从1958 年北京电视台开播,我国电视新闻正式诞生到现在,已经过去了57 年的时间。在这57 年的时间中,中国的电视 新闻事业得到了跨越性的发展。从最初的黑白电视到彩色画面;从只能节目录播到全程直播;从只有几个单独的电视台到现 在的电视新闻传输的全覆盖。尤其是90 年代后,随着现代科技的发展、新兴的数字技术给电视新闻传播带来了巨大的影响。 人们对于新闻节目的制作质量要求越来越高,但是电视新闻节目的质量却良莠不齐,所以如何吸收借鉴各行各业的优秀精华, 不断提升电视新闻节目的质量,带给观众美的享受,则是新闻工作者的不懈追求。而文艺学美学方法论中的诸多内容,都对电 视新闻节目的研究大有裨益     

Measuring Social Tension from Income Class Segregation

We develop an index that effectively measures the level of social tension generated by income class segregation. We adopt the basic concepts of between-group difference (or alienation) and within-group similarity (or identification) from the income [bi]polarization literature; but we allow for asymmetric degrees of between-group antagonism in the alienation function, and construct a more effective identification function using both the relative degree of within-group clustering and the group size. To facilitate statistical inference, we derive the asymptotic distribution of the proposed measure using results from U-statistics. As the new measure is general enough to include existing income polarization indices as well as the Gini index as special cases, the asymptotic result can be readily applied to these popular indices. Evidence from the Panel Study of Income Dynamics data suggests that, while the level of social tension shows an upward trend over the sample period of 1981 to 2005, government’s taxes and transfers have been effective in reducing the level of social tension significantly.

单片机控制器在卷染机中的应用

】将卷染机的控制系统从直流电机拖动、自耦调压器有级调速改造为交流电机拖动和变频器无级调速。通过对调节对象的理论分析,得到了一种新的控制策略,研制出以单片机为核心的控制器,在不使用速度和张力传感器的条件下,控制系统可自动对被染织物进行恒速与恒张力控制,以利于染色质量的稳定和提高。经实际运行表明,该系统运行可靠,节能增效显著。     

浅析韦伯的"卡理斯玛"及其发展

在韦伯理论中,“卡理斯玛”是一个相当活跃的,因而充满歧义和使用混乱的概念。要对它这些多元内涵进行分类,并厘定它们之间的关系,必须回到其发生学本义中。从其起源及发展来看,该概念有三种基本的意义:“个人品质(能力)”,“社会革命力量”及“法理的根源”。它们有一个共同的特征:神圣性和不稳定性。其目的与手段之间存在着内在张力并发展为“卡理斯玛悖论”。     

How national identification matters: the development of European identification among established ethnic minority groups

Based upon the data from qualitative studies of eight national minorities between the Baltic and the Danube, this article investigates the formation of European identification among members of the minority groups representing ‘split nations’ along the new eastern borders of the enlarged EU. The analysis reveals mechanisms of the formation of supranational identification by focusing on the relationships between subnational, national and European identifications to ascertain the degree of interconnectedness of these identification levels. These relationships are examined in the context of the potential impact of perceived ethnic conflict and utilitarian expectations of socio-economic and cultural gains from the process of European integration.
