英语信息结构和指称已知性/未知性：语法和非语法限定

诸如＂话题＂＂焦点＂和＂话语指称物的认知状态＂,这些归属于信息结构的范畴,在某种意义上与已知和未知信息的分布相关。有些信息结构特性可用语法限定来解释,而另一些可归因于对信息被加工和传达的方式的非语法限定。已知—未知信息有两个不同意义：指称性意义和关系性意义。有些现象,不管是指称意义还是关系意义,必须在语法中得到解释,而另一些现象则是不一定被表征于语法中的语用效果,因其为语言系统与制约交际中推理过程的一般语用原则的相互作用所引起。     

"新"与"旧"的纠缠——早期新诗合法性再认识

“新诗”外部空间合法性的争取,首先要面对的是古典诗歌传统投下的巨大阴影。胡适等人意识到,必须采取一种决绝的方式,才能为初生的“新诗”争得一席立足之地。这种决绝方式的具体体现,就是一方面断然宣布“旧诗”“死刑”,剥夺其合法性;另一方面,分别从创作实践和观念演绎两个向度,大力张扬“新诗”之“新”。而在这个过程中,反对派的声音始终是一个重要的存在。     

培养中国女性学生英语创新思维能力的策略

由于女学生在学习和生活中常表现出比男生"听话"、"乖",教师和家长往往忽略对她们思维能力,特别是创新思维能力的培养。由于受到母语的负迁移和目的语认知水平有限的影响,女生在完成英语语篇的过程中常出现思维不流畅,推理、概括能力有限等缺点。针对女生在英语学习上表现出的这些思维弱点,有探讨培养其创新性思维策略的必要。     

The role of networks in early internationalizing firms: A systematic review and future research agenda

Despite considerable research, the international entrepreneurship (IE) literature lacks systematic knowledge of how early internationalizers use networks to overcome their resource deficits in different phases of internationalization. Further, a systematic guide for future research to expand the current knowledge of early internationalizers' network dynamics throughout their internationalization process is missing to date. To fill these voids, the present paper conducts a systematic review of sixty-one journal articles on the role of networks in the cross-border expansion of early internationalizing companies. We contribute to existing research by taking stock of the current state of knowledge regarding the role of networks in early internationalizing firms in different faces of internationalization. We also use the findings obtained from our review as a platform to systematically identify opportunities for future research regarding early internationalizers’ network dynamics throughout the internationalization process.     

Technological newness: An empirical study in the process industries

Technological change in product development is a crucial issue in the management of technology. The entire sweep of technological changes over the past hundred of years is, in essence, the sum of thousands of individual product development projects in thousands of firms. Yet the degree of technological change in individual development projects has not been extensively studied. This paper presents a four-dimensional characterization of technological newness for product development projects in the process industries in which product development is closely tied to process innovation. The characterization uses four dimensions of change that are required in the development of new products: chemistry, production equipment, fabrication technology and process control. Based on the framework of technological newness, the paper presents data collected on the degree of process change in a set of 20 product development projects conducted by a large manufacturer of advanced polymers. The data provide a clear demonstration of the value of the measurement framework, showing a strong relationship between the characterization of change and the project performance.

论理论创新的经验新奇性指标

科学理论的经验新奇性是科学创新的合理指标之一。经验新奇性要求理论推出的与观测型经验问子相符的新奇理论型经验问子越多越好。协调力模式给出了经验新奇性的量化评估方法。经验新奇性不是对新奇现象的解释,而是预言的新奇现象得到观测型经验问子的验证。一个理论面临经验新奇性冲突这一事实并不能充分决定对该理论的抛弃,因为没有抛弃该理论的充分理由。     

学术论文的选题技巧与独创性

学术论文选题需突出“下沉到点,点面兼顾”的原则。首先,切忌大而无当、浮泛不实。所选“点”应该是有新意的、关键性的和前景广阔的“点”;其次,学术论文选题要把“点”置于“面”的整体之中予以统筹考虑,尽量做到选题系列化和小中见大。此外,选择“点”,要考虑“点”所在“面”的“恰当性”,就是说,研究方向的选择切忌“变化快”、“难度大”和“自由度过低”等。学术论文的独创性要努力实现选题新、材料新、方法新和观点新。材料新即是文章中使用的是学界没有发现过或对于某一主题没有使用过的材料。方法新,包括创造新的方法、从其他领域引进新理论和新方法或采取观察问题的新角度等;观点新,除了较之前人的研究,在论文观点上应当有所前进外,还有一个创新程度和分量的问题,即要拒绝平庸、追求冲击力。      

嵌入网络对新生者不利条件的影响——创业企业和风险投资网络的实证研究

嵌入网络是创业企业克服新生者不利条件的重要手段,帮助企业建立管理角色和组织系统,带来信任,社会资本和经济资本。在以信息技术为主的TMT行业中,企业嵌入网络的方式发生了很大变化,嵌入网络的作用得到加强。本文采用社会网络分析方法研究了我国50家创业企业和68家风险投资机构的嵌入网络,比较了TMT行业和传统行业的网络特征,证实了嵌入网络对创业企业克服新生者不利条件的作用,以及信息技术条件下嵌入网络的变化。
