“关系”的韧性及其新运作空间: 对新近“关系”研究的批判

针对"中国目前在融入资本主义之际,'关系'在社会关系中的作用下降"一说,文章指出必须从历史的角度将"关系"视为一种由文化模式和资源形成的产物."关系"不断地适应--同时形塑--新的社会制度、社会结构和在全球化背景下的中国经验.文章并不认为"关系" 是一种固定不变和本质化的现象,而最终会在新的法律制度和商业力量的冲击下而式微.相反,如台湾和后社会主义俄罗斯的资本主义发展所显示的,"关系"发挥的作用有可能会在某些社会领域中下降,但在商业贸易等其他领域中重新找到发展的"沃土",并以新的社会形式得到表达和展现.这种"关系"研究的历史路径关注在中国内部社会秩序中和中外关系中的权力问题,是一种对 "'关系'下降"论调背后隐藏的缺乏反思的实证主义方法论和现代化理论/叙事的目的论以及新自由主义话语的批判.     

Exploring the deployment and reintegration experiences of active duty military families with young children

Active duty military families are experiencing increased stress as service members deploy to and return from lengthy and repeated deployments to multiple war zones. These deployments have a cumulative impact on the behavioral health and well-being of not only the service member, but also the family, particularly in families with very young children (Lester et al., 2016). Emergent research concerning families with young suggests that greater attention to the military spouse is needed to ensure effective, supportive service provision for these families. The purpose of the present study is threefold: (1) to identify the challenges faced by families with young children during and after deployment, (2) to understand resource utilization by these families, and (3) to explore the strengths and strategies used during these experiences. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 19 active duty Marine Corps family members with young children (under 5 years old) and 10 key program providers on or near a large military base in the southeast region of the United States. Findings reveal significant social isolation, which is consistent with the literature, the need for formal and informal social supports as well as self-care for the at-home parent, challenges in co-parenting and utilizing known resources, and a range of strategies used to manage deployment and reintegration. Implications for practice are discussed.     

Policy deployment: A case study analysis

Theaim of theresearch reported in thispaper wasto examine policy deployment in a business unit of the UK company operation of a major corporation, considered a world leader in business improvement. In this study, the application of policy deployment at an operational level was investigated to determine how managers deploy and manage direction, and assess the effectiveness of the catchball process. In the business unit studied, policy deployment could have a greater impact. For example, in deploying direction, cascade and catchball is used, however, the leadership, checks, control and communication elements could be more effective, and the respective shortcomings are described. A generic catch-reflect-improvescrutinize-pass (CRISP) approach to policy deployment is proposed by which vision, mission, goals, objectives, targets and means can be more effectively deployed.     

我国资本配置中的趋同与效率：1952-2007

 改革开放以来，我国逐渐实现了从计划经济向市场经济体制的过渡，那么资本的配置效率是否得到了提升？本文构建了基于资本产出比的条件趋同分析框架，并使用资本产出比的调整速度来量度资本配置效率。实证检验发现，1952年以来我国省区资本产出比均向各自的稳定状态收敛，条件趋同现象显著。1978年和1992年前后，资本产出比的调整速度出现了阶段性提升，这说明市场化改革提高了我国的资本配置效率。另外，1992年之后，东部地区的资本配置效率要明显高于中西部地区。     

基于多质量屋的质量功能配置线性优化模型研究

质量功能配置能在新产品开发设计过程中快速有效地将市场调查阶段所获取的目标顾客需求信息转换为目标新产品的具体工程技术特性。在单维质量屋规划模型的基础上提出了一个基于多个质量屋的质量功能配置线性优化模型,该模型充分利用了不同质量屋中各个组成部分的信息,能够权衡、优化质量屋中存在的各种矛盾和冲突。以某汽车企业产品开发的顾客需求和技术需求项目为案例,给出了该模型的数学实现。     

Short-term international assignments. Military perspectives and implications for international human resource management

Short-term international assignments have been under-explored in international human resource management (IHRM) literature and research. Equally, there is a dearth of studies on international mobility beyond multinational corporations. Drawing on an exploratory study of short-term international assignments in the Irish Defence Forces, this paper considers the implications for IHRM.     

传媒人才流失问题与对策研究

针对传媒业在用工调配和使用上的种种弊端，要转变政府管理职能，实行政企分开。国家必须从“办媒体”到“管媒体”转变，从内部管理转变为外部管理。传媒业需要实行全员聘用制，变身份管理为岗位管理，建立符合市场需要的人岗匹配的人事制度，不能因人设岗，而是需要因岗择人。公司化管理是市场经济必然要求，劳务派遣是市场用工的形式，对于编外人员按照市场化需要进行管理。采用激励机制，培养良好的企业文化。     

植基部落格之资料探勘模式以探索顾客需求

由于部落格(Blogs)的普及,导致愈来愈多的企业希望能从大量的使用者文章中撷取出有用的信息,从中了解消费者需求及市场导向,以帮助企业改善商品及服务质量,抑或评估企业本身或同业竞争者的优劣势.本研究针对部落格中的产品使用心得,提出一套FAIR模块,希望藉由该模块得以达到在短时间内有效地分析产品评价,以利于企业或消费者在掌握商品重点特色及整体评价时,能避免阅读大量文章的时间耗费并无从理出头绪的情形.FAIR模块为模糊自适应共振理论(Fuzzy ART)结合隐含语意索引(LSI)的特性,将文章集予以分群并从中撷取出代表性关键词,以达到信息检索的目的,最终再通过关联法则(AR)提升关键词的解释性.通过FAIR模块所撷取出来的消费者心声,我们更进一步地应用于质量机能展开,将顾客需求转化为技术需求,以分别了解产品本身或同业之间的竞争力,使企业充分掌握顾客需求,并提升产品设计之适用性.最后,我们以美容保养品之部落格文章作为实验对象,以说明并验证所提出的FAIR模块之效力.
