《左传》之文学观

《左传》这部史书的文学观常与政治、文化、社会伦理、艺术等融为一体。主要体现为：一、称诗言志，借用现成的诗章来说明自己的意志，并往往表现为断章取义。二、美善相济，强调“立言”须服务于当时价值体系，但又不能忽视文辞的审美要求。三、和而不同，表现为文艺上的杂多而一，不同声律、风格相和谐的审美理想。四、中和之美，要求以理节情，温柔敦厚。     

中国商业银行的现状分析

国有商业银行是我国金融体系的主体,但由于长期受计划经济的影响,国有商业银行远远不能适应市场经济,特别是金融全球化发展趋势的需要。作者针对我国四大国有商业银行在机构设置、业务经营、管理手段以及金融创新等方面存在的问题,提出收缩管理半径,减员增效;实行本币与外币业务经营及管理一体化;强化商业银行市场营销;提高金融电子化水平,开展和完善网上银行业务;加强国有商业银行内部风险控制等有效对策,完善网上银行的运行机制,加强国有商业银行的竞争力。     

The potential of online social networking data for augmenting the study of high-risk personal networks among young men who have sex with men at-risk for HIV

Capturing dynamics in high-risk personal networks is essential for preventing HIV transmission. Online social networking data offer incentive to augment traditional selfreported approaches for network enumeration. To explore what online networks reveal about dynamics among high-risk associates, we examine the relationship between egocentric confidant and sex networks and personal Facebook friendship networks of a cohort of young Black men who have sex with men. Although overlap exists between self-reported and Facebook associates, the stabilities of each were unrelated. Confidants who were also Facebook friends with a respondent were, however, more likely to be retained. Thus, Facebook networks contain stable confidants.     

The Relationship Between Online Sexual Compulsivity,Dissociation, and Past Child Abuse Among Men Who Have Sex with Men

The objective of this study was to measure the relationships between online sexual compulsivity, three dimensions of dissociation (absorption, depersonalization, and amnesia), and past child abuse among men who have sex with men (MSM). A total of 517 MSM, recruited from Internet chat rooms, completed the survey. Results indicated that past child abuse was significantly related to dissociation but not online sexual compulsivity. It was also found that the amount of time MSM spent online in a one-week period, in general and specifically engaged in sexual activity, was significantly related to online sexual compulsivity and three dimensions of dissociation. Online sexual compulsivity was a significant predictor of absorption, depersonalization, and amnesia. Implications for clinicians and future research are presented.     

从“单独二孩”政策看性别评估机制在公共政策中的缺席与问题

“单独二孩”政策的出台是我国计划生育基本国策调整变化的一个重要转折点,被寄予“稳定适度低生育水平,促进人口长期均衡发展,保持合理的劳动力数量和结构,促进经济持续健康发展”的厚望。但是,育龄女性作为该项新政关联度最高的目标群体,在“单独二孩”政策制定和合法化过程中几乎处于失声状态,政策前评估基本忽略了这部分人群的立场和利益。当下社会现状和性别关系模式下,“单独二孩”政策可能对女性造成加大潜在的生育保障压力、加重养育照料负担、加剧就业困境等负面影响。“单独二孩”政策引发我们思考性别评估机制在公共政策中的缺席和问题。     

论社会转型期官场小说存在的主要问题及其兴盛原因

20世纪90年代中后期兴起的官场小说已经成为目前文学创作中的独特现象,它对急剧转型社会中政治领域的基本状况和政治伦理变迁作了生动真实的反映,并且对当代政治权力建构的正当性和权力基础的合法性进行了深入的探讨,给政治伦理的现代性重建提供了有益的参考,也以其独特的时代性和深刻性受到媒体和读者的青睐,但其反映社会生活的纵深度仍不够,不少作品失之简单化、表面化,作家创作观念滞后,艺术表现手法单一,人文主义匮乏,创作模式化。为此,本文结合转型期官场小说的特点,分析了当前官场小说的存在问题及其兴盛原因。

本文认为 ,人生仪礼是在人生的重要转折时期或危机时期 ,如生死婚嫁等一个人一生中具有特殊意义的阶段上举行的民俗仪礼。在信仰萨满教的民族中 ,各种人生仪礼活动几乎都和萨满教发生一定的关系。     

Gay and Bisexual Men’s Experiences Using Self-Testing Kits for HIV and Rectal and Urethral Bacterial Sexually Transmitted Infections: Lessons Learned from a Study With Home-Based Testing

Abstract

Objectives: This study investigated the experiences of gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men (GBM) conducting HIV and sexually transmitted infection (STI) self-testing procedures. Methods: We analyzed mixed-methods data from 11 GBM who self-tested HIV-positive and 1,070 HIV-negative GBM who completed the HIV self-testing and STI self-sampling procedures. Results: Nearly all (99%) reported ease in urine-based STI self-sampling and most (90%) found rectal swab self-collection easy. Most (94%) checked their rapid-HIV self-testing results during the correct window (20-40 minutes), and nearly all (99%) trusted their HIV results. Conclusions: Recommendations for future self-testing procedures are provided based on findings from free-response data.     

Predictors of HIV Sexual Risk Behavior Among Men Who Have Sex with Men,Men Who Have Sex with Men and Women,and Transgender Women

ABSTRACT

Men who have sex with men, men who have sex with men and women, and transgender women are at high risk for HIV infection. This study seeks to clarify which known HIV risk factors (partner type, sex location, serodiscordance, multiple sex partners, substance use during sex) contribute to engagement in high-risk (unprotected receptive anal) sex in each population. Data collected from June 2005 through June 2008 indicate all three populations display different HIV sexual risk profiles. The data suggest that HIV-prevention interventions should be individually tailored to address the specific needs of these three highly vulnerable and impacted populations.
