式,从汉语语义结构分析、英语句子结构定型、英语词汇选择以及检查核对等多方面尝试将汉译英学习策略的培训渗透到汉译英的课堂教学活动中,以期提高这些学习者的汉译英技能,帮助他们掌握必要的语言学习策略,培养他们的自主学习能力,改善课堂教学效果。     

理工科大学素质教育中的中国民族音乐教育

艺术素质教育在古往今来的教育中都承担着重要的角色。中国民族音乐作为集艺术性与民族性为一体的音乐艺术形式,在世界音乐艺术领域占有重要的地位。通过不同的艺术教育途径,发扬和传承中国民族音乐,让更多的理工科大学生了解和热爱中国民族音乐,提高自身音乐修养,最终达到专业与艺术的完美融合。     

German family policy at the crossroads: analysing the impact of parental leave reform through simulation

Comparative studies of welfare reforms encounter two problems. First, the counterfactual problem is that in the real world schemes and their reforms do not coexist simultaneously and are hard to compare. Second, the contextual problem derives from the absence of comparable measures for change. Microsimulation helps to overcome these problems. It compares policy options – actual reforms or reform plans – simultaneously and provides a comparable measure: the disposable income of model families. This article uses a type–case approach to investigate recent reforms of the German parental leave benefit. Simulation makes those reforms comparable over time and across countries. Results show that the profile of the German scheme is changing from 'general family' towards 'dual-earner' support. Furthermore, the recent reforms make the German scheme converge towards the Swedish leave scheme. The recent reforms introduce a new concept of fairness and a focus on gender equality to German family policies.

本文从语言的产生与发展、语言与思维,语言与语境,语言与交际之间的辩证关系,交际法的原则以及对交际法的理解等方面阐释了语言与交际的正确思路,强调交际法或功能教学法成为培养学生交际能力的主要手段     

聚焦中国英语课堂:影响学生参与讨论的因素—— 一次采用定性分析法进行本土化研究的尝试

通过课堂观察及课后的学生采访,本文采用定性研究法考察了决定英语课堂上中国学生讨论情况的因素。　　本文的主要发现是：（１） 中国文化推崇的谦虚美德明显地妨碍了学生们抒发己见;（２） 学生推理能力和英语表达能力之间的鸿沟是引起表达焦虑的主要原因;（３） 教师的角色左右学生讨论中表现。基于上述发现,本文认为,课堂学习由民族性格、教育体制、口语习得心理以及教师角色所决定。因此建议,今后要注意研究课堂学习和其他影响因素之间的关系     

Link-tracing sampling with an initial sequential sample of sites: Estimating the size of a hidden human population

We proposed a modification to the variant of link-tracing sampling suggested by Félix-Medina and Thompson [M.H. Félix-Medina, S.K. Thompson, Combining cluster sampling and link-tracing sampling to estimate the size of hidden populations, Journal of Official Statistics 20 (2004) 19–38] that allows the researcher to have certain control of the final sample size, precision of the estimates or other characteristics of the sample that the researcher is interested in controlling. We achieve this goal by selecting an initial sequential sample of sites instead of an initial simple random sample of sites as those authors suggested. We estimate the population size by means of the maximum likelihood estimators suggested by the above-mentioned authors or by the Bayesian estimators proposed by Félix-Medina and Monjardin [M.H. Félix-Medina, P.E. Monjardin, Combining link-tracing sampling and cluster sampling to estimate the size of hidden populations: A Bayesian-assisted approach, Survey Methodology 32 (2006) 187–195]. Variances are estimated by means of jackknife and bootstrap estimators as well as by the delta estimators proposed in the two above-mentioned papers. Interval estimates of the population size are obtained by means of Wald and bootstrap confidence intervals. The results of an exploratory simulation study indicate good performance of the proposed sampling strategy.     

Bayesian influence diagnostics in radiocarbon dating

Linear models constitute the primary statistical technique for any experimental science. A major topic in this area is the detection of influential subsets of data, that is, of observations that are influential in terms of their effect on the estimation of parameters in linear regression or of the total population parameters. Numerous studies exist on radiocarbon dating which propose a value consensus and remove possible outliers after the corresponding testing. An influence analysis for the value consensus from a Bayesian perspective is developed in this article.     

A Likelihood‐Based Analysis for Relaxing the Exclusion Restriction in Randomized Experiments with Noncompliance

The exclusion restriction is usually assumed for identifying causal effects in true or only natural randomized experiments with noncompliance. It requires that the assignment to treatment does not have a direct causal effect on the outcome. Despite its importance, the restriction can often be unrealistic, especially in situations of natural experiments. It is shown that, without the exclusion restriction, the parametric model is identified if the outcome distributions of various compliance statuses are in the same parametric class and that class is a linearly independent set over the field of real numbers. However, the relaxation of the exclusion restriction yields a parametric model that is characterized by the presence of mixtures of distributions. This scenario complicates the likelihood‐based estimation procedures because it implies more than one maximum likelihood point. A two‐step estimation procedure based on detecting the root that is closest to the method of moments estimate of the parameter vector is then proposed and analyzed in detail, under normally distributed outcomes. An economic example with real data concerning returns to schooling concludes the paper.
