四川盆地中三叠世盐盆分布与演化特征研究

四川盆地卤水分布广泛，资源丰富, 早为世人所瞩目，中三叠统雷口坡组是四川盆地最早开采天然气和盐卤的层系之一。根据盆地雷口坡组大量钻井资料研究表明，盆地雷口坡组主要成盐期分别为雷三2 期和雷四2 期，在盆地东部和南部由于受到古隆起的影响，盐岩地层已被剥蚀难以保存，现今盐岩主要分布在开江古隆起和泸州古隆起的西部以及天井山古隆起的南部（华蓥山以西—龙门山以东的川西—川中地区）。印支运动对盆地雷口坡组盐岩在平面的迁移起着十分重要的作用，根据不同时期盐岩统计数据看，两期盐盆在平面上具有向西迁移、叠加的特征，其中川中的GS1 井就钻遇了这两期的盐岩。     

教师教学观念的历史演进

教师的教学观念具有历史性,它随着社会政治、经济、文化与教学实践的变化而变化、发展而发展。因此,不同时代的教师教学观念都不可避免地带有时代的烙印,具有不同的特点。本文以不同时期教师教学观念的主要特征为线索,描绘了教师教学观念的历史演进脉络。     

中国当代文学的历史传统与现实处境

通过对２０世纪 ５０年代文学创作的历史传统与现实处境的批判性审视,认为 ５０年代文学创作的政治化、模式化绝不是个别时期内的个别现象,它受到了五四新文学以来的功利传统、国家政治、作家主体退位等多重因素的影响。

商法的价值是指商事法律规范对于社会和个人及其群体的积极意义。它体现商法精神 ,统领商事立法、执法和司法的全过程。商法作为带有公法化倾向的私法 ,既具法的一般价值 ,又有其自身的特殊价值。国家、个人、社会或营利皆不能作为商法本位。将贸易本位作为商法本位 ,既符合商法发达史的实际 ,也与现代商法发展的主旋律合拍。贸易本位是商法价值的基础。交易效率价值、交易安全价值和交易公平价值构成了当代商法的三大基本价值     

A latent variable model for analyzing mixed longitudinal (k,l)-inflated count and ordinal responses

A random effects model for analyzing mixed longitudinal count and ordinal data is presented where the count response is inflated in two points (k and l) and an (k,l)-Inflated Power series distribution is used as its distribution. A full likelihood-based approach is used to obtain maximum likelihood estimates of parameters of the model. For data with non-ignorable missing values models with probit model for missing mechanism are used.The dependence between longitudinal sequences of responses and inflation parameters are investigated using a random effects approach. Also, to investigate the correlation between mixed ordinal and count responses of each individuals at each time, a shared random effect is used. In order to assess the performance of the model, a simulation study is performed for a case that the count response has (k,l)-Inflated Binomial distribution. Performance comparisons of count-ordinal random effect model, Zero-Inflated ordinal random effects model and (k,l)-Inflated ordinal random effects model are also given. The model is applied to a real social data set from the first two waves of the national longitudinal study of adolescent to adult health (Add Health study). In this data set, the joint responses are the number of days in a month that each individual smoked as the count response and the general health condition of each individual as the ordinal response. For the count response there is incidence of excess values of 0 and 30.

Pour mesurer la motivation professionnelle autre que pécuniaire, on demande généralement aux gens s'ils continueraient à travailler s'ils gagnaient au loto. Les auteurs rappellent les conclusions des études menées sur la base des réponses à cette question dans différents pays dont Israël, tout en recherchant l'influence en la matière des variables démographiques et des différentes dimensions du sens du travail. Ils constatent un net recul de la motivation professionnelle autre que pécuniaire au nouveau millénaire, et une évolution des facteurs en cause. Ils analysent ces résultats et leurs effets potentiels sur le travail et l'emploi au regard de l'évolution économique et sociale en Israël.     

缓和与1973年中东战争的爆发

缓和是冷战时期的特定阶段,美苏对缓和的认知影响了双方在中东地区的政策及解决中东危机的进程。1973年中东战争的爆发,既与美苏对缓和的认知与推动有关,也离不开埃及对缓和的追求。美苏缓和虽缓解了彼此间的紧张关系,但由于美苏对缓和的追求漠视了埃及的缓和努力与阿拉伯国家对被占领土的诉求,这成为促发战争爆发的外源性因素。美苏缓和对阿以僵局的维持,埃及缓和外交的失败与以色列的强硬立场,使萨达特放弃了外交努力而发动了斋月战争。     

人民币实际有效汇率变动对中国就业的影响——基于不同层面的实证分析

作为开放经济的核心变量之一,汇率在一国国民经济和对外经济关系中具有举足轻重的作用,它可以通过对外贸易和外商直接投资等渠道对一国就业产生影响。利用1995—2010年我国总体情况,以及16个行业和29个省市的年度数据,采用不同模型就人民币实际有效汇率变动对我国不同层面就业的影响进行的实证分析表明,人民币实际有效汇率上升,无论是对我国就业总量,还是对行业就业或者省市就业的影响都是负向的,即人民币实际有效汇率升值不利于我国各个层面的就业。

“创造”诗派是一个兼具现代主义特色的浪漫主义诗歌流派。属于后期创造社的几位“创造”诗派青年诗人 ,有着更明显的现代主义倾向。他们的艺术活动 ,更大规模地综合了不同门类的西方现代文学艺术的交叉影响 ,在新诗绘画美的表现与追求上 ,显示了更为鲜明突出的艺术个性。 2 0世纪 2 0年代中期创造社“革命化”以后 ,“创造”诗派的新诗绘画美又呈现了新的艺术风貌     

Les formes d'emploi atypiques et leur effet sur les comités d'entreprise en Israël: une liminalité permanente

En Israël, les comités d'entreprise s'adaptent à l'économie néolibérale et aux évolutions qui en découlent sur le marché du travail en admettant de plus en plus le recours aux emplois atypiques, tout en essayant de lutter contre ce nouvel avatar de l'économie capitaliste pour protéger les droits des travailleurs. Tiraillés entre ces deux positions, ils sont pris dans un transitoire qui dure, une «liminalité» permanente, qui réduit leur rôle à la recherche de compromis et de solutions circonstancielles. La résistance aux effets pervers des formes d'emploi atypiques reste donc circonscrite et dispersée, ce qui conforte encore les pratiques en question.
