Staff Reactions Toward Lesbian,Gay, or Bisexual (LGB) People Living in Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACFs) Who Actively Disclose Their Sexual Orientation

Fifty-three staff members currently working in residential aged care facilities located in Barcelona, Spain, were asked about the way they would react if a resident told them that he or she felt sexually attracted and had maintained sexual relationships with another resident of the same gender. Acceptance of non-heterosexual sexual orientation was a frequent answer, and around one in four professionals stated that they would try helping the resident in question, by offering a private space or giving some emotional support. However, some reactions were not consistent with a respectful approach toward sexual diversity, as, for instance, informing the resident’s family or advising the resident to keep his or her sexual orientation hidden. We highlight the importance of developing formal policies and offering formal training to staff in order to address the specific needs of older LGB people living in RACFs.

目前，北京旧城区各级名人故居的保护与利用现状不尽如人意。采用对应分析法和系统聚类分析法进行了研究，整体来看，北京市各级名人故居保护与利用中首先要考虑的因素是保护资金与主管部门；其次是保护手段、利用方式。界定和评审名人故居的机构、开放情况；再次是政策法规、宣传渠道；最后是故居及设备维护责任者。

论近现代名人故居保护中的政府责任

名人故居,尤其是近现代名人故居,在史料保存、文化传承方面具有重要作用。名人故居保护应当是政府的责任,属于其提供公共服务的内容之一。在政府责任实现途径上,首先应当树立保护意识,将名人故居保护纳入工作内容;其次,需要在厘清责任主体的同时,通过立法、政策等多种方式建立切实有效的保护机制。     

针对浙江（武义）传统民间建筑色彩问题的调研报告

学界长期认为,浙江传统民间建筑色彩为＂黛瓦粉墙＂和＂清水白木雕＂原木质不施色。我们通过实际田野考察后发现,在浙江武义中、南部地区传统民间建筑上,普遍遗存着传统色彩装饰过的痕迹。文章以所获得的第一手资料为事实依据,认为浙江传统民间建筑存在色彩装饰。

Several Common Bonds: Addressing the Needs of Gay and Bisexual Men in LGBT-Specific Recovery Housing

ABSTRACT

Recovery housing is a promising way to augment the substance use continuum of care, but we know little about the experiences of members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) community who live in them or about residences specifically for them. Within the LGBTQ community, gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men (MSM) often experience co-occurring syndemic conditions (e.g., trauma, depression, HIV) that present unique recovery challenges. Using qualitative data gathered from residents living in a recovery residence specifically for gay and bisexual men and from community key informants, we examine the experiences of men living in the home and factors that facilitate operating it. Findings highlight the need for residences that can address syndemic burden among gay and bisexual men in recovery and identify programmatic and community-level factors critical to operating residences for this population.     

名人故居保护与利用的比较研究

随着城市化进程的加速,全国历史文化名城的保护进入了一个新的阶段,名人故居的利用工作也正在加强。虽然北方城市与南方城市之间存在差异,但是,总体上目前我国名人故居的保护和利用研究显得比较薄弱。把国内名人故居的保护利用情况及主要做法与国外进行比较,可以进一步发现我国名人故居保护和利用面临着以下共性问题:1)使用功能单一;2)经费不足;3)管理混乱,缺乏适用的管理办法。建议借鉴国外经验采取以下措施:1)采用灵活、多样的利用方式;2)全方位多渠道筹集资金;3)尽快确定管理机构,制定管理办法。
