我国西部发展软件业的战略思考

通过介绍美国犹他州和印度发展软件业的经验，分析了我国西部已经完全具备发展软件产业、成为国际软件外包服务市场的内部条件。IT和网络通信技术的成熟以及经济全球化发展与成本竞争压力，迫使欧、美、日等国企业改变业务流程和进行战略性资源重组，此举不仅促进了国际软件业外包趋势，也给我国西部带来了国际软件外包的巨大机遇。在内部条件和外部机遇都具备的情况下，重点提出了我国西部发展软件业的一些战略性建议。     

朝鲜的软件产业

由于多种原因,朝鲜国内经济总体水平比较落后,但其软件业却有所不同。朝鲜软件业的发展经历了三个阶段,如今已进入一个快速发展的时期。目前,朝鲜软件业的主要研发机构有朝鲜计算机中心、平壤信息中心、金日成大学信息中心等。朝鲜十分重视软件业的发展,在人才培养、对外交流与合作等方面采取了许多措施。尽管其国内计算机普及率较低,但利用其高素质的软件专业人员优势,可以走外包出口服务的发展道路。     

Using a computer simulation game to teach family time use concepts

A computer simulation game designed to give students insights into family time use concepts has been used in an introductory family resource management class at Ohio State University and other universities. The game allows for planning for time use changes over the family life cycle. The game can give students insights into economic and sociological models of time use. It is possible that future versions of the game could be used in family counseling.His research interests include derivation of optimal decision-making rules for families and family financial management.Her research interests include financial management over the life course including financial ratios, baby boomers, and retirement. She received her Ph.D. in 1993 from The Ohio State University in Family Resource Management.His research interests include the time trade-offs made between couples, financial planning over the life cycle, and the interaction of time and money between families and their home-based businesses. He received his Ph.D. in 1993 from The Ohio State University in Family Resource Management.     

信息共享程度对物流外包激励契约的影响

本文分析了由供应商、制造商和第三方物流企业(3PLs)组成的物流外包系统,考虑了供应商和制造商信息共享程度的影响,建立了协同工作环境下的激励契约模型.结果表明,委托人偏好低努力水平时,信息共享对激励契约没有影响;委托人偏好高努力水平时,信息共享能更好的激励代理人选择委托人希望的行动.信息不共享时,3PLs只有提高对供应商努力水平的积极性;信息共享时,3PLs收入波动性增大,提高对供应商和对制造商的努力水平都能使其获得帕累托改进.本研究为物流成本在供应链成员中的分摊提供了理论依据,并提出了模型改进和研究建议.

结合现代企业理论中的交易费用理论和“委托-代理”理论,对业务外包风险进行了深入的剖析,详细分析了外包决策和执行两个阶段的风险,并提出了相应的风险控制策略。

随着信息产业的飞速发展,项目管理在软件开发中的应用日益受到重视。而高校软件开发中的项目管理应用却相对落后于企业,本文主要分析了高校软件开发中在项目管理方面存在的问题及解决方案。     

Quantal Risk Assessment Database: A Database for Exploring Patterns in Quantal Dose‐Response Data in Risk Assessment and its Application to Develop Priors for Bayesian Dose‐Response Analysis

Quantitative risk assessments for physical, chemical, biological, occupational, or environmental agents rely on scientific studies to support their conclusions. These studies often include relatively few observations, and, as a result, models used to characterize the risk may include large amounts of uncertainty. The motivation, development, and assessment of new methods for risk assessment is facilitated by the availability of a set of experimental studies that span a range of dose‐response patterns that are observed in practice. We describe construction of such a historical database focusing on quantal data in chemical risk assessment, and we employ this database to develop priors in Bayesian analyses. The database is assembled from a variety of existing toxicological data sources and contains 733 separate quantal dose‐response data sets. As an illustration of the database's use, prior distributions for individual model parameters in Bayesian dose‐response analysis are constructed. Results indicate that including prior information based on curated historical data in quantitative risk assessments may help stabilize eventual point estimates, producing dose‐response functions that are more stable and precisely estimated. These in turn produce potency estimates that share the same benefit. We are confident that quantitative risk analysts will find many other applications and issues to explore using this database.

供应链管理是近年来在国内外逐渐受到重视的一种新的管理理念与模式,其管理思想是使企业将主要精力放在核心业务上,充分发挥优势,企业中的非核心业务外包给合作企业来完成。因此,企业外包设计成为供应链管理思想的一个重要方面。基于这一背景,首先探讨了企业外包的含义及其构成元素;并根据威廉姆森的新制度经济学中经济业务交易的规制结构对企业外包的规制层次进行划分;最后,构建了在供应链管理模式下基于交易成本和核心竞争力相结合的企业外包设计模型。
