人才振兴背景下大学生志愿服务乡村缘由和影响因素分析

志愿服务乡村是社会参与人才振兴战略的重要方式,大学生在其中承担着重要角色。“乡愁文化”和“社会理性”是大学生志愿服务乡村缘由所在;性别、年级、学校类型、了解程度和志愿组织对大学生志愿服务乡村有显著影响。大学生志愿服务的着力点在于智力支持且具有文教活动倾向性,但也存在意愿与行动脱节、认知流于表面、能动性不强、缺乏思想引领以及对小微志愿组织的支持缺位等问题。乡愁文化嵌入大学文化、引入激励机制、打造志愿组织“大家庭”、牢守宣传育人“主阵地”、强化智力支持优势、补齐理论技能短板、关爱“小微组织”成长、构建“三位一体”支撑体系等可有效优化大学生志愿服务乡村。     

论虚拟企业经营中的问题及对策

企业的"虚拟化经营"已有各种形式并得到良好发展,虚拟企业在新的市场环境下形成了自己独特的竞争优势,但在实际运作中也存在着一些问题,如目标利益的差异性、缺乏制度约束,企业文化的兼容、核心技术的流失以及各组成部分实体上的管理和协调上的困难等等,针对这些问题,需要研究一系列切实有效的对策.     

虚拟企业是21世纪企业的主流模式

在 2 1世纪市场竞争日益激烈 ,市场需求日趋多样化、用户化 ,新型的企业模式———虚拟企业必将代替传统的企业模式。本文界定了虚拟企业的涵义 ,介绍了虚拟企业的产生 ,分析了虚拟企业的特点 ,阐述了虚拟企业的经营方式 ,最后探讨了如何构建虚拟企业。     

The Boston Area Diary Study and the Moral Citizenship of Care

This paper describes the theoretical foundations, empirical findings, and practical and philosophical implications of the Boston Area Diary Study (BADS), a study of the caring behavior of 44 participants over one calendar year. In particular, the paper presents an identification theory of care and discusses how it shaped the conceptualization, collection, and analysis of the data in a year-long diary study of daily voluntary assistance. The findings from the BADS (1) theoretically confirm the identification theory of care; (2) methodologically capture how individuals perceive and carry out caring behavior as a unity; and (3rpar; empirically document the existence of a moral citizenship in America that is substantially more vigorous than is implied by the usual indicators of civic and political citizenship.

电影是现代科技进步的产物,且紧随科学技术的发展而发展.其本质并非固定不变的,而是变动不居的.本文除回顾历史上已经发生的电影技术革命(如声音技术、电视技术)引发的电影美学革命外,着重阐述电子计算机成像技术特别是数字化技术以及互联网技术所引发的、正在出现和已经出现的电影艺术的本体性变革,并指出由之而可能导致的电影艺术的终结.     

基于虚拟仪器的土壤水分测试系统开发

采用PCl-812PG数据采集卡,基于虚拟仪器技术,以Delphi作为平台开发了土壤含水量测试系统,对AZS -2土壤水分传感器的功能进行了扩展。标定结果及实际应用表明,此系统性能稳定,精度较高。     

虚拟产业群的运作管理模式研究

虚拟产业群是一种松散的企业网络组织,在网络信息技术的支持下成为虚拟企业构建与运作的基础平台。基于这一出发点,本文通过分析与研究虚拟产业群运作的目标、创建过程、组织结构形式、运作过程主要活动及必需的基础设施建设等问题,提出了虚拟产业群运作管理的基本模式。同时,为充分理解这一模式,文后给出了两个实际案例。最后,总结了虚拟产业群运作对虚拟企业的基础作用与价值所在。     

Long-term consequences of youth volunteering: Voluntary versus involuntary service

Despite the renewed interest in youth volunteering in recent years, there remain major gaps in our knowledge of its consequences. Drawing data from the National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent to Adult Health, we examine the long-term effects of youth volunteering on the civic and personal aspects of volunteers’ lives. Our results suggest that youth volunteering has a positive return on adult volunteering only when it is voluntary, and that net of contextual factors neither voluntary nor involuntary youth service has a significant effect on adult voting. Regarding personal outcomes, our findings indicate that the psychological benefits of youth volunteering accrue only to voluntary participants, whereas both voluntary and involuntary youth service are positively associated with educational attainment and earnings in young adulthood. Taken together, these results lend support to the case for youth volunteer programs, though the civic benefits of these programs appear to be less dramatic than generally suggested.     

General standby allocation in series and parallel systems

Stochastic orders are very useful tools to compare the lifetimes of two systems. Optimum lifetime of a series (resp. parallel) system with general standby component(s) depends on the allocation strategy of standby component(s) into the system. Here, we discuss three different models of one or more standby components. In each model, we compare different series (resp. parallel) systems (which are formed through different allocation strategies of standby component(s)) with respect to the usual stochastic order and the stochastic precedence order. The results related to the cold as well as the hot standby models are obtained as particular cases of the results discussed in this article because the model considered here is a general one.     

A port in a storm: Spontaneous volunteering and grassroots movements in Amsterdam. A resilient approach to the (European) refugee crisis

This article seeks to expand knowledge about spontaneous volunteering in Amsterdam during the European refugee crisis in the winter of 2015–16. As formal institutions, which relied on a top–down command and control approach, were unable to handle the relatively large number of refugees who arrived in a short period of time, grassroots social movements based on bottom–up participation emerged. Grassroots volunteers were not only politically engaged, protesting against the strict refugee reception policy, but they also became involved in the crisis response, showing a great deal of flexibility. Although the social movements struggled with their organizational structures, they were able to adapt their missions and structures to changing circumstances. To achieve a resilience‐based response to future refugee influxes, this article advocates for formal response organizations to dismantle their static, top–down approach, and for social movements to find a balance between participation and professionalism. If institutionalized refugee response organizations adapt to the dynamics of local conditions, they could create the conditions for resilient solutions in the crisis context.
