区块链技术在版权登记中的创新应用

随着数字版权时代的发展，作品的传播方式变得更加灵活，传播速度也更加迅捷。传统版权登记制度因存在登记成本较高、标准不一、泄露隐私等弊端，在实际应用中面临困境，区块链技术的出现为推动版权登记的适时发展提供了一种新思路。区块链技术应用于版权登记，其去中心化特质可以降低登记成本；分布式共享机制能够统一登记标准；难以篡改的性质能够提高登记的证明效力；弥补了既有版权登记制度的缺陷。同时，区块链技术利用自身特性建立新的版权信任机制，既能清晰地分配版权利益，又能创新传统的版权商业模式，推动版权市场的发展，最大化地利用版权的固有价值。区块链技术在与版权登记相结合的过程中，会出现一些技术上难以解决的问题，既无法对作品的独创性进行准确的判断，也无法发挥版权制度原有的公示力作用。因此，必须创新版权登记规则，加快制定区块链版权平台市场准入机制，并设置统一的监管机构，将区块链锁在版权制度的笼子里，防止出现滥用区块链技术的情形，以最终实现技术和法律的融合发展。     

协同运输管理运行机制研究

协同运输管理是在CPFR基础上发展起来的一种供应链管理方法。它通过降低供应链中的运输成本、缩短商品交付时间和提高准时交货率,实现供应链价值的最大化。协同运输管理的有效实施,需要建立完善的运行机制,包括动力机制、约束机制、实际行为和惩罚机制,并配备相应的软硬件条件。     

Social Support Interventions in Migrant Populations

The phenomenon of immigration has led to an important increasein the number of social programmes and services for migrantpopulations in many European countries. However, some investigationshave shown that the use of formal resources is extremely lowin these groups. In contrast to the limited utilization of programmesand services, research in the field of social psychology hasrevealed that the primary source of help and support for immigrantsis their own informal social network. After analysing the characteristics,advantages and limitations of formal and informal support systems,this paper presents a typology of social support interventionswith migrant populations that integrates both types of support.Four levels are differentiated: dyadic interventions, socialnetwork interventions, mutual aid groups and community interventions.The development of programmes to strengthen the informal supportsystem is emphasized as an alternative to integrating formaland informal resources in social work practice with migrantpopulations.     

论我国外贸代理制度的完善

从20世纪80年代起施行的我国外贸代理制度,在制度设计和实践操作上都存在着较大缺陷。本文以WTO对我国外贸代理制度的要求为指针,认为应采取转变对外贸代理制度的认识、整合外贸代理立法、改革我国外贸经营权制度等措施,完善我国的外贸代理制度,使其与国际商事规则接轨。     

L'Intervention Sociologique After Twenty-Five Years: Can It Translate into English?

The sociological intervention is a research method developed in France by Alain Touraine in 1976 to explore social movement action. Since then it has undergone significant development, both in terms of the type of social experience explored and the broader research program framing it. Despite its importance, the intervention remains little known and virtually untested within English-language sociology. This article examines key dimensions of this research method through discussing several examples, and argues that the intervention has much to offer English-language sociologists concerned with questions of agency and reflexivity, relationship, narrative and experience.     

基于Web日志和商品分类的协同过滤推荐系统

传统的协同过滤算法一般以用户对商品的评分作为研究,考虑到显式的评分数据一般很少能够取到,本文从记录用户浏览历史的服务器端日志文件以及客户购买历史数据作为数据源,根据商品分类进行评分矩阵设计,最后由此得到最近邻居从而给予个性化推荐,试验证明推荐效果比较显著。     

引导与干预:不同汇率制度中的央行行为分析

广义汇率目标区制包括介于浮动汇率制与固定汇率制之间的所有的汇率安排,中央银行外汇市场干预的不同,决定了汇率目标区制中类型的不同。在中央银行强有力的干预下,中心汇率和目标区公开是最具吸引力的一种目标区制,其根本特性就在于其汇率形成机制的内在稳定性,从而也是构建未来人民币汇率目标区制的较好选择。     

The Prevention of Social Aggression Among Girls

This study represents the first systematic attempt to examine a theory‐based program designed to reduce girls' social aggression and increase positive leadership among peers. Fifth‐grade girls from six public schools were randomly assigned within classrooms to the social aggression prevention program (SAPP) and the comparison reading clubs. A school‐based small group program, the SAPP was demonstrated to have a positive impact for all students in the domain of social problem solving. For students with high baseline social problems, teachers reported positive changes in SAPP participants' prosocial behavior. In addition, the content of the program was critical: reading club participants improved their reading achievement at greater rates than SAPP participants. Targeting female students in a program focused on resolving social conflicts from multiple perspectives may be an important addition to broader, multilevel initiatives to prevent aggression and promote leadership in schools.     

我国婴幼儿托育服务标准规范体系的现状及其优化研究

近年来,我国婴幼儿托育服务标准规范建设进程较快,当前体系框架已初步建立。但由于长期以来标准规范建设比较缓 慢、推进机制不健全等客观因素制约,当前婴幼儿托育服务在通用基础标准规范方面整体滞后,婴幼儿安全照护和权益保障标准 规范方面仍存短板,监管和人员标准规范方面较弱等问题。根据托育标准规范体系现状,结合托育服务发展需求,当前亟需建立 托育服务标准规范体系的协同推进工作机制,加快通用基础标准规范研制,促进服务提供标准规范的健全,补足支持保障标准规 范的短板,进而完善标准规范框架体系,推动各类标准规范的兼容,进而为婴幼儿托育服务高质量发展提供支持和保障。     

农产品电商集群企业地理邻近性对协同创新绩效的影响

基于知识治理视角,构建农产品电商集群企业地理邻近性、知识治理、知识共享和协同创新绩效关系的链式中介模型,并引入网络关系强度作为调节变量,结合341家农产品电商集群企业的调研数据,采用多层次回归和Bootstrap分析方法,分析地理邻近性对协同创新绩效的直接作用,检验知识治理和知识共享的独立中介作用和链式中介作用,以及网络关系强度的调节作用。结果表明：地理邻近性正向影响协同创新绩效;知识治理在地理邻近性和协同创新绩效间发挥中介作用;知识共享在知识治理和协同创新绩效间发挥中介作用;知识治理和知识共享在地理邻近性和协同创新绩效间发挥链式中介作用;网络关系强度正向调节正式知识治理和显性知识共享的链式中介作用。因此,农产品电商集群企业要把握数字经济发展契机,善于利用集群区位优势和产业资源,激发正式知识治理和非正式知识治理的双重效应,与合作企业建立良好的知识共享关系,实现高质量协同创新发展。
