基于评价理论的APEC领导人宣言分析

2005年到2014年的APEC领导人宣言中的评价资源以借言为主，正面评价突出，其中鉴赏资源丰富，语势较强，立场分明。这些既体现出对话的和谐，又表明了领导人的决心和信心。2014年的领导人宣言的特点是亚太国家成果众多且认可度更高，特别鼓励区域内，以及政府与私营企业的战略性合作。     

从分歧到一致--中共高层领导解决西安事变意见透视

西安事变爆发后 ,中共中央高层怎样处理这件大事变 ,开始意见是不一致的 ,主要是审蒋、杀蒋与争取南京正统两种意见。随着事变的发展、演进 ,中共高层意见最终趋于一致 ,大家一致主张释蒋 ,这为第二次国共合作奠定了基础。中国共产党对西安事变独立作出各项决策是及时恰当的 ,从而实现了和平解决西安事变的目标 ,为全民族的团结抗战打开了通道。     

论马克思主义发展的动力机制

从人类实践活动、人类社会发展不同历史阶段时代背景、时代特征、时代要求和时代主题的差异性、马克思主义自身的理论品质、马克思主义政党及其政治领袖们关于理论建设的自觉性和创新精神等几个方面论述了马克思主义发展的动力机制。     

There be句型在机器翻译软件中的对比研究

机器翻译虽已取得了很大进展,但仍主要停留在查词功能上,其译文可读性不强,准确性不够。以英语特殊句型Therebe为切入点,着重探讨英汉机器翻译中特殊句型的对应与不对应的调整问题,并以五种英汉全文机器翻译软件作为测试对象,就可以分析发现机器翻译软件在Therebe句型英汉翻译过程中的两点不足:一方面,将there译成地点状语“那里”;另一方面,翻译时不能对地点状语或时间状语进行位置调整,只能机械地逐词顺译。     

高校学生干部角色意识嬗变实证研究

高校学生干部的角色意识特点直接影响其行为方式及群体作用发挥的积极效果,并深刻影响高校育人质量和教育培养任务.为此,笔者运用自编问卷分别对高校学生进行了两次大型调查,将社会转型期不同年代大学生干部的角色意识着重从追求动机、合格标准、产生方式、角色扮演、价值取向几个维度进行比较分析,结果表明十几年来高校学生干部的角色意识发生了明显变化.基于学生干部角色意识的新特点,提出了“加强学生干部分类指导”等等培养大学生干部角色意识的四方面建议.     

Healthy Barbs: Activism Confronts Mortality

Barbara Brenner, JD, was the Executive Director of Breast Cancer Action (BCA) from 1995–2010. Before that, she was a longtime activist in the anti-war movement and an attorney who, for most of her career, practiced public policy law. After she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1993 at the age of 41, she took the helm of BCA. Under her leadership, the organization moved into a position of national advocacy—demanding research on the causes and prevention of breast cancer, including the role of industrial pollutants. Barbara started the “Think Before You Pink” campaign, encouraging people to question whether companies that display pink ribbons actually produce products that harm women's health or generate any funds to fight breast cancer. Her blog, “Healthy Barbs,” challenged readers to critique routine healthcare practices and policies. Barbara received numerous awards, including a Jefferson Award for Public Service in 2007, the Smith College Medal in 2012, and the ACLU-Northern California's Lola Hanzel Courageous Advocacy Award in 2012. Barbara had a recurrence of breast cancer in 1996. She died of complications associated with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, ALS, on May 10, 2013.     

Practicing What We Preach: Creating Groups for Ourselves

ABSTRACT

This article focuses on the professional isolation faced by social group work practitioners and educators. It identifies the need for peer support and connection in an environment of limited opportunities for professional development. The paper describes and assesses long-term peer support groups initiated and developed by each of the authors, one for group work educators and the other for practitioners. It discusses the potential for expanding the development of such groups, which could benefit individual group workers as well as strengthen efforts to ensure the survival of group work.     

大学生村官留任意愿及影响因素分析

利用第一手的大学生村官问卷调查资料,基于Ordered Logistic模型对陕西省282名大学生村官的工作满意度及留任意愿进行了相关分析和回归分析。结果表明：当前大学生村官的工作满意度与留任意愿普遍较低;留任意愿与大学生最初选择从事村官工作的动机紧密相关;大学生村官的性别、年龄、从事村官年限、婚育状况、学历等人口学特征对工作满意度及留任意愿影响显著;社会各界对大学生村官的重视与认可对工作满意度与留任意愿有显著影响;提高大学生村官的收入水平、实行连续三年考核优秀,直接晋升事业编制的政策以及增加晋升为国家公务员等政治机会能够显著提高大学生村官的工作满意度并增强留任意愿,而其它因素对于提高大学生村官的工作满意度与留任意愿的效果并不明显。     

Women Elite Leaders Doing Respectable Business Femininity: How Privilege is Conferred,Contested and Defended through the Body

This paper offers a theory of respectable business femininity. Respectable business femininity is theorized as a discursive and relational process that explains tensions women elite leaders experience at the nexus of being both One and Other and sometimes privileged, embedded notions of leadership as masculine and wider expectations of acceptable embodied femininity. Such tensions manifest through a disciplining of women leaders’ bodies and appearance by self‐and‐others, as a means of appraising women as credible elite leaders and respectable women. Through a qualitative study we show how, within sites of ambiguity, embodied leadership and subjectivities are both enabled and constrained. Accounts highlight how privilege is fluid and (de)stabilized in that it is conferred, contested and defended through women's bodies and appearance. We advance understandings of contemporary respectable femininity, privilege at work, and body work, and consider practical implications for women leaders and management education.     

存现句There的语义格定位

There-be存现结构深层次的语言特点一直吸引着英语语言学家作深入的研究。近年来,There-be仔现句得到汉语语言学家越来越多的关注。传统的分析认为,there对句子没有任何贡献,许多语言学家把there称为“虚义”(exp letive)成分。虚词there的研究伴随着生成语法理论的发展,不少重要的理论假设都直接涉及there的研究。围绕there解释的各种理论催生了许多新的理论假说。对there进行准确定位有助于正确认识存现句结构的本质,化简某些理论构建的复杂性。
