天人合一:五四时期郭沫若思想的核心

“五四”时期的郭沫若是带着对传统文化的“先见”走向世界的。他通过对传统文化哲学的体悟与主动追求,使传统文化精神获得了新的理解,从而构建起以“天人合一”为核心的哲学思想,泛神论等哲学思想只是使“天人合一”思想具有现代性特征的一个表达方式而已。     

从新会计准则的实施看我国会计准则国际趋同的障碍

我国颁布的39项会计准则，从标准上基本实现了与国际会计准则的趋同，但国际趋同不仅包括标准的趋同，还应包括实施的趋同。从新准则实施一年来的情况看，会计准则并没有，也不能实现真正意义上的与国际趋同，趋同过程遇到了极大的障碍与挑战。     

"合意"在刑事诉讼中的应用及其限制

现代刑事诉讼制度面临有效打击犯罪和保障人权并重的司法难题。解决此难题的路径之一就是许可当事人间就证据问题、程序问题、乃至实体问题形成合意,合意在追究犯罪方面更符合刑事诉讼的目的,适应刑事政策的需要,使司法资源得到合理分配。合意已成为现代刑事诉讼制度的发展方向之一。     

Impartial Nominations for a Prize

A group of peers must choose one of them to receive a prize; everyone cares only about winning, not about who gets the prize if someone else. An award rule is impartial if one's message never influences whether or not one wins the prize. We explore the consequences of impartiality when each agent nominates a single (other) agent for the prize. On the positive side, we construct impartial nomination rules where both the influence of individual messages and the requirements to win the prize are not very different across agents. Partition the agents in two or more districts, each of size at least 3, and call an agent a local winner if he is nominated by a majority of members of his own district; the rule selects a local winner with the largest support from nonlocal winners, or a fixed default agent in case there is no local winner. On the negative side, impartiality implies that ballots cannot be processed anonymously as in plurality voting. Moreover, we cannot simultaneously guarantee that the winner always gets at least one nomination, and that an agent nominated by everyone else always wins.     

Unanimity and Resource Monotonicity

In the context of indivisible public objects problems (e.g., candidate selection or qualification) with “separable” preferences, unanimity rule accepts each object if and only if the object is in everyone’s top set. We establish two axiomatizations of unanimity rule. The main axiom is resource monotonicity, saying that resource increase should affect all agents in the same direction. This axiom is considered in combination with simple Pareto (there is no Pareto improvement by addition or subtraction of a single object), independence of irrelevant alternatives, and either path independence or strategy-proofness.     

论中国传统文化的"一分为三"哲学思想

中国传统文化 ,儒家之无过、无不及的中庸之道 ,道家之无为无所不为的守中精神和佛家取中道之不偏不执非有非无的境界 ,以及儒佛道三位一体所构成的天人合一的基本的价值取向和伦理道德 ,无不包含着丰富的一分为三的辩证思维。至此得知 ,“一分为三”的关系式包括三种 :一是“一生二 ,二生三”式 ;二是“天人合一”或对立统一式 ;三是“一而三 ,三而一”式。     

舆论一致性的度量

舆论是社会或社会群体对近期发生的、为人们普遍关心的某一争议的社会问题的共同意见。舆论导向或者说舆论引导,是舆论控制的重要方式;舆论的一致性程度,是辨别舆论存在与否、存在程度的客观标准。笔者从舆论一致性的度量的角度出发,通过对现有的区分“民意”、“公意”、“众意”的方式的列举和比较,提出了“一致性指数”概念,以期对舆论引导起到量化的区分度和易操作性的作用。

犹太人哲学是最早以完整形态的宗教传统和西方哲学相遇,并在相互的冲突和对话中发展出自己的哲学形态,从而成为后来东西方哲学会通的范例。当代犹太宗教哲学家马丁·布伯从相遇哲学的视角解读中国传统哲学的“天人合一”思想,这对中国传统哲学迈向现代化之路有积极的启示作用。
