在礼教与世俗间徘徊的市民代言人——由明代士人隐居方式的变化来看近代审美文化发展的趋势

晚明士人隐居于市井时与市民大量接触,使士人能够体察市民的内心情感,不自觉地成为其代言人,从而开始亲近市民文化,自觉不自觉地受市民风情影响,创作出符合市民口味的文学作品。但因他们长期受封建儒家正统文化的影响,所以其行为与其作品中的形象通常又是矛盾的。     

从《辨骚》看刘勰"宗经"与"逆经"思想的矛盾与超越

《辨骚》篇中刘勰基于宗经思想认为楚辞不如《诗经》雅正,但对楚辞自身文学成就进行评价时却认为楚辞内容与形式的新变超越了《诗经》,从而出现了“宗经”而又“逆经”的矛盾现象,本文认为这种矛盾现象并非刘勰思想的缺陷恰恰是他超越前人及同时代人的伟大之处。     

Not just hot air: normative codes of conduct induce cooperative behavior

The shirking incentives arising within team production are in general counteracted by monitoring and sanctioning. However, these mechanisms are usually associated with high monitoring costs and cannot be applied to all parts of the production process. In a laboratory experiment we analyze the impact of less costly elements of organizational structure, such as normative codes of conduct and screening tests, on team production efficiency. We find that more allusions to a firm context lead to higher contributions. In particular, codes of conduct significantly increase cooperation and at the same time reduce free-riding behavior. Our study provides empirical evidence that normative codes of conduct are an effective means of increasing team production efficiency.

最初的“典”体生成于殷人的贡典制度,主要是书写对祖先神灵的祝告之辞和先王先妣的祀谱和庙号。周人将礼乐法度上升到了“典”的神圣地位,并将先王先公有教益和借鉴意义的话语也称之为“典”。而《尧典》是春秋时人出于制度的焦虑,为王者未来的实践行为建构的一部理想性的行政法典,体现出了迥异于商周其它“典”体的叙事性文体特征。

约翰.菲斯克的符码系统理论可以把《感动中国》文本归结为三个层次的意义:直接意指分析、含蓄意指分析和意识形态分析。在意识形态层面上可以看出,《感动中国》对于受众现实主体的建构起着重要的作用,这也是为什么它代表着主流文化在众多节目中脱颖而出的原因。

本文记述了<齐物论>一文的根本线索.第一部分从本体论的角度说明"道"并非理性和逻辑思维所得之比量境界,而是离言现证之大空本体.第二部分从宇宙生成论的角度说明"道"从自身物化出现象界.第三部分从认识论的角度阐明由"成心"产生是非差别的认识.第四部分,从实践论的角度阐明合于大道的途径即破是非、泯差别.本文以佛道两家互参,阐明了道家的基本立场.     

A NONPARAMETRIC TEST OF SYMMETRY VERSUS ASYMMETRY FOR RANKED-SET SAMPLES

This paper introduces a nonparametric test of symmetry for ranked-set samples to test the asymmetry of the underlying distribution. The test statistic is constructed from the Cramér-von Mises distance function which measures the distance between two probability models. The null distribution of the test statistic is established by constructing symmetric bootstrap samples from a given ranked-set sample. It is shown that the type I error probabilities are stable across all practical symmetric distributions and the test has high power for asymmetric distributions.     

Ethics in Operations Research and Management Sciences: A never-ending effort to combine rigor and passion

From practice to theory, we introduce a state-of-the-art stream of papers that promotes an inclusive and complementary consideration of both analytical methods and ethical values in Operations Research and Management Sciences (OR/MS). We suggest a perspective according to which the consideration of ethics in OR/MS constitutes an enrichment of our discipline as well as a contribution to a more sustainable future in general.     

西方1程职业伦理章程建立的逻辑理路分析

考察西方工程伦理研究的发展历程可以发现,“将公众的安全、健康和福利放在首位”的伦理意识奠定了各职业社团工程伦理章程“向善”的基本价值准则。进而,工程活动中诸多“向善”的伦理意识经过抽象与凝练,形成以“责任”为核心的工程伦理规范体系,并赋予工程师多种“他律”的道德要求。为避免可预测的工程风险,规范要求工程师“遵行”工程伦理章程中所载明的多样责任。向善—他律—遵行,构成了西方工程职业伦理章程建立的逻辑理路。但是,这种逻辑理路将现代道德哲学的本质特点全面贯彻其中,使得工程职业伦理章程建立初始就因工程实践与人类伦理生活的复杂性而有着内在局限。
