院校研究开展外部管理咨询的探讨

目前中国院校研究正从“对象化”走向“实践化”，为数不多的院校研究实践都是一种内部管理咨询活动，是典型的自我研究。为了推进院校研究在中国取得新突破，院校研究在做好内部管理咨询的同时，也要尝试积极开展外部管理咨询，为外校提供专业水平的咨询服务。     

世界历史的视野与国际关系研究的重建——来自巴里·布赞的挑战

冷战结束后,西方学术界对国际关系理论进行了深刻的反思和批判,但多数反思和批判只是在新形势下对过去国际关系理论体系的修补和发展,而不是全新意义上的重建。巴里·布赞教授通过对威斯特伐利亚"情结"的成功超越,重新诠释了国际体系在一个宏观和久远的世界历史背景中的演变,从而构建了一个新的国际关系研究框架。巴里·布赞的世界历史视野和多元论的方法论体系向西方主流国际关系理论体系提出了根本的挑战,同时也给中国学者带来了诸多启迪。     

稀土硫氰酸盐与穴醚(2.2)及(2.2.2)配合物的合成和性质研究

由三价稀土镧、钇、钕的硫氰酸盐分别与穴醚(2.2)、穴醚(2.2.2)反应,合成相应六种固体配合物,并进行元素分析,红外光谱性质的研究.     

烯烃羰化制醇原位红外光谱表征

本文以Rh_2(AcO)_4和Rh_6(CO)_(16)为催化剂。在高压釜中,控制在最佳反应条件下,进行庚烯氢甲酰化和加氢制醇反应。利用红外光谱表征方法,考察了Rh/PBu_3/EtOH催化体系中活性物种的生成过程以及在催化反应中随着反应进行,醛的形成及醛由于加氢成醇而逐渐消失的过程,测得的原位红外光谱与空气中测定的红外光谱进行了比较。     

Multiplicity expanded: IR theories,multiplicity, and the potential of trans-disciplinary dialogue

ABSTRACT

Despite the seeming fragmentation of the field of International Relations (IR), a theoretical common ground – not yet clearly perceived in the field – may in fact exist. Justin Rosenberg suggests that existing IR theories can all be conceived of as theories of ‘multiplicity’. This article carefully considers this proposition. It is argued that we may indeed read many IR theories as theories of multiplicity. Yet, in so doing we need to recognize the wide range of – and the contested nature of – perspectives on multiplicity in the field. Crucially, this leads us to conceive of multiplicity in an expanded way, beyond Rosenberg’s notion of ‘societal multiplicity’. Developing this more contested and expanded notion of multiplicity has important implications: for how we perceive IR and its limits in the years to come and, crucially, for the kind of trans-disciplinary dialogues IR scholars will engage in.     

Taking Feminist Violence Seriously in Feminist International Relations

In this article we explore questions about feminism and violence to constructively complicate understandings about this relationship. Feminism is conventionally positioned as oppositional to direct and structural violences, importantly so, as this has been seen key to feminism's viability as a constructive knowledge project. Yet there are increasingly persistent concerns about epistemic, juridical and other violences circulating around feminism, which render feminism's role in the production of oppositional knowledge and politics suspect. This is especially the case where western feminist ideas have been problematically taken up in neoliberal global policy making and for militarized human rights interventions. As feminist international relations scholars troubled by such associations, we investigate – via an exploration of three provocative feminist texts – how feminism is perceived to be both violated and violating by its contemporary imbrication in the violences of neoliberalism and global governance. We further suggest that metaphors of feminized corporeality, which infuse representations of feminism in these texts (especially in its western homogenized governance form), inhibit the destabilizing potential of feminism through its harmful associations with the ‘failing’ female body. This bodily shaping of feminism, which we examine by following a ‘trail of blood’, tells us something important about the relationship between feminism and violence, about recurring discursive and theoretical closures around feminism and about the possibilities for reinventions of feminism to unsettle the violent degradations, which feminists insistently reveal and decry.

主流建构主义以温特《国际政治的社会理论》作为核心文本。建构主义国际关系理论兴起具有特殊的理论和政策背景。就温和建构主义理论自身而言,它的观念本位使其有效挑战既有国际关系理论话语;它的规范方法是一种社会学进路,也是一种哲学底蕴,是其在方法论层度获得学理支承的基础;温和建构主义适应了政策话语的应用需求,为政策正当性提供了知识和话语支援,虽然可能非其本意。建构主义理论学术意涵与崛起路向对国际关系理论中国学派有多维度借鉴意义。

介绍了用气质联用仪和红外光谱仪分析无机填料表面活性剂、无机填料、ACR、密封胶的实验方法，并举例说明气质联用仪和红外光谱仪作为高效、实用的分析工具在塑料助剂剖析中应用．     

反语回应的关联度策略研究

近年来,对反语回应的认知研究突破实验语境,转向自然语料,但回应者的主体性尚未在语用层面得到充分重视。重审既有研究,本文从关联度着手对自然会话中的反语回应进行新的动态分析,认为:反语回应体现了人们对话语关联度的策略性选择,言者意图实现的交际效果是选择动因,对关联度的运用及动因的产生是多层面顺应交际语境的结果。     

Rethinking Theory

‘Capitalist racist patriarchy’ is how Zillah Eisenstein (1998 Eisenstein, Z. R. 1998. Global Obscenities: Patriarchy, Capitalism, and the Lure of Cyberfantasy, New York: New York Press.  [Google Scholar]) characterizes global inequalities and the hierarchies of ‘difference’ they constitute. This article assumes that feminist theory aims not only to ‘empower women’ but to advance critical analyses of intersecting structural hierarchies; that this entails not only a critique of patriarchy but its complex conjunction with capitalism and racism; and that such critique requires rethinking theory. Through a critical lens on devalued (‘feminized’) informal work worldwide, the article explores how positivist, modernist and masculinist commitments variously operate in prevailing theories of informality – including those of feminists – with the effect of impeding both intersectional analyses and more adequate critiques of capitalist racist patriarchy.
