佛山市旅游发展与其经济发展水平相比相对滞后，旅游市场发育不够完善，在旅游市场结构上表现为：区内客源市场已趋完善，省内近程客源市场正在形成，省内远程客源市场已现端倪，而省外客源市场尚未具备。所以，佛山旅游业的发展要求根据佛山旅游市场结构的特点，有层次性、倾向性和综合性地加强旅游市场的开发。

新型职业农民:成长轨迹、影响因素及培育策略——基于19个省市39位新型职业农民生命历程的分析

通过对全国19个省市39位优秀新型职业农民的生命历程进行分析,发现其成长轨迹呈现出折勾型、倒梯型、V字型、阶梯型以及N字型五种类型,并且不同来源、不同世代的新型职业农民成长轨迹具有一定的差异性。究其原因,新型职业农民终身发展的动力支撑显得不足;新型职业农民的个体主观能动性得到了充分的发挥;政府扶持与引领作用有待继续加强;新型职业农民培育时机并未得到恰当的把握;影响新型职业农民成长的相关利益主体分布比较广泛。针对以上情况,提出新型职业农民的培育策略:强化政府主导力量,增强新型职业农民职业吸引力;吸收年轻优秀群体,壮大新型职业农民的新生力量;重视人地实际需求,把握新型职业农民培育的时机。

解说牌示是旅游景区解说服务中最基本、应用最广的一类设施.岳麓山景区目前的解说牌示具有一定的有效性,但仍存在缺乏专业统一的规划、解说设计不够规范、设置不够完善、解说主体定位不明确等问题.为提高解说系统的有效性,岳麓山景区经营管理者应当在提高对旅游解说系统认识的基础上,对解说系统进行统一专业规划、定期管理和维护,同时规范解说牌示设计、完善设置、加强解说受众分析.     

On tail behaviour of kth upper order statistics under fixed and random sample sizes via tail equivalence

For a fixed positive integer k, limit laws of linearly normalized kth upper order statistics are well known. In this article, a comprehensive study of tail behaviours of limit laws of normalized kth upper order statistics under fixed and random sample sizes is carried out using tail equivalence which leads to some interesting tail behaviours of the limit laws. These lead to definitive answers about their max domains of attraction. Stochastic ordering properties of the limit laws are also studied. The results obtained are not dependent on linear norming and apply to power norming as well and generalize some results already available in the literature. And the proofs given here are elementary.     

Application of extreme value theory to the bec family of distributions

Arnold and Strauss (1988) derived a family of bivariate life distributions having the property that the conditional distributions are exponential. Asymptotic distributions for the marginal and bivariate extremes for this family of distributions are derived employing the asymptotic theory of extreme order statistics.

Modified weighted squared error estimation procedures with special emphasis on the stable laws

Two families of parameter estimation procedures for the stable laws based on a variant of the characteristic function are provided. The methodology which produces viable computational procedures for the stable laws is generally applicable to other families of distributions across a variety of settings. Both families of procedures may be described as a modified weighted chi-squared minimization procedure, and both explicitly take account of constraints on the parameter space. Influence func-tions for and efficiencies of the estimators are given. If x₁, x₂, …x_n random sample from an unknown distribution F , a method for determining the stable law to which F is attracted is developed. Procedures for regression and autoregres-sion with stable error structure are provided. A number of examples are given.     

Law of iterated logarithm and almost sure limit points for random sums

Let {X_n,n≥1} be a sequence of independent identically distributed (i.i.d) random variables with a common distribution function F. When F belongs to the domain of partial attraction of a Semi-Stable law with index ,0<<2, we give complete solution to the results of R. Vasudeva and G. Divanji [Law of iterated logarithm for random subsequences, Statist. Probab. Lett. 12 (1991) 189–194], where they obtained Chover’s form of the law of iterated logarithm for random subsequences. Further, we extended the situation in obtaining almost sure limit points for random subsequences.
