韦丛芜“合作同盟”问题辩析——从新发现的两件韦丛芜的史料说起

鲁迅先生热心培养并寄予厚望的未名社主要成员韦丛芜,1933年辞去大学教授之职,回到家乡安徽省霍邱县任县长,推行乡村建设运动。由于脱离社会现实,加之地方恶势力陷害,最终以身陷囹圄而终结。对这件公案,长期以来众说不一,鲁迅先生哀叹其“神驰宦海”,同事斥责其“堕落”,研究者称其为“蜕变”。此次新发现的两件史料,充分说明韦丛芜是面对日本帝国主义入侵,怀着一腔救国救民的热忱去推行“合作同盟”,既非梦想做官,也非腐化蜕变,他是一位没有辜负鲁迅先生培养的爱国文人。     

信息化条件下流通商主导的供应链动态联盟

供应链动态联盟是信息技术发达、市场需求主导的条件下实现敏捷生产和流通的重要组织形式。是一种基于非正式契约的不完全市场交易方式。在消费者占据主导权、生产企业逐渐归核化（refkusing）的条件下,流通商在联盟中居于重要地位。文章论述了信息网络技术高度发达的条件下流通商主导的供应链动态联盟的运作机制,以期能够为建立和谐高效的产销关系提供理论支持。     

A measure of community members’ perceptions of the impacts of research partnerships in health and social services

Currently, there are no psychometrically sound outcome measures by which to assess the impacts of research partnerships. This article describes the development of a 33-item, survey questionnaire measuring community members’ perceptions of the impact of research partnerships addressing health or social issues. The Community Impacts of Research Oriented Partnerships (CIROP) was developed using information from the literatures on health promotion, community development, research utilization, and community-based participatory research, and from focus groups involving 29 key informants. Data from 174 community members were used to determine the factor structure, internal consistency, and test–retest reliability of the four CIROP scales, and to provide evidence of construct validity. The CIROP informs research partnerships about the extent of their impact in the areas of Personal Knowledge Development, Personal Research Skill Development, Organizational/Group Access To and Use of Information, and Community and Organizational Development, allowing them to demonstrate accountability to funding bodies. As well, the CIROP can be used as a research tool to assess the effectiveness of knowledge sharing approaches, determine the most influential activities of research partnerships, and determine structural characteristics of partnerships associated with various types of impact. The CIROP provides a better understanding of community members’ perspectives and expectations of research partnerships, with important implications for knowledge transfer and uptake.     

The Scalability of the Shack/Slum Dwellers International Methodology: Context and Constraint in Cape Town

Shack/Slum Dwellers International (SDI) was created by the Indian Alliance and South African partners. SDI has affiliates in 33 countries and is probably the world's largest network of community peer‐to‐peer knowledge exchange in the area of slum/informal settlement upgrading. Common to the Indian Alliance's ‘Federation Model’ and the SDI methodology are a commitment to community organization and community‐led upgrading that is undertaken in partnership with local government. In a context where it is projected that there will be two billion slum dwellers by 2030, the ambition is to enable tens of millions of households to obtain upgraded housing and services. This article questions the scalability and universality of the SDI methodology in Cape Town, where the SDI Secretariat is located.     

The Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communication Management: Origins,influences, issues and prospects

This paper chronicles the formation and development of the Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communication Management (GA) up to 2002. It sets the GA's genesis within the context of other internationalisation initiatives undertaken by the wider public relations practitioner community and draws links between the formation of the GA and the emerging phenomenon of globalisation. The paper's intent is to describe the formation of the GA from a historical perspective, to understand the forces that led to its creation and to appreciate the different drivers and motivation of founding members. These factors provide a springboard to consider some of the issues that currently challenge GA, some of which were inherent in the governance model it chose at its inception.     

修复与强化:美韩同盟关系的新发展

1953年10月美韩同盟建立至今,两国关系起伏不断,曲折发展。2008年李明博上台后,美韩关系进入"修复"期,2010年3月的"天安号事件"和11月的延坪岛炮击事件为两国关系注入了"固化剂"。美韩同盟的强化是多重因素综合作用的结果,其中既有中国崛起的宏观背景,也与美韩两国出于国家利益的战略选择密切相关,突发事件成为美韩同盟强化的直接动因。美韩同盟关系的新发展对中国东北亚安全利益产生了一些不利影响,如何应对当前的被动局面,有效化解中国与周边国家的矛盾,事关中国和平发展的大局,值得我们认真思考。     

国内外战略联盟理论研究评述

本文从战略联盟出现的理论阐释、形成、价值创造与分配、组织间关系、联盟管理障碍与联盟管理者等几个方面总结了目前国内外在战略联盟理论研究方面的现状,并进一步指出了其不足以及对今后有关研究方向的建议。     

企业归核化战略及其对我国企业的启示

满蒙联姻政策是清朝民族政策一个最为重要的组成部分,同前代相比,清朝的满蒙联姻具有制度性以及大规模、多层次、持续性等特点。这种联姻政策所形成的姻亲关系,对满蒙两族的长期和好、对清廷统辖与治理边疆蒙古地区乃至利用蒙古族的军事力量,起到了重要的作用。同时对于促进满蒙汉各族在政治、经济、风俗文化各方面的互相融合也起到了不可忽视的积极作用。
