电子档案是信息技术不断发展的产物,将逐步成为档案管理的主要对象。在分析我国电子档案管理现状的基础上,文章着重探讨了保证电子档案的凭证性的技术措施和管理措施,同时讨论了如何科学、有效地提供电子档案利用。

高校档案管理创新是时代发展的必然要求,创新的关键在于人的创造力的充分发挥。档案管理必须贯彻以人为本的管理理念,更好地发挥服务功能,才能有所作为。     

A not so strange silence: Why qualitative researchers should respond critically to the qualitative data archive

A driving force behind the establishment of a qualitative data archive in the United Kingdom has been the oral historian, Paul Thompson. He has complained that there is a ‘strange silence’ among qualitative sociologists on re‐analysis, and that many have been reluctant to deposit data. The first part of the paper suggests that the common ethical and practical objections can be overcome in establishing an archive in Australia. However, there is a more serious underlying ideological objection: that archiving promotes and institutionalises a narrow empiricist version of qualitative research. The rest of the paper makes this case by examining teaching materials on a British website, by reviewing Thompson's arguments, and by considering some examples of re‐analysis by sociologists. It is argued that qualitative researchers should respond critically, but that it is possible to address and overcome these problems when developing an Australian archive.

Of bodies captured: the visual representation of the Paarl march and Poqo in apartheid South Africa

This article examines the visual representation of the violent march on the Western Cape town of Paarl in November 1962, and the place of photographs as employed by the media, a state-appointed commission of inquiry, and a series of judicial trials in the making of this event and its subjects. It is particularly concerned with a file of photographs of men accused of participating in the march, as a means to potentially enabling more complex and nuanced readings of the uprising than those provided by the textual archive surrounding the event. It considers the ways in which these photographs were used and why, while seemingly meant to give a face to a united Poqo organisation they never take on an altogether-public life. Clearly photographic occasions which were not as rigidly controlled as one would expect from police photographs, these photographs reference a multiplicity of genres. Yet at the same time, as the products of police surveillance, they remain deeply complicit in discourses of power and subjectification.

高等学校合并办学使高校的档案管理工作出现了新情况、新特点,也对高校档案事业的发展提出了新的要求.高校档案管理人员应从机构设置、部门职能、人员素质、规章制度以及现代化手段等档案管理中出现的新问题入手,进行研究和探讨,树立整体意识,实行全宗管理,明确标准规范,加强全程管理,重视队伍建设,严格全员管理,充分利用现代科学技术和设备运作全新管理的档案管理体系,开创合并高校档案管理工作的新局面.     

从本科教学评估看高校档案工作的问题及对策

本科教学评估对高校档案提出了新的要求,但很多高校的档案工作尚不能适应教学评估的需要。高校应当以评估为契机,强化对教学档案管理工作的认识,建立健全教学档案管理制度,制定评估档案管理办法,加强档案管理队伍建设,重点则是推进档案信息化、网络化建设。

白族档案史料是以白族为主的各民族在长期的社会发展进程中形成的。其形成过程大体经历了秦至西汉、东汉至唐初、南诏国和大理国、元明清、近现代几个时期 ,主要包括碑刻、经卷、画卷、家谱、族谱、民俗、名人档案等类别 ,各类档案的形式、内容、价值等 ,又各有其不同的特点。

本研究运用文献资料法、专家访问等方法对高校档案工作管理进行探讨。企图通过对高校档案工作管理工作从主、客观两个方面存在问题进行分析,找出存在问题,从而力求提出对高校档案工作管理的途径。为高校档案工作管理提供参考和借鉴。     

关于高校档案实施《归档文件整理规则》的探讨

实施《归档文件整理规则》,可简化整理档案程序,便于档案鉴定及利用工作,使沿袭多年的档案工作重心发生变化。从立件归档的改革内容和思想出发,分析其利弊,提出了实施《归档文件整理规则》的辅助措施。
