话题转换的顺应性研究

根据顺应理论,使用语言的过程是一个进行选择的过程,语言使用者不仅选择语言形式,同时还选择使用策略。话题转换现象是对社会规约和心理世界的一种顺应。话题转换不当,会产生负面影响,妨碍交际的进行。     

HL7标准在医疗仪器通讯中的应用

介绍通过编程实现以HL7标准的检验数据在检验仪器与临床检验信息系统(clinical labora-tory information system,CLIS)之间的数据格式转换,从而解决各种检验仪器的接口软件重用性问题,并保证数据交换的准确性.国内外检验仪器的生产厂家应尽快应用HL7标准,规范仪器通讯接口的数据通讯.     

Dimension-wise sparse low-rank approximation of a matrix with application to variable selection in high-dimensional integrative analyzes of association

Many research proposals involve collecting multiple sources of information from a set of common samples, with the goal of performing an integrative analysis describing the associations between sources. We propose a method that characterizes the dominant modes of co-variation between the variables in two datasets while simultaneously performing variable selection. Our method relies on a sparse, low rank approximation of a matrix containing pairwise measures of association between the two sets of variables. We show that the proposed method shares a close connection with another group of methods for integrative data analysis – sparse canonical correlation analysis (CCA). Under some assumptions, the proposed method and sparse CCA aim to select the same subsets of variables. We show through simulation that the proposed method can achieve better variable selection accuracies than two state-of-the-art sparse CCA algorithms. Empirically, we demonstrate through the analysis of DNA methylation and gene expression data that the proposed method selects variables that have as high or higher canonical correlation than the variables selected by sparse CCA methods, which is a rather surprising finding given that objective function of the proposed method does not actually maximize the canonical correlation.     

涉外劳动争议中中国劳动法律规范的适用

有关涉外劳动关系的法律适用问题,中国法律规定比较简单,已有的规定之间存在冲突。涉外劳动争议,主要适用劳动者工作地的法律。在中国境内履行的涉外劳动合同,一般适用中国劳动法律规范。中国劳动法律规范中的所有强制性规定是否都必须适用于在境内履行的涉外劳动合同存在争议。在中国境外履行的涉外劳动合同,一般适用外国劳动法律规范。当外国法所规定的劳动基准低于中国劳动法律规范中所规定的最低标准时,则可以直接适用中国劳动法律规范中的强制性规定。     

Acceptance of automation manufacturing technology in China: an examination of perceived norm and organizational efficacy

Abstract

With a shift to more automation technology, social acceptance of technology plays an important role in the manufacturing sector. To what extent this occurs, and affects the adoption of technology, has been less researched, but is important in deciding how such technology is introduced, and the nature of the shift from labour-intensive manufacturing to automation. This research applies the revised technology acceptance model (TAM) to examine the impact of social and individual antecedents on the acceptance of automation manufacturing technology. Survey data are collected from 258 Chinese manufacturers. Results suggest that perceived norms significantly affect organizational intention to use automation manufacturing technology both directly and via perceived usefulness; organizational efficacy explains the intention to use via mediating effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. This research is one of the first extending and applying TAM from individuals to organizations.     

用经济指标规范工程项目管理的探讨

目前工程项目管理存在的问题是项目预期性差,工程质量与经济效益难以协调,其根本的原因是运用经济手段管理项目的力度不够,造成工程的高投入与低产出;在管理方式上,行政命令过多,而经济杆杠发挥的作用不多。为了解决这些问题,必须运用经济的指标去管理与控制项目的运行。     

对广东医学期刊广告现状的调查与思考

广东医学期刊在广东科技期刊中占有一定的比例,通过对广东医学期刊广告的调查,可以看到广东医学期刊的广告绝大部分是合法,客观的,但也有一些有待改进。具体说来,主要应在严格按照有关规定审理广告的有关文稿内容,严格按照有关规定设计广告的印刷制作等方面对医学期刊广告刊登加以改进。     

拍定人与第三人利益平衡机制之构建

强制拍卖的核心问题在于如何更好地协调拍定人和案外第三人的利益冲突。本文以利益平衡机制为视角,探析了公法说及私法说的理论缺陷,主张法院强制拍卖应采折衷说,在维护拍卖公信力和拍定人利益的同时扩张适用善意取得制度,区分拍定人的善意或恶意,在拍定人和第三人利益协调问题上取得圆满的契合点。     

论先秦儒家中庸之异

中庸作为先秦儒家的重要范畴,在"何为中"问题上,大儒们的回答有所不同。孔子将其视为哲学方法论意义上的"道",从全局和全面出发,主张"全为中";子思将中庸上升为宇宙的本体,并认为诚是上达该本体的唯一正确途径,从而提出"诚为中";孟子从性善论出发,必然推演为"仁义为中";荀子为恢复孔子的中庸之道,纠偏思孟的"德性为中",倡导"规范为中"。     

Working mothers and sons’ preferences regarding female labor supply: direct evidence from stated preferences

We investigate the argument that men who are raised by working mothers develop a preference that is favorable toward working women and, consequently, are more likely to have working wives. We test this hypothesis using the Japanese General Social Surveys 2000–2003. We directly examine the responses to the opinion survey’s questions regarding appropriate gender roles. The estimation results indicate that men raised by full-time working mothers are less likely to support traditional gender roles. Those men are also less likely to believe in the negative impact of a mother’s working on her children’s development.
