辛弃疾起义南归之后,与山水园林结下了不解之缘,他游览过许多湖山胜景,建造了自己的第宅园林,并创作了大量的与山水园林有关的词篇.他以多彩的笔墨描绘了自然山水和庭园风光,表现出崇尚自然、虚淡的审美意识,并在一定程度上抒写了随遇而安、超然放旷的人生态度.     

城市交通系统景观生态设计初探

分析了城市景观的主要特征和城市(城镇)交通景观的结构和功能。强调了城市景观的保护和规划管理。初步分析了城市交通廊道系统的景观生态功能。探讨了城市交通景观生态的设计原则。以江南水乡为例,分析讨论了几种城市交通景观生态设计模式。     

刘禹锡与巴山楚水

刘禹锡之佳诗多产生于贬谪时期 ,其中描绘巴山楚水的部分 ,自然景观与人文景观相融 ,景物色彩明丽 ,寓含乡国之思。其描述当地的民俗风情 ,呈现出鲜明的地域色彩 ,充盈着浓郁的生活气息 ,真实地反映了当时、当地的劳动生产习俗、崇巫好祀风俗、喜好歌舞风情。这些与诗人坚定的信念、豁达的心态 ,及其心系朝廷、关心百姓疾苦 ,受南方文学、文学传统的影响有着密切的关系。     

Revisiting the model of creative destruction: St. Jacobs,Ontario, a decade later

Ten years ago, the model of creative destruction was developed to predict the fate of communities that base their development on the commodification of rural heritage (Mitchell, C.J.A., 1998. Entrepreneurialism, commodification and creative destruction: a model of post-modern community development. Journal of Rural Studies 14, 273–286). Its application to the village of St. Jacobs, Canada, demonstrated that entrepreneurial investment had fostered the creation of a setting for aestheticized consumption. In this paper we demonstrate that creative destruction has continued to unfold in the village over the course of the past decade. The evolutionary path taken is assessed in light of current literature on rural space. It is concluded that to fully understand the transformative process, one must integrate the demands of myriad sub-cultures, whose social relations, ideologies and actions will contribute to the development of a contested landscape of consumption. This finding necessitates that modifications be made to the model and its various stages. The most significant is recognition that the “heritage-scape” is an interim state of landscape change; one that displaces the productivist landscape of the industrial period, and precedes the creation of the “neo-productivist” leisure-scape of post-industrialism. Whether or not such a “final” state is achieved is dictated by the power struggle that inevitably arises amongst sub-cultures engaged in the transformation of rural space.     

山水浮雕的视觉空间表现——宝鸡凤县景观墙的创作感想

为了将自然景观与人文景观在空间与时间上进行结合,通过宝鸡凤县山水浮雕景观的创作实践,推进了视觉空间的现实转换,论证了视觉空间是客观性与主观性的统一、视觉空间是空间性与时间性的相互转换。视觉空间是一个全新的概念,有待于美术创作者、设计者、理论家和批评家进一步关注,不断丰富其内涵。     

从“载道”到“写意”——从山水画论的角度评价魏晋山水诗

山水画和山水诗同时起源于魏晋,而在唐朝达到鼎盛。魏晋时期的山水诗与山水画,在审美上也应该有互通之处。那么,两者就不仅仅是单纯独立的,而应该在艺术上有所联系。本文就此展开论述,以期引起同行学者关注。     

徽州古村落景观意象及其在现代景观设计中的运用研究

通过探讨徽州古村落中的景观意象及其在现代景观设计中的运用,阐述景观意象的概念,徽州古村落的整体景观意象、局部景观意象等,其中局部景观意象包括村落八景景观意象、水口园林景观意象、池塘景观意象、村落"点景"景观意象以及其它景观片段的意象特征,并对其在现代景观设计中的运用进行了探讨。为安徽地域景观设计中的"地域文化特征"提供参照,对相似的地域景观文化的继承与发展起抛砖引玉的作用。     

国内婚庆主题公园规划与设计分析——以大连市燕窝岭婚庆主题公园为例

在西方发达国家,主题公园作为一种人工造旅游资源,它围绕着一个或几个主题创造一系列有特别的文化环境和氛围的项目来吸引游客,并能够获取可观的经济效益和良好的社会效益。但是中国国内的许多主题公园在光鲜外表下却鲜有自身的特色。通过对大连燕窝岭主题公园规划设计的分析研究,发现其规划设计方面存在一些共性问题,尤其建造内容形式单一、规划设计理念流俗、基本设计原则模糊,以及投入资金周期过长等缺点,并针对这些问题提出燕窝岭婚庆主题公园多元景观共生和可持续发展建设的方案,该方案可以使该主题公园的规划与设计更趋完善与合理,达到主题公园可持续发展。     

Incentives in a Stage‐Gate Process

Many large organizations use a stage‐gate process to manage new product development projects. In a typical stage‐gate process project managers learn about potential ideas from research and exert effort in development while senior executives make intervening go/no‐go decisions. This decentralized decision making results in an agency problem because the idea quality in early stages is unknown to the executive and the project manager must exert unobservable development effort in later stages. In light of these challenges, how should the firm structure incentives to ensure that project managers reveal relevant information and invest the appropriate effort to create value? In this study, we develop a model of adverse selection in research and moral hazard in development with a go/no‐go decision at the intervening gate. Our results show that the principal's uncertainty regarding early‐stage idea quality—a term we refer to as idea risk—alters the effect of late‐stage development risk. The presence of idea risk can alter the incentives offered to the agent and may lead the principal to reject projects that otherwise seem favorable in terms of positive net present value. A simulation of early‐stage ideas, found through search on a complex landscape, shows that the firm can mitigate the negative effects of idea risk by encouraging breadth of search and high tolerance for failure.
