对中国英语的系统研究始于20世纪80年代。研究中国英语不仅要重视语言现象，更要关注现象背后深层次的原因。中国英语是在核心语法和词汇的基础上，受汉语语言文化和思维方式的干扰而形成的一种区域性变体。中国英语研究对外语教学有重要的启示和意义。     

瑞士科研不端治理机制及启示

瑞士的科研不端治理模式是以科学界自我管理为主导的单层管理模式,科研资助机构与科研承担机构根据自身的具体情况制定相应的规章制度,并成立独立的执行机构对本部门的科研不端事件展开调查。其中,国家科技基金会的做法是在借鉴国际标准与德国经验以及瑞士科学院做法的基础上形成的,对全国的大学和科研机构具有引导和示范作用。瑞士科学院在治理科研不端问题上强调基层自治、程序的客观性与独立性、程序流程的层次性与动态性等特征对我国具有启示意义。     

‘Think twice’: using economics and sociology to understand monetary issues–The case of Switzerland

This paper seeks to demonstrate to what extent an academic approach that borrows from economics and sociology is heuristic in terms of fully understanding monetary issues. Contrary to authors that consider money to be neutral, this article emphasizes that money is a ‘total social fact’. Hence, it focuses on three meanings of money through the theoretical framework of Schumpeter and various French institutionalists. It also focuses on the Swiss case, which is particularly relevant because money plays a significant role in order for such a country to foster prosperity and create social links. Finally, there is clearly a high usefulness of a pluralistic approach on the monetary issue for heterodox economists.     

Code choice and code-switching in Swiss-German Internet Relay Chat rooms

In the German-speaking regions of Switzerland, dialect is spoken by all social groups in most communicative situations, Standard German being used only when prescribed. Swiss dialects rarely appeared in written form before the 1980s, apart from the genre of dialect literature. Due to the growing acceptance of informal writing styles in many European languages, dialect is increasingly employed for written personal communication, in particular in computer-mediated communication (CMC). In Swiss Internet Relay Chat (IRC) rooms, varieties of German are used side by side as all chatters have a command of both standard and dialectal varieties. Depending on the channel, the proportion of dialectal contributions can be as high as 90 percent. The choice of a particular variety depends on both individual preference and on the predominant variety used within a specific thread. In this paper I take a quantitative approach to language variation in IRC and demonstrate how such an approach can help embed qualitative research on code-switching in CMC.     

Gender equality trade-offs re-examined: evidence from Swiss cantons

Decades of comparative research on gender inequality reported a counter-intuitive finding: state support for working mothers may paradoxically decrease gender equality within the labour market. Though this form of an inclusion-equality trade-off is specific to paid work, similar trade-offs may occur with respect to unpaid work. The present study discusses four such trade-offs and provides fresh empirical evidence from a within-country comparison of the 26 Swiss cantons. The analyses explore whether (on a macro level) welfare state support for maternal employment is negatively associated with vertical segregation, horizontal segregation, female workload or paternal involvement. Cantons with higher maternal employment show more vertical segregation and less paternal involvement, but these two inverse correlations are related to the cultural rather than the political context. The paper concludes with a discussion as to whether these cultural effects complement previous findings of politically induced trade-offs or indirectly support them.

民航管制员“错、忘、漏”发生原因分析及对策

空中交通管制是国家交通运输事业的重要组成部分,是保障国家领空安全和航空事业发展的重要基础.空中交通管制的目的是防止航空器与航空器相撞,防止航空器与障碍物相撞,维持并加速空中交通的有秩序的活动.管制员的"错、忘、漏"可能直接导致飞行冲突,甚至带来更严重的后果.随着民航的飞速发展,航班量急剧增加,飞行密度加大,管制间隔缩小,管制员的"错、忘、漏"造成严重后果的风险越来越大.本文首先从人为因素的角度分析了"错、忘、漏"的特点和产生原因,结合民航工作实际,提出相应的应对措施,以及一些针对性的管理办法.
