能力本位教育在高职英语教学中的应用

以能力本位教育理论为指导思想,通过问卷、实验等方法对比两种教学模式,探讨了能力本位教育在高职英语教学中应用的可行性。实践结果表明,应用这一教学模式对高职英语教学进行改革,取得了良好的教学效果,有效地提高了高职学生的英语实际应用能力及职业能力。     

Students‘ perceptions of professional social work ethics and the need for the development of competence-based ethics standards in undergraduate training program in Vietnam

As a newly recognized profession in Vietnam over the last two decades social work has undergone significant development, both in training and practice. However, there are many challenges in its professionalization, in which ethics plays a key role. This article presents the key findings of a study about students‘ perceptions of ethics and developing competence-based ethical standards in social work programs. It first analyses the students‘ attitudes and understanding of professional ethics. Second, it clarifies the situation of ethics education in training institutions. Finally, it provides suggestions for the implementation of social work competence-based ethical standards for Vietnam and beyond.     

高职教育中能力本位精品课程建设探析——以无机化学课程建设为例

高职院校精品课程的建设,目的在于提高教学质量,使培养的人才更适合行业企业发展的需要。文章以乌海职业技术学院无机化学精品课程建设为例,从岗位群调研与分析、师资队伍建设、修订教学大纲,进行一体化教学,对课程进行精心设计、建立立体化考核机制等几方面探析了能力本位精品课程的建设。     

Competence-Based and Integrity-Based Trust as Predictors of Acceptance of Carbon Dioxide Capture and Storage (CCS)

Public trust in organizations that are involved in the management and use of new technologies affects lay judgments about the risks and benefits associated with these technologies. In turn, judgments about risks and benefits influence lay attitudes toward these technologies. The validity of this (indirect) effect of trust on lay attitudes toward new technologies, which is referred to as the causal chain account of trust, has up till now only been examined in correlational research. The two studies reported in this article used an experimental approach to more specifically test the causal chain account of trust in the context of carbon dioxide capture and storage technology (CCS). Complementing existing literature, the current studies explicitly distinguished between two different types of trust in organizations: competence-based trust (Study 1) and integrity-based trust (Study 2). In line with predictions, results showed that the organizational position regarding CCS implementation (pro versus con) more strongly affected people's risk and benefit perceptions and their subsequent acceptance of CCS when competence-based trust was high rather than low. In contrast, the organizational position had a greater impact on people's level of CCS acceptance when integrity-based trust was low rather than high.

高校贫困生资助工作应改变以经济资助为主的单一资助模式,转变为以提升学生综合能力为主的资助工作模式。能力本位型高校贫困生资助工作模式能够有效提升贫困生的综合能力,是贫困生健康成长成才的根本出路,这不仅关系到人才培养质量,更是关系到社会的稳定。积极探索构建能力本位型贫困生资助工作模式,通过课堂内外联动、建立学生就业创业服务体系、鼓励学生参加社会实践等途径,着力提升贫困生的综合能力。

技术型组织越来越重视能力概念,并且许多组织已经完成了能力识别和分析过程.但是,在未来保持竞争优势不仅依赖于能力组合过程,而且依赖于组织迅速、持续构建能力的能力.本文调查且分析了为什么一些组织在能力构建过程中比其竞争对手取得更好的成绩的问题.     

基于“能力本位”原则的公共关系教学方法探讨

以提高教学效果和大学生就业能力为出发点,按照以能力为本位的原则,对高职人才公共关系职业能力培养的思路进行探讨,提出模拟演练、情景教学、案例教学、实验教学和任务式学习等教学方法。     

论行动导向模式在商务日语系列课程中的实践与探索——以项目教学法为中心

行动导向教学模式就是一种以就业为导向,以能力为本位,以职业活动的学习领域为内容,培养具有综合职业素养人才的教学形式。有别于传统日语专业,商务日语专业的人才培养目标是让学生学会日语语言知识和国际商务知识的同时,培养其在国际商务环境中为完成商务任务而运用日语进行有效交际的交际能力,能力本位的行动导向教学模式恰恰满足了这一要求。如何在商务日语系列教学中导入行动导向教学模式,值得我们深入探讨。
