城市社区异质性与邻里社会资本研究

我国社会结构的剧烈变迁加深了社区人口的异质性,这种结构性的变化将对城市邻里的社会资本产生重大影响。关于社区内部异质性对邻里社会资本的作用,国内外学者看法不一。在剖析争论的基础上,本文提出了一种分类研究框架,认为社区内部异质性对两种性质的社会资本具有不同的影响。社区内部异质性的增大会抑制整合性的社会资本,但有可能促进链合性的社会资本。     

PCB金手指表面变色研究(英文)

对印制电路板(PCB)金手指表面变色进行研究,通过对铜原子扩散的分析,解释了PCB金手指表面变色的原因,即铜原子扩散到PCB金手指表面而被氧化;另外,通过分析铜原子在PCB金手指表面的扩散的内在驱动力,并利用菲克定律结合实际条件得出铜在PCB金手指表面的扩散流量和浓度分布表达式,为在实际运用中防止铜原子在PCB金手指表面的扩散提供了理论依据。     

铝板件自冲铆接的实验分析

本文介绍了一种新型的铝板件冲压连接技术,并根据实验结果阐述了自冲铆接的机理,分析了铆钉和模具结构对连接性能的影响,并对自冲铆接与圆点冲压连接的强度进行对比.此外,本文对这种新型连接技术的实际应用作了简要介绍.     

Bonding and Bridging Social Capital Development by Social Workers

ABSTRACT

Developing service users’ bonding and bridging social capital is an increasingly recognized role of social workers. A survey of 570 Chinese service users, sampled from 41 social service units in Hong Kong, provided data for the study. Results demonstrated convergent and discriminant validity in a confirmatory factor model about the measurement of bonding and bridging social capital development, mutuality, and assistance to the community. This evidence for the validity and usefulness of social capital development endorses social workers’ role in developing service users’ social capital. Further research needs to assess the generalizability of the present findings in other sociocultural settings.     

国外矿区土地复垦执行保证金制度的比较研究

采用文献调研法 ,以美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、马来群岛和印度尼西亚的矿区复垦执行保证金制度为研究对象 ,对比分析了这些国家矿区复垦执行保证金制度的配套制度和核心内容 ,进而分析总结出其共同特征 ,为我国改革矿区复垦制度 ,建立复垦执行保证金制度提供借鉴。     

矿区土地复垦执行保证金制度的经济模型及应用

保证金制度 (或称执行保证金制度)是环境管理的经济手段之一 ,为了完善我国现行矿区土地复垦制度 ,有必要探讨保证金制度在矿区土地复垦管理中的应用。本文采用资源与环境经济学的方法 ,在探讨矿区土地复垦目标及其实现度评价的基础上 ,借鉴国外复垦管理经验 ,对构建适合我国矿区情况的保证金制度经济模型进行了尝试 ,并模拟应用了保证金制度经济模型。     

Adolescents' Lifetime Experience of Selling Sex: Development Over Five Years

Lifetime experience of selling sex among adolescents was investigated together with sociodemographic correlates, parent–child relationship, and the existence of people to confide in. Changes over time regarding the selling of sex were investigated through a comparison of data from 2004 and 2009. This study was carried out using 3,498 adolescents from a representative sample of Swedish high school students with a mean age 18.3 years. Of these adolescents, 1.5% stated that they had given sexual services for reimbursement and both male and female buyers existed. The adolescents who had sold sex had a poorer parent–child relationship during childhood and had fewer people to confide in about problems and worries. Changes over time were found especially regarding the Internet as a contact source and also immigrant background.     

Coping Strategies Among Mothers of Chronically Ill Children: A Case Study in Malaysia

ABSTRACT

 The purpose of this study is to identify the stresses and coping strategies of five mothers in caring for their chronically ill and disabled children. These mothers were receiving services from a nonprofit hospital in Malaysia. Through an in-depth case study design, the findings indicated that emotional stress caused high levels of depression, which decreased life satisfaction that led to poorer physical health. Issues explored included employment, noncooperation of family members, as well as factors related to the mother's individual abilities and how these factors might affect maternal caregiving. Recommendations for future research include identifying probable psychosocial stresses and other associated factors while emphasizing the importance of community-based programs that minimize these stresses.     

绑定导向概念与测量:一个双向视角的研究

绑定导向是用来表示关系营销实施的一个概念。文章以B2C网络商店为实证背景,使用定性和定量相结合的方法,从企业和消费者双向视角探查、识别绑定导向的内涵。结果表明,不论是企业视角的检验还是消费者视角的检验,绑定导向量表都具有较好的内部一致性信度、收敛效度、区别效度和律则效度,并且财务绑定导向、社会绑定导向和结构绑定导向维度能很好地收敛于绑定导向这一更高层次的概念。     

LDPE/EVA/Mg(OH)2复合阻燃电缆材料的研制
