论我国技术创新面临的体制障碍及其解决思路

在我国经济发展进程中，技术创新严重受制于体制滞后所造成的体制障碍。现有 体制不仅阻碍了创新主体的培育、造成了技术创新的资金瓶颈、影响了创新成果的价值实现 、制约了基础研究对技术创新的有效供给，还缺乏对技术创新人才的激励。为促进技术创新 ，就必须消除体制障碍，进行体制创新。体制上的创新至少应包括：国有企业体制创新、投 融资体制创新、技术市场体制创新，科教管理体制创新、以及分配体制创新。

指出了我国中小企业技术创新能力低、速度慢，剖析了企业主体、企业投入、企业技术创新运作方式和企业开展技术创新的外部环境等四大障碍．     

大学生就业心理障碍的成因与对策分析

在严峻的就业形势面前,部分毕业生心理压力过大,产生了就业心理障碍,影响了他们的顺利就业。通过对大学生就业心理的研究,分析产生障碍的原因,探索克服障碍的对策措施,对促进大学生顺利就业,具有十分重要的现实意义。     

克服学生心理障碍 提高体育教学质量

结合教学实践,调查研究了体育教学中学生心理障碍的主要表现是:畏难情绪和恐惧心理。从心理学和身理学的角度分析了产生的原因,并提出了创设教学情景、营造教学氛围、创造成功机会、设置竞争机制等四种克服心理障碍的方法。     

对经营者实施股权激励的法律分析

对经营者实施股权激励在中国法律上有两大障碍 ,一是经营者所持股份的来源如何解决 ,二是经营者如何取得股份。在借鉴国外立法经验对中国企业具体做法进行法律分析的基础上 ,提出了引入折衷资本制 ,让经营者通过合法途径取得股份等消除法律障碍的立法建议     

浅议移情障碍

在跨文化交际过程中,由于交际双方缺少对不同文化差异的了解和敏感性,只是简单盲目地从自身的文化出发去解读和评价对方的话语和行为,再加上出于一种自我保护的需要,导致在交际过程中不情愿坦露心声,以致于不能达到有效交际,这些都导致了移情的失败。移情能力是交际成功的关键因素,是不同文化群体的交际主体之间建立良好人际关系的一道润滑剂。本文从跨文化角度出发,浅析了跨文化交际过程中的移情障碍,提出了培养移情能力的若干建议。     

关于人力资本出资的一点思考

近年来 ,一些学者提出 ,人力资本与物质资本一样 ,可以作为企业资本的一部分出资 ,以此为促进高科技企业的发展创造条件 ,使风险投资推动高科技产业的发展。我们认为 ,人力资本出资存在一系列障碍 :首先 ,人力资本自身具有不确定性和难以计量性 ;其次 ,人力资本出资无法解决企业责任的承担问题 ;最后 ,人力资本出资对于高科技企业的发展也并没有太大的实际意义。     

COMMENTARY (12 YEARS ON) ON ‘THE CONTRIBUTION OF OBSERVATION TRAINING TO PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT IN SOCIAL WORK’ BY JUDITH TROWELL AND GILLIAN MILES

This article aims to stimulate discussion about relationships between the lives of professionals and of service users. The idea is that when parallels are explored and developed, power dynamics between professionals and social workers are reduced, the quality of interaction and work with service users can be improved, and professionals can also be helped in overcoming difficulties in their own lives. I start with an outline of my own personal background and highlight my development throughout, including my emerging identity as a Buddhist. I discuss a case study involving ‘Sally’ and her family and our work together while I was a social work assistant in a Children and Family's team. I try to show the interconnections between the different difficulties that we faced and how that informed my work. I look at some of the benefits, pitfalls and boundaries of working from the point of view that service user and professional are both working to overcome their problems. I also interweave interactions I had at the time with Carlos, a drug user friend in a crisis and the impact he had on me. Because I include my own situation I have called this article a ‘case experience’.

Throughout I refer to Buddhist and psychoanalytic thinking and particularly to agreement between the two around ideas that inner‐resistance is the main barrier to personal evolution. I argue that faith is the key to unlocking resistance, and that faith should be understood as the development of a belief within people that they are able to progress rather than be destroyed in the face of inevitable problems.     

Informality,emotion and gendered career paths: The hidden toll of maternity leave on female academics and researchers

While the negative impact of child‐raising and caring on women's career progression in academia is well‐established, less is known about the role of academic women's lived experiences of maternity leave as an institutional practice. This article presents the findings of a qualitative study of the lived experiences of female academics and researchers in an Irish university. The analysis intrinsically links organizational structures and problems with the lived and felt dimensions of work. The findings point to the need for better structural accommodations for maternity leave which address the relationship between caring and career disadvantage within academia. The article adds to existing literature on the intersection of motherhood and academia by unpicking the specific role of maternity leave as both a lived experience and an institutional practice that can reinforce gender inequalities in academia.     

鼓励和引导民间投资对策的思考

我国近期出台了扩大民间投资行业和领域的政策。然而,长期以来民间投资遇到了市场准入的障碍。要想彻底改善当前民间投资的环境,则需要通过完善有关措施来贯彻和细化有关的政策,努力形成各类资本相互融合、多种所有制经济协调发展的经济新格局。
