论习近平关于全面从严治党重要论述的时代意蕴

党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央在加强党的建设方面提出了一系列新思想新观点,全面从严治党奏出了时代最强音,呈现出许多新的特点,突出表现为坚持思想建党和制度治党相统一,以党的政治建设为统领,以坚定理想信念宗旨为根基,全面推进党的各项建设。全面回应了新时代建设什么样的党、怎样建设党的问题。从时代特点、时代要求、时代品格、时代意义四个维度来分析把握习近平关于全面从严治党重要论述,对于新时代加强党的领导和推进党的建设伟大工程具有重要意义。     

政府廉政：严峻形势与对策研究

本文首先从不同角度介绍了中国反腐败斗争面临的严峻形势,指出腐败有总体规模扩大的趋势,中国正处于腐败现象的多发期和高发期.然后从经济学、博弈论和公共选择理论的角度指出反腐败斗争存在的一些问题,主要涉及反腐败的成本问题,反腐败激励悖论问题,以及外部性处理问题,并提出自己关于抑制和克服腐败的一些建议.     

著名土壤学家陈恩凤教授学术思想研究——纪念陈恩凤教授百岁诞辰

Facing east: the World ORT Union and the Jewish refugee problem in Europe, 1933–38

The World Union of Societies for Promotion of Artisanal and Agricultural Work among the Jews (ORT Union) was created in Berlin in 1921 by emigrants from Russia, veterans of the Russian ORT that had been founded in St Petersburg in 1880. By 1933, the ORT Union represented a transnational association of public philanthropic organisations and maintained a large network of professional schools and vocational training courses scattered all over Eastern Europe. After the advent of the Nazis in 1933, the ORT Union managed to work out and fulfil several relief programmes directed towards the rescue of the German Jews and improving the refugee problem. The ORT leadership considered the remote Birobidzhan region in the USSR as a possible asylum for the German‐Jewish refugees and tried to organise their large‐scale resettlement there. Although, because of a considerable change in Stalin’s foreign policy in the late 1930s, this ambitious plan was not fulfilled in full measure, the efforts of the ORT Union to rescue German Jews and solve the refugee problem undoubtedly led to an expansion of its activity and created a transcontinental network of technical and agricultural training institutions. ORT’s connection to the migratory processes of this period cannot be overestimated, especially in relation to professional training, which allowed thousands of refugees to adapt in a very short time to the new socioeconomic reality in the countries of their destination. Using documentary sources preserved in archives in Russia, Britain, Germany and Israel, this article analyses the all‐embracing programmes offered by the ORT Union for ameliorating the Jewish refugee problem in Europe from 1933 until the eve of the Second World War.     

Passing on gang culture in the theatre of the streets: ‘They’ll grow out of it,then our age will grow into it and then we’ll grow out of it’

ABSTRACT

Gang members and membership are oft displayed as fixed and stable entities that are only understood in the context of the gang. This paper purports that membership is a role learned through the process of street socialisation and that gangs should be understood as fluid entities situated within the larger context of street culture. Through member’s perspectives, it reveals the main cultural transmitters which facilitated membership in Glasgow, Scotland as street socialisation, territorial othering and storytelling. In discussing the role of these transmitters, the journey into gang membership in Glasgow is told. Exploring the transmitters of membership allowed the meaning making process that members engaged in to emerge which allows gang membership to be understood as a meaningful social activity.     

论产品责任归责原则

胡塞尔论哲学的理想与欧洲哲学的危机

胡塞尔把哲学看作是严格的科学,试图在先验现象学中实现哲学的理想。欧洲社会的现实使他意识到哲学已经背离了这一理想,陷入了危机。他将伴随自然科学的发展而兴起的自然主义和客观主义当作哲学危机的理论表现,并在对两者的批判中论证了先验现象学的原理,揭示了哲学危机所蕴含的人性危机的真正含义。通过对上述思想的剖析,进一步阐明了胡塞尔的哲学观及其局限性,并对其后期哲学的理论取向做了必要的澄明。     

基于一元三次方程求解的地心坐标至大地坐标的严密变换

基于一元三次方程的求解，给出了地心坐标向大地坐标转换的严密计算公式，并用算例说明了其正确性。本文提出的方法完全可以替代现有的以数值迭代计算为基础的转换方法。     

亚波长光栅的零级反射特性研究

从严格耦合波衍射理论出发,在不同入射角、方位角和光栅参数下的情况,计算了矩形亚波长光栅零级反射效率随入射光波长的变化.通过计算结果,找出相对合理的光栅参数,使得当入射光的入射角或方位角发生变化时,光栅反射出不同波段的光,即反射出不同颜色的光.这些研究可应用于防伪技术,为设计和制作防伪光栅提供了设计依据.     

第三人原因违约及其责任承担

违约行为有的是由于合同当事人的原因造成的,有的则是由于合同当事人之外第三人的原因造成的,而后一种情况又使违约责任复杂起来.本文旨在通过对导致违约行为发生的"第三人"概念的界定、合同相对性理论的探讨及侵害债权等问题的研究,从法理上区分第三人原因违约的情况及其责任的承担.
