Foodwork as re-articulation of women's in/visible work: A study of food allergy blogs

This paper advances our understanding of foodwork as the organization of women's work and racialized, gendered, and classed inequalities in the provisioning, preparation, and consumption of food. Drawing on notions of the in/visibility of women's work, I conceptualize foodwork as the articulation of visible and invisible women's work in the social organization of everyday food practices. The analysis of three blogs, written by women with, or mothers of children with, food allergies, provides a glimpse into the everyday living with food allergy. The investigation of the actual practices of allergy foodwork shows that they are interactive and intersectional patterns of work and make everyday life possible. The paper maps directions for research to explore how foodwork could be organized differently starting from the transformative potential of everyday food practices, blogs, and food allergy.     

高校无形资产管理存在的问题与对策——以C大学为例

我国高校无形资产管理存在重有形轻无形、无形资产流失严重、科技成果转化率低、无形资产效益低下、人力型无形资产管理不善等问题。要解决这些问题,一是增强无形资产保护意识;二是建立专门的无形资产管理机构;三是建立有利于维护高校无形资产权益的管理制度;四是开展无形资产评估,建立无形资产账户;五是积极开展对外宣传,扩大校誉,营造良好的办学环境。     

The increasing importance of place: neighbourhood differences in metropolitan Sweden, 1990–2006

The shift from a fairly equitably distributed economy to a more unequal one is likely to have consequences. This article investigates neighbourhood differences in three cities in Sweden between 1990 and 2006 using panel registry data for the total population. The results show increasing neighbourhood differences in the outcomes of student grades and youth unemployment. Neighbourhood differences were computed for both those belonging to the majority of the population and visible minorities, and it was determined that the differences are not the result of an increase in the number of immigrants in poorer neighbourhoods. The majority population displays the largest differences in both grades and unemployment. The increase in disparities among neighbourhoods regarding outcomes for youth is a warning sign: it could lead to low motivation, loss of aspirations and social unrest.     

The social work services in screening process of compulsory treatment interventions in addicts in Iran: A content analysis study

Compulsory treatment has had a detrimental impact on drug abuse treatment policies and programs in Iran. Physicians are currently required to conduct initial treatment screening. Social workers are a part of the treatment team but have no authority to initiate a compulsory drug treatment plan. For this reason, the present article investigates social work service participation in the process of compulsory drug treatment. The study methodology is content analysis. Nine social workers participated in seven focus group discussions. Overall, 110 codes were extracted from the sessions and were categorized into five main themes: interview and initial assessment; referral; investigation of ineligibility criteria; report to judicial authority; and follow‐up and advocacy. The results of this research suggest amending executive bylaws based on a social work approach to the screening process for compulsory drug treatment.     

关于完善市场营销专业实践教学体系的思考

近年来,我国高等院校市场营销专业发展迅速,但是实践教学却是薄弱环节。本文在对有关市场营销专业毕业生应具备的实践能力进行疏理的基础上,提出了显性实践能力的概念,指出应加强以课业体系为基础的课堂实践教学环节建设及应采取的措施。     

含N纳米TiO_2的制备及其可见光响应的研究

以纳米TiO2为原料,氨水为掺杂N源,采用高能球磨法合成了含N纳米TiO2粉末.利用XRD、FT-IR、UV-Vis光谱、纳米粒度仪和光催化降解实验对其进行结构及光催化性能表征.研究结果表明,经过氮掺杂的纳米TiO2主要为锐钛矿晶型,晶粒尺寸位于8～10nm之间.对可见光具有良好的吸收性能,其吸收边红移至550nm左右,禁带宽度减小至2.25eV.当太阳光照射30min时,亚甲基蓝溶液的降解率接近100%,体现出良好的可见光响应特性.

“看不见的手”是指纷繁复杂的社会现象背后存在着的某种不依人的意志为转移的客观法则的力量。市场中，“看不见的手”自发地调节市场，调节市场的资源配置和平衡。不仅经济领域有“看不见的手”，其它领域也有“看不见的手”的力量和作用。“看不见的手”兼具了促进社会经济发展和社会伦理发展的双重功能，能够自发沟通私利与公益，调整和促进社会公正，但也存在着功能缺陷和伦理局限。只有“看不见”与“看得见”的两手相辅相成，才能使社会的调节功能相得益彰。
