而今迈步从头越--写在《云南民族大学学报》(哲学社会科学版)创刊20周年之际

《云南民族大学学报》走过了20年的发展历程。正值20岁生日时,随着学校的更名,学报有了新的名称,赋予了新的意义:一流的大学需要一流的学报。认真总结20年的办刊经验,坚持刊物的特色和品位,以更名为契机,努力开创学报工作的新局面,这是时代赋予我们的使命。     

陕北方言的"嘞"、"(口览)"与"来来"

陕北方言的"嘞"、"口览"、"来来"大致分别相当于普通话的"了1(呢)"、"了2"和"来着",但用法上存在不少差异,语法形式和意义别具特色。以结构形式为纲,分别对它们的各种用法及语法、语义作用进行讨论,其内部结构、语气体貌及外部组合的互补分布规律卓然可见。     

退耕还林工程在社会主义新农村建设中的作用

退耕还林工程的实施改善了山区、沙区的生态环境，促进了农民增收，加快了农村 产业结构的调整，促进了农民 思想观念的转变，已经成为社会主义新农村建设的重大举措和重要载体。继续稳步推进退耕 还林工程建设，必将为社会主义新农村建设目标的实现作出更大的贡献。     

Production mondialisée et progrès social: le cas du textile et de l'habillement

La fragmentation de la production au sein de réseaux mondiaux n'obéit pas seulement à l'avantage comparatif, mais aussi aux décisions de localisation des entreprises dominantes en fonction de la capacité de négociation des producteurs locaux et du rôle qu'elles leur assignent dans la chaîne de production. Les auteurs examinent les conséquences de cette spécialisation dans le textile et l'habillement, pour vingt‐six pays où l'offre de main‐d'?uvre est abondante, sur la période 1990–2007. L'étude économétrique montre que le secteur ne tire pas toujours bénéfice de l'intégration commerciale: on observe plutôt une association négative entre spécialisation verticale et salaires réels.     

L'intensification du travail en débat. Ethnographie et histoire aux chaînes de Peugeot-Sochaux

With the use of ethnography and history, this study of work in the Peugeot-Sochaux automobile factory in the last half of the 20th century makes us stand back from a unifying, generalized view of the intensification of labor. For one thing, variations in work rules and the diversity of related problems bring to light the tensions underlying the issue of workloads. For another, detecting when workloads are actually heavier and more stressful calls for taking into account a variety of periods and tendencies while studying working conditions. This study conducted in workshops in the Sochaux plant leads us away from a quantitative, abstract view of the intensification of work. We are thus led to examine the concrete changes that affect employment conditions and the technical aspects of work over a longer term. Far from losing sense, the idea of an intensification of work processes becomes richer and more relevant for analyzing the world of work.     

帛《易》源流蠡测

今本《周易》为王弼所传东汉费直古文易本,考之竹简本,今本与竹本大体相似,证明了今本确为古文《易》本无疑。而帛本《周易》应为汉初田何所传今文《易》本。理由有二:一,从时间上说,帛本经传的抄写时间应在文帝或文帝之前,基本可界定在高祖至吕后执政的二十余年间,这符合汉初传《易》“本于田何一家”的史书记载。二,从学术归属上看,帛《易》以“乖”代“睽”、以“礼”代“履”作卦名,显然受到《序卦》“睽者,乖也”、“履者,礼也”的影响,此与汉初田何一系“训诂举大谊”的学风也很相似。田何所传今文《易》本,包括“今义”和“古义”两方面,“今义”指以“德行”“仁义”谈《易》的内容,“古义”指以占筮及阴阳灾变谈《易》的内容。帛书经文卦序与京房《易》八宫卦序的密切关系,及帛本《易传》中大量孔子论阴阳五行、占筮梦兆的语句,都反映了马王堆帛本《易》可能为史籍所载田何弟子周王孙所持“古义”的传抄本。     

Les réseaux de PME en Argentine : une voie alternative ?

Do small businesses in Argentina really form “local networks of production” similar to those in Italy? Institutional, regional (public or private) networks of support for small businesses are identified along with the strategies of various parties and the sorts of agreements worked out between them. A survey of small business networks in four areas chosen for the variety of their output and for their positions in the market and in the chain of production shows that regional networks lack consolidation, except in the Mendoza area, where small businesses, big firms, universities and private as well as public institutions function in an “integrated” network. — Special issue: Latin America.     

Montée en qualification et modification de la répartition au sein de la chaîne de valeur mondiale du secteur de l’électronique

Le secteur de l’électronique repose sur une chaîne de production mondiale particulièrement complexe. Les auteurs s'appuient sur des données de la base WIOD pour la période 2000–2014 afin d'apprécier la contribution des pays à cette chaîne de valeur. Ils examinent notamment l'incidence de la crise financière mondiale de 2007–2008 sur son évolution et établissent une cartographie des interactions internationales. L’étude révèle une augmentation des délocalisations depuis la crise financière, la Chine et d'autres pays d'Asie de l'Est étant devenus les principaux pôles de création de valeur. Elle montre aussi que les technologies de production ont connu une transformation radicale, accompagnée d'une montée en qualification.     

国际刑法中的"一事不二审"原则研究

该文通过对"一事不二审"原则的基本内涵及其在国际刑事法公约和司法审判实践领域里发展的分析,剖析了前南刑庭规约和规则在一事不二审原则及优先管辖权之间的悖论和不足,还从解释论的角度对国际刑事法院罗马规约在行为对象的范围、"诉讼程序"的涵义和对已经"审判"的理解上,质疑其存在的弊端,进而提出有效的分析思路和适当的解决方法.     

《榕城竹枝辞》与清代贵州苗侗风俗研究

晚清举人龙绍讷的六首《榕城竹枝辞》中,首先描写晚清贵州苗侗社会的自然环境,然后涉及歌舞娱乐、饮食习惯、民族交流等几方面。既体现苗侗地区本来特色,也将晚清大变革背景下,苗侗地区经济文化的新发展体现出来,是研究晚清贵州社会不可缺少的重要史料。
